A core metadata system of maintenance support information in IETM of military medical equipments was constructed according to the characteristics of maintenance support information in IETM of military medical equipments,DC metadata and S1000D specifications,which can retrieve,manage and use the maintenance support information in IETM of military medical equipments and share the data in heterogeneous systems,thus laying a foundation for establishing the IETM of military medical equipments.
A medical information service platform for international peacekeeping was designed according to the in-formation needs of medical team, laws, publications and websites in relation with international peacekeeping, which can meet the information needs of peacekeeping officers and soldiers. Literature and information resources will be richened and perfected on the platform in the coming days in order to meet the different and personal infor-mation needs of peacekeeping officers and soldiers.
In order to have a better understanding of the role of medical library in medical information service during the implementation of "Healthy China" strategy,the need of health information service of the public and medical scientific researchers in implementation of "Healthy China" strategy were analyzed by outlining the development history and major targets of "Healthy China" strategy,and how to meet the requirements of the development of "Healthy China" for medical library was studies,namely by improving its resources development,service patterns and staff construction according to the present situation of big data development,the challenges medical library is faced in users needs,resources,platform,space,professionals and funds,and the opportunities brought about by the expanding requirements,improving information academic level,advancing new technologies,favorable policies and environments with relevant suggestions put forward.

Since May 2015, the Zika virus has been spreading across South and Middle America , especially in Brazil. On Feb 1, 2016,the World Health Organization said the Zika virus spread explosively and declared the Zika virus to be an international public health emergency as the disease was linked to thousands of birth defects in Brazil .This points to the ur-gent need to prevent the Zika virus .This paper outlines the research progress and discusses the epidemic trend of the Zika virus.
2015年5月以来,在巴西等美洲中部和南部发生了寨卡病毒暴发流行,并且疫情仍在不断升级.针对寨卡病毒所带来的全球健康风险和生物防御要求,本文在简述当前寨卡疫情态势的基础上,概析了寨卡疫情全球应对主要策略,并就我国做好应对工作提出建议.
目的 以1998-2012年PubMed的期刊文献为数据源,全面分析睡眠剥夺领域的研究方向、研究基础、主要机构合作网络和主要作者合作网络.为睡眠剥夺领域的专家或科研管理者提供领域发展的参考.方法 利用BICOMB的主题词共现,TDA软件的共被引共现、机构和作者共现,CiteSpaceⅡ软件的关键词突现,采用主题词共现聚类、关键词突现分析、机构合作网络、作者合作网络和文献共被引分析方法.结果 睡眠剥夺领域文献从1998年开始至今增长较快,领域主要研究方向可划分为5个子领域;主要研究基础可分为4个部分;近15年来领域的研究方向随时间变化,在精神运动性行为、注意力和反应时间的研究不断深入,逐步深入在睡眠剥夺的心理学、生理学、遗传学和脑神经的研究,增加在测量方法和动物波形病理学上的研究;领域的重要机构主要集中在美国,形成3个合作圈;领域的重要科学家的合作网络为10个网络,重要科学家间跨机构或国家的合作较多.结论 睡眠剥夺领域的可视化分析能够总体梳理领域的主要研究方向、研究基础以及重点机构和科学家.
[目的/意义]为促进生物医学信息服务尽快适应大数据时代的发展,提供相应的发展思路.[方法/过程]综述大数据在生物医学中的应用,列举几个典型应用案例,指出大数据时代生物医学信息需求的变化,分析大数据对生物医学信息服务流程中数据来源、数据采集、存储、组织、分析及可视化呈现等各环节的影响.[结果/结论]大数据正改变着生物医学信息的生产、收集、存储、加工、组织和传播方式.从观念、内容、技术、人才、制度和合作模式6方面对生物医学信服务如何适应大数据的时代发展要求提出探索性建议.
介绍数字版权管理技术及其在机构知识库中的应用,保证只有合法用户才能对机构知识库内数字文档进行授权操作,杜绝数字文档中的信息文档内容被恶意复制、篡改和传播,设置对电子资源流通借阅审批管理,实现机构库内容在合理、合法范围内传播利用.
After a description of the concept and meaning of big data, the application of big data in biomedical field was investigated, the changes in medical library functions were analyzed, the challenges to medical libraries were pointed in terms of their data, hardware infrastructures, software technologies, talents and service modes, and how to respond to the big data in medical libraries was proposed from the aspects of strengthening the external collabo-ration, co-developing cloud computing center, intensifying the construction of related organizations and talents, and changing the service modes.
Data management service abroad provided by subject librarians in biomedical field for scientific researchers, and the model, contents and efficiency of subject librarians-provided biomedical research data management service in NIH were analyzed according to the need for scientific research data management service in biomedical researchers . The enlightenments of biomedical research data management service abroad on the subject service in our library were elaborated .

[目的]研建军事医学科学院机构知识库(AMMS IR),促进机构知识资产的科学组织、集中揭示、存储管理和重用.[应用背景]完全遵循DSpace开发原则,采用B/S架构,使用PostgreSQL开源数据库,利用Java语言进行开发.[方法]在最核心的逻辑和功能上沿用DSpace-Core API部分,但不再依赖DSpace默认的展示层,在DSpace-Core API基础上重新设计,加入全新的“事件机制”、“插件机制”和“访问链”等机制.[结果]实现Solr作为搜索引擎的递进式分面检索与浏览、科技档案管理、机构资源数据分析和相关作者数据分析等功能.[结论]在基于DSpace的机构知识库软件系统的分面检索、语义分析等功能方面进行有益的探索与实践.
After an overall introduction of the novel functions of the CMCI institutional knowledge version developed by Medical Library of Chinese PLA , its coverage of institutions, authors, funds, journals and literature was de-scribed in terms of RDE semantics.The contents in literature were mined and analyzed in depth based on the litera-ture-marked information with the institutions database, funds database, journals database and literature database as their cores, the association of information resources in biomedical field was thus realized.The CMCI institutional knowledge version can be used to search published papers and citations, write citation reports, enforce bibliometric visualization analysis, issue different top-ranked statistical data, push associated information, increase institutional literature management modules, and provide personal literature management and assessment service for different in-stitutions.
Respiratory syncytial virus(RSV) is the most major viral pathogens causing of respiratory infection in infants and elderly, and there is no licensed vaccine. This study was designed to prepare virus-like particles(VLPs) consisting of RSV fusing protein(F) or RSV attachment protein(G) and influenza virus matrix protein(M1) by Bac-to-Bac baculovirus expression system, and characterize the immunogenicity and vaccine efficacy of the RSV-F/G VLPs in a mouse model. After purification and confirmed by Western blot and electron microscopy, the RSV-F/G VLPs was used to immunize 4-6 week female Balb/c mice intranasally. Specific viral antibody responses against RSV were observed in the mice. We further studied active immunity, antibodies(IgG, IgG1, IgG2a and sIgA) and cytokines(IL-4 and IFN-γ) response against RSV-A2 viruses in Balb/c mice, and found mice immunized with RSV-F/G VLPs showed robust viral neutralizing antibodies in vitro and significantly decreased lung virus loads in vivo after live RSV-A2 challenge. This study demonstrates that VLP vaccination provides effective protection against RSV infection and should be further confirmed in cotton mouse and monkey model.

文章通过实证研究发现,高被引生物医学著作普遍具有编著者学术地位高、读者认可度高、图书生命周期长等特点,将被引用次数作为生物医学著作社会效益、学术价值和影响力的定量评价指标可行、可信,能使针对图书的科研评价、核心馆藏建设、图书评奖、荐书等工作更加科学、客观。
The author firstly introduces the strategy plan and measures in subject information services of the Medical Library of Chinese PLA in the recent two years.It also concludes the current status and effectiveness of the subject information services.Some successful experiences can be summarized from the work.The main problems urgently to be solved in subject information services filed of medical academic special libraries can also be put forward in several perspectives.Based on these problems and the Embedded target,it discusses how to deepen subject information services for the medical academic special libraries.
Achievements and problems in subject service of Medical Library of Chinese PLA were summed up.The following problems were outlined,for example,the design of user's needs investigation was not quite scientific,subject service could not meet all the information requirements of users,training of information literacy was not professional enough,the subjective activity of subject librarians needs to be improved,and the subject service system was contradicted with the assessment system of professional cadre performance,for which some solutions were proposed.
The paper elaborates the unique function of National Library of Medicine(NLM)in health informatization construction, including biomedical database construction,health data standards formulation,medical knowledgebase construction,education and training, etc.It points out that medical library has its own advantages in informatization construction process.
