以解放军医学图书馆馆藏的《中华医学杂志》为统计源,从1915年创刊至2010年的版式设计,包括出版版式、封面设置、版权格式、栏目设置、索引编排、页眉和广告等方面进行了分析研究.事实证明,《中华医学杂志》的发展反映了我国医学科学发展的进程,见证了近代我国医学科学发展的历史,不愧为我国著名的科技期刊；《中华医学杂志》编辑部非常重视期刊的编排格式,在我国科技期刊标准化、规范化中贡献很大并起着的重要引领作用；科技期刊的发展与国家强盛、稳定和科技发达程度呈正相关关系.

After an explanation of the meaning and compositions of knowledge repository in colleges and universities,the current situation of knowledge repository construction in colleges and universities of China was analyzed.The problems concerning it that should be strengthened in China were pointed out,such as a late start,a small number,simplicity of languages and contents,quality control,and copyright management,etc.Certain suggestions for knowledge repository construction in colleges and universities of China were put forward,including working out encouraging measures and policies,establishing strict quality control and resources evaluation systems,protecting intellectual property rights,strengthening cooperation,joint construction of knowledge repository in College and University Union of China.

The origin and development of medical journals in China and the important role of medical journals in promoting the health of people were studied.A certain number of the most characteristic medical journals and their series published in China were found by retrieving their emergence and development history in comparison with the earliest scientific journals published in the world.The earliest medical journal came into being in China 137 years later than that in the world. The Chinese Medical Journal is a classical journal which has been successively published since its founding and covered in foreign index and abstract systems.The place of medical journals published in China is becoming higher and higher in the world scientific journals.However,only a very small number are covered in the foreign index and abstract systems due to their limited influence.Further efforts should be made to find state-and world-known medical journals in China.

随着网络全文电子版期刊数据库的出版发行,纸本期刊订购数量急剧下降,是期刊质量质问题降低了期刊的利用率?还是读者从其他途径获取了所 需信息?针对这一问题,笔者利用清华同方数据库,对<中华医学图书情报杂志>文献的网络传播情况进行了统计、分析和研究.
