Objective: To observe clinical effects of Qi-conducting needling method combined with acusector in treating lumbar disc herniation (LDH). Methods: All 150 patients were randomized into two groups, 75 cases each group. The control group was treated by retaining acusector, the observation group accepted Qi-conducting needling method to promote Qi-circulation and then retaining acusector. The course was two weeks. Clinical effects were observed, VAS and JOA scores were counted and classified before and after treating. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 98.5%, higher than 94.5% of the control group, and the difference had no statistical meaning (P>0.05); the difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of VAS and JOA scores and the classification before treating within the same group (P<0.01), the difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of VAS after treating between both groups (P<0.05), the difference had no statistical meaning in the comparisons of JOA scores (P>0.05). Conclusion: Qi-conducting needling method combined with acusector could relieve LDH patients' clinical symptoms including pain, numbness, sore and swelling and others.
利用聚类分析、0-1数学规划模型等方法,求解出高校校园内所需的智能自提柜的数量,确定每个智能自提柜的最优的布设地点,并以北京邮电大学为例对其应用进行了说明,为解决智能自提柜选址问题提供参考和借鉴,解决高校校园内快件末端投递问题.
目的:观察柴胡疏肝散联合健耳操治疗耳鸣肝郁气滞证的临床疗效.方法:将100例耳鸣肝都气滞证患者随机分为治疗组51例和对照组49例.治疗组采用柴胡疏肝散联合健耳操治疗,对照组采用甲钴胺联合盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗.治疗后观察患者耳鸣程度的改善情况,对比分析2组治疗效果.结果:治疗组总有效率86.27%,对照组总有效率59.18%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,2组耳鸣残疾评估量表(THI)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).治疗后,2组THI评分均较治疗前降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组THI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:柴胡疏肝散联合健耳操治疗肝郁气滞型耳鸣,效果优于甲钴胺联合盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗.
根据3D打印云平台供应链结构、特点和运作模式以及打印资源和打印服务的特征,以国内外大量关于供应商指标体系,评价方法和订单分配的文献分析为基础,明确了云平台下3D打印行业供应商选择和订单分配的关键影响因素,包括打印价格和运输费用.运用运筹学相关研究方法,综合考虑供应商生产能力及打印成本,利用遗传算法检测待选供应商和最优解,根据打印总费用进行排序,选出最优供应商.最后进行了实例验证,为3D打印客户选择最优制造供应商提供了理论依据.
根据现代生产工艺的特点,结合AGV自动导引小车的路径规划技术,建立了带有时间窗约束的路径规划模型.文中针对到达时间窗约束,对超出时间窗到达的AGV给予一定的成本惩罚,采用小车固定成本、运行成本、到达时间惩罚成本的总成本最小作为最优化标准,得到AGV路径规划的最优解,并进行鲁棒优化.对于模型,文中采用遗传算法求解,并对随机规划法建立的预测模型和概率模型得到的最优路径的效能进行了综合比较.
根据汽车物流供应链结构特点,构建了功能型汽车物流供应商评价指标体系.采用了多属性评价方法CCSD确定指标权重,该方法排除了主观性因素对决策结果的影响.再结合TOPSIS方法通过检测待选供应商与最优解、最劣解的距离进行排序,选出最优供应商.最后进行了实例验证,为汽车企业选择最优物流供应商提供理论依据.
Considering the emergency cases,we need to meet the demand as much as possible in the shortest time so as to save more lives and property at the price of freight.In this paper,the objective of model is to minimize the delay time and mini-mize unmet demand.First we introduce a deadline for the arriving goods.Then the maximum,average and resource reservation strategy were used to solve the vehicle routing problem with demand and travel time uncertainty.Finally,the model is solved with the help of CPLEX and numerical experiments proved the advantage of robust optimization method under the uncertain environ-ment.
目的:评价中西医结合方法在改善OME抑制及分解MUC黏蛋白的作用.方法:SD大鼠50只,随机分为五组,四组实验组(模型组、中药组、西药组、中西医组),建立肺炎链球菌大鼠分泌性中耳炎模型,采用RT-PCR技术检测MUC2、MUC5A mRNA在各组中耳黏膜中的表达.结果:与正常组比较,模型组MUC2、MUC5A含量显著增高;与模型组比较,各药物组合量显著下降,中西医组下降更为明显.结论:加味二陈汤联合厄多司坦可以更好地改善大鼠中耳黏膜蛋白MUC2、MUC5A分泌情况.
A new reconfiguration method based on section dividing is proposed to optimize the operation mode on both reliability and economy. By establishing the universal database of the distribution network,alternative plans are ob?tained by using topology analysis and feasible plans are chosen by using combinational search algorithm. Operation mode is optimized on both reliability and economy using quantized index. Given the optimizing objective and universal database,we can get the optimal plan and optimized indexes as well as reconfigure at fault condition. Example results show the applicability and effectiveness of the method.
为客观评价天然气电厂的功能,在充分考虑了天然气发电机组启停迅速、运行灵活、清洁环保的基础上,该文提出了天然气电厂综合效益的概念以及综合效益的整体模型评估方法,该方法通过有等效替代原则设计原始方案与替代方案,对两方案在满足相同的静、动态任务约束下采用机组组合进行运行模拟,两方案的运行成本之差即为天然气电厂的综合效益.77机系统和某实际发电系统规划的算例结果符合实际,验证了天然气电厂综合效益的存在,并分析了产生综合效益的机理以及影响因素.
EIQ analysis is based on the order data for logistics planning and has a guiding significance to the selection of order strategy. This article describes the steps and methods of EIQ analysis, combined ABC classification of book enterprise orders to carry on the EQ, EN, IQ and IK analysis. According to EQ, EN, IQ and IK analysis, entries and items are divided into Class A, Class B and Class C. Class A orders as priority orders should be used in batches picking; Class B orders should be used in general picking; Class C orders as non-priority orders on the basis of artificial picking orders can be combined and use wave picking strategy. Meanwhile, Class A items which are priority items can be placed in easy picking and exit from the position near or easy job to shorten the distance picking; Class C items should be placed on top of the storage area and placed in a position which is far from the exit; Class B items can be placed in the remaining positions. By the EIQ analysis results can understand order demand characteristics and provide data support for reservoir area layout, has chosen the equipment selection, strategy planning.
神经根型颈椎病(Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy,CSR)是颈椎病中的常见类型,其发病原因除了与长期伏案工作、长时间使用电脑等不良生活习惯有关,也有一定的基因遗传因素[1,2]。为了评价推拿手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效,笔者运用拔伸手法治疗CSR,以坐位电脑牵引为平行对照,对其疗效进行观察,现总结如下。

In this paper, the problem of emergency facility location is studied. Adopting the location method of generalized maximal covering model, the study describes the coverage level of emergency facility as a piecewise function decreasing with distance. The study analyzes and quantifies influential factors for the location of emergency material storage facility, such as affected population, economic importance, and total mileage density. Based on setting weights on each factor, a mathematical model for emergency facility location problem is proposed, with the shortest distance from emergency facility to its coverage area as the objective function. Therefore, the coverage level of the selected emergency facility can be maximized with the discussed constraints. Finally, the operational research software helps to calculate the model and realizes the optimal solution of the emergency facility location and its coverage area in Guangdong Province. This model provides an effective analysis method for emergency facilities location problem.

Forecast of logistics demand is a fundamental issue in research of logistics system. Generally, planning, management, and control of logistics system is involved in forecasting logistics demand. Common methods to forecast logistics demand are moving average, exponential smoothing, regression analysis etc. Support vector machines as originally introduced by Vapnik within the area of statistical learned theory and structural risk minimization have been proven to work successfully on many applications of nonlinear classification and estimation of function. Based on real operation data, the paper develops a time series analysis model with Support Vector Machine to forecast logistics demand. At last, different SVR model and traditional methods have been compared based on the index such as RME, RMSE. The adaptability of different SVR model in analysis of time series and forecasting logistics demand is illustrated in detail based on true scenario in practice. Final results indicate that, to some extent, SVR has some advantages in predicting logistics demand.
