Objective In recent years,network technology is developing rapidly in the medical industry,medical and health information in the internet is emerging in large numbers,the medical service model is also changing gradually. The aim of this study is to get the situation of the medical-health information retrieval and the usage of medical service with patients under internet environment, and the influence on doctor-patient relationship in this paper. Methods On the basis of taking related researches domestic and overseas for reference,by making questionnaires,and it is chosen three top three hospitals in three provincial capitals to give out the questionnaires,then the questionnaires were recycled and statistical analyzed. Results The proportion of patients obtaining health information through the network is up to 75. 2%,the integrated portal website is the most widely used one when patients access to health information,56. 6% of the total number. 83. 9% patients thought the medical information that get from the internet has positive influence on their communication with doctors; 48. 6% patients expressed that they would verify the medical information which they get from the internet; the satisfaction of the respondents who verified the medical information is higher than those who were not. 61. 5% patients expressed that they had consult doctors online,62. 2% patients showed that they made appointments online. Conclusion The internet has been an important source that the patients get health information; we should strengthen the supervision of health information in internet and use the health information and platforms in internet fully and further promote the exchange of doctors and patients. At the same time,increasing the promotion and utilization of health services model in internet and gradually adapting to it.

The impact of the network environment on the physician-patient relationship is detailedly analyzed pro and con to get the new changes of the physician-patient relationship in the network environment.Then in allusion to these effects and changes,the strategies to improve the physician-patient relationship in the network environment are raised in four aspects: training medical workers of the Internet age,making use of network environment fully as it is a double-edged sword,improving the construction of network medical information environment constantly,and promoting a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients through the network media.

Objective Wound care invites high risks due to its special characteristics,and safe management is the key to its healthy development as well as to the harmonious construction of the wound care center.This study aims to evaluate integrated risk management(IRM) in the safe management of wound care in order to improve the safety of wound care and satisfaction of the patients.Methods Based on the idea of IRM,we designed the method of ARRDAPIIE,which stands for assess,recognize,report,determine,analyze,plan,inform,implement and evaluate.The nurses in our Wound Care Center were trained and required to be skillful in using this method for the evaluation of wound care.The period from January 2008 to December 2009 was for trial,and that from January 2010 to December 2011 for modification.Using ARRDAPIIE,we evaluated wound care by the rate of patients′ satisfaction and the incidence and grade of adverse events.Results During the 2 periods of 4 years,491 cases of "problem wound" were treated,totaling to 14 730 person-times.Seven adverse events(0.094%),2 grade Ⅱ and 5 grade Ⅳ,occurred in 248 cases with 7440 person-times during the trial period,with a rate of patients′ satisfaction of(97.36±0.97)%.In comparison,3 adverse events(0.041%),all grade Ⅳ,developed in the other 243 cases with 7290 person-times during the modification period,with a rate of patients′ satisfaction of(99.88±0.30)%,which was remarkably higher than that of the first period(P=0.000).No significant differences were observed either in the rate nor in the grade of adverse events between the two periods(P=0.214 and 0.356).Conclusion IRM helps enhance patients′ satisfaction and reduce the rate and grade of adverse events in wound care.

With the rapid development of medical science and technology and the combination of different disciplines, virtual discipline has become an important direction in the development of medical disciplines.Based on the definition of virtual discipline,the construction principle and organizational characteristics of the virtual discipline are explored. Through combining with hospital practice,4 kinds of virtual discipline modes are introduced,including star mode,complementary mode,parallel mode and mixed mode.It is pointed out that the construction of hospital virtual discipline is helpful to promote the development of medical science and technology,to make full use of the limited medical resources,to promote medical research achievement transformation,and to promote the positive cooperation among various disciplines.
