The fusion solution is a significant factor for the effect of the cell electrofusion, traditional buffer solution is different from the cell culture solution, researchers would spend lots of time and money to move the cells from the culture solution (DMEM) into the fusion buffer. The aim of this study is to explore a new formula on the basis of DMEM solution instead of Zimmerman solution. Theoretically it's feasible to instead of fusion solution when the ratio of DMEM solution and water is less than 9:500.
The technology of image grabbing and image processing for citrus grading was studied.Four pictures were grabbed for each orange from different perspective,a grading algorithm based on citrus color and texture features of four profiles was developed to identify the grade of the citrus efficiently.The experiment take the result of sense evaluation with manpower as grading criterion,and sixty patterns were graded with probabilistic neural network(PNN).The test result showed that the whole discriminating rate was up to 85%,and the rates of first class and fourth class were higher than the rates of second and third classes.
Interest in electrical lysis of biological cells on a microfluidic chip device has increased as it allows for the rapid recovery of intracellular contents without introducing lytic agents. In this research, a new microfabricated device for cell lysis has been developed. The device utilized a microfabricated interdigital electrode array to generate a pulsed electric field with a low voltage, a requirement for effective cell lysis. It is therefore particularly suitable in applications of miniature bio-analysis systems such as lab-on-a-chip systems, where cell lysis is required to obtain the intracellular contents for further analysis. C2C12 cells have been tested using the microfabricated device and the lysis of C2C12 cell was observed using a microscope. The factors which could affect the cell lysis efficiency were investigated such as voltage and pulse duration. The results obtained demonstrated that C2C12 cells could be effectively lysed by the developed device. Key words: Cell lysis, pulsed electric field, microfabricated device, C2C12.
Using cabbage variety Wuyueman as material,the impacts of He-Ne laser irradiation luminance and duration on cabbage germination percentage and the growth length of stems and leaves.The research results showed that it would significantly inactivate cabbage germination percentage and the growth length of stems and leaves when the irradiation luminance and duration was 39.58 J/cm2 and 10~20 minutes respectively.

采用自编的"高等农林院校大学物理课程学生问卷",以华中农业大学所有修习过大学物理课程的学生为总样本,通过分层随机抽样,实施问卷调查。简单统计分析表明:学生对教师比较认可,认为教师教学认真负责,对学生评价科学合理;但是,学生对大学物理课程教学不是很认可,认为教学资源有待丰富、学习效果有待提高。差异性分析表明:在教师教学、教学资源、教学评价和学习心得4个维度上,不同年级、性别、专业和省份的学生存在显著性差异。典型相关分析表明:影响学生学习心得体会的主要因素包括教师备课、教学经验以及课程体系和教学内容与本科专业的相关性。基于调查提出了建议,包括学校应加强大学物理课程重要性的宣传和教育;教师应认真备课与教学,重视积累教学经验。调查研究结果对大学物理课程的教学与管理有着重要的参考意义。
Using Huafengyouza No.8 as the experiment subjects,this study focused on the impact of He-Ne laser radiation luminance and time on the growing length of stems and leaves of brassica napus seeds.Compared with the control group,the research results showed that the length of stems and roots has the largest growing extent when the radiation luminance at 20.78 Fc and the radiation time at 15 minutes.The stem increased by 2.1 cm and the root increased by 0.18 cm.
There exsits generally the phenomenon about ultraweak photon emission from biological system in natural world. It was known that superweak luminescence exists in all animals and plants. The luminescence shows the important information of metabolism and energy transformation of the living biological organism. This passage did some research of rapeseeds' ultraweak luminescence based on nondestrucive testing. The experiment showed that luminescence intensity increased with the augment of mass, but the increase of luminescence intensity was not obvious when mass was augmented to a certain degree. 为研究柑橘在输运过程中着地后的硬度变化,设计了柑橘从不同高度落下,采用FHM-1型水果硬度计检测柑橘着地后的硬度以及放置时间所对应的硬度;得到了柑橘从不同高度下落后的硬度关系曲线和柑橘放置的天数与硬度的关系图,为后续检测柑橘品质奠定基础。
This article introduces the current situation of university physics experiment data processing,gives a brief account of the use of Origin software and the superiority in terms of processing the data in physics experiment and mapping.Taking divider circuit experiment for example,by processing the experimental data with Origin software,the last pressure characteristic curve is drawed.
以华中农业大学2005—2007级所有修习过大学物理课程的学生为总样本,通过分层随机抽样,采用自编"高等农林院校大学物理课程学生问卷",进行问卷调查.经过差异性分析,得到调查结果:(1)不同年级学生在教师教学上存在极显著性差异,而在教学资源、教学评价、学习心得上并不存在差异;(2)不同性别学生在学习心得上存在显著性差异,而在其他维度上不存在差异;(3)不同专业学生对教学评价上存在显著性差异,在其他各维度上都存在极显著性差异;(4)不同省份的学生在学习心得上存在显著性差异,而在其他维度上不存在显著性差异.
Effects of different intensity magnetic treatment on rape seed are studied.The method focuses on the impact of the seed germination rate.The results show that it will significant increase the seed germination rate when the magnetic field intensity between 0~795 mT.When in 620~795 mT,the seed germination rate will perform the best.However,when the magnetic field intensity exceeds 795 mT,it will have a negative impact on the seed germination rate.

The fractal dimension of stored-grain insects was computed by Euclidean Distance Map method and a great deal of stored-grain insects in five different genuses were chosen to experimentize.Results:The fractal dimension can be used to describe the shape feature and the complexity degree of store-grain insects.The fractal dimension of in- sects with smooth edge is bigger than that of insects with coarse edge,so the fractal dimension can be used as a measure- ment for the shape feature of store-grain insects.This provides the scientific gist for automatic identification of store- grain insects.

研究了高压静电场处理种子在大田生长条件下的长期效应.结果表明,较低电压的处理可提高硫甙含量显著降低含油量,而较高电压的处理可降低硫甙含量,极显著降低芥酸含量.采用平面类脂双层模型分析外加高压静电场对植物细胞跨膜电位的影响,并探讨其微观机理,一定程度上可以解释相关的实验结果.

The long-term effect of high voltage electrostatic field(HVEF) treatmen t on rapeseed is studied .The results shows that there are a significant decreas e of oil content and an extreme significant of erucic acid content .The paper di scusses the influence on the plant cellular, caused by the added HVEF, by the bi molecular lipid membranes, and deduces the microcosmic mechanism .The conclusion can be used to explain some experiments to some extent.
