AIM To investigate the acute toxicity of liguzinediol.METHODS Lethal dose 50(LD_(50))of liguzinediol was determinated by administration of tail vein in mice.The LD_(50)and 95%confidence interval were determined by data processing system.RESULTS LD_(50)of female and male mice were 1.592 1 g ? kg~(-1)and 1.692 2 g·kg~(-1),respectively.CONCLUSION Liguzindiol has low toxicity and wide safety range.

近20年来,大量研究表明正性肌力作用药物具有使心力衰竭患者死亡率增加的副作用.一方面,由于这些药物可增加心力衰竭患者死亡率,临床上应该停止使用这些药物.另一方面,这些药物又确有缓解症状,改善患者血流动力学,提高患者生活质量的作用.在有些危重的心力衰竭患者治疗中,特别是心力衰竭患者抢救中,确实需要应用这些正性肌力作用药物.

麦麸在我国应用历史悠久。麦麸除作为动物饲料外,还可作为中药炮制的铺料。近年来国内外的深入研究表明,麦麸所含活性成分有突出药用价值,同时麦麸还可通过影响体内物质而产生药效。麦麸在预防和治疗心脑血管疾病及部分癌症方面有突出疗效,对便秘和肥胖症也有明显作用。麦麸在麸炒中作用显著,可明显改变药物成分及其含量。
