①目的 分析在不同人群孕妇中孕晚期B族溶血性链球菌感染的差异,探讨B族链球菌感染对孕妇妊娠结局及新生儿结局的影响.②方法 选取2017年1月~2018年5月在华北理工大学附属医院产检时发现B族溶血性链球菌感染并接受治疗的40例孕妇作为观察组,选取同期在我院分娩的40例未感染B族溶血性链球菌的产妇作为对照组,分析两组孕妇的一般情况、现有病史、分娩方式、妊娠结局,以及新生儿结局.两组胎盘均送病理检查.③结果 观察组中有糖尿病家族史、妊娠期糖尿病、孕早期有上呼吸道感染病史者多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组剖宫产率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组胎膜早破、羊水污染、早产、绒毛膜羊膜炎以及胎儿窘迫的发生率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组产妇是否为经产妇、孕早期是否保胎、甲状腺功能是否正常等一般情况,以及会阴侧切助产率、羊水污染、会阴裂伤发生率等比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).④结论 妊娠期血糖异常以及有糖尿病家族史、孕早期有上感病史可能会增加B族链球菌感染率;B族溶血性链球菌感染可能增加孕妇和新生儿不良结局的发生率,对母婴造成严重危害.
①目的 探讨胎盘组织中水通道蛋白3(Aquaporins 3,AQP3)的表达及其与妊娠期糖尿病(Gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)的关系.②方法 选取2017年8月~2018年8月华北理工大学附属医院产科孕妇120例,其中GDM孕妇60例为GDM组,糖耐量正常孕妇60例为对照组.收集研究对象一般资料,胎盘娩出后立即取胎盘组织标本,采用Western blot法、实时荧光聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)法分别检测两组胎盘组织中AQP3蛋白和mRNA的表达水平;分析胎盘组织中AQP3的表达与GDM的关系.③结果 Western blot检测结果显示GDM组AQP3蛋白的相对表达量(0.62±0.13),对照组(0.93±0.20),AQP3蛋白在GDM组胎盘组织中的表达比对照组弱,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).RT-PCR检测显示GDM组AQP3 mRNA水平(0.82±0.26),对照组(1.80±0.39),两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).Logistic回归分析显示AQP3蛋白表达与GDM有关,AQP3蛋白表达降低的患者发生GDM的风险是不降低患者的5.29倍(OR=5.29,95%CI:2.39~11.68).④结论 胎盘中AQP3蛋白表达与GDM有关,AQP3蛋白表达水平降低的患者发生GDM的风险增加.
Objective To investigate the relationship between fluorine exposure during early and midtrimester pregnancy and the offspring brain development.Methods 47 pregnant women with fluorosis treated in our hospital from April 2013 to September 2016 and 47 healthy pregnant women who had physical examinations in our hospital during the same period were selected as the observation group and the control group.The urinary fluoride content of two groups was analyzed.The body weight,body length in recumbent position of the two groups at the postnatal 1h,1mon,6mon,and 12mon,the Apgar score at the postnatal 1min and 5min,the intelligence development index and motor development index of two groups evaluated by the Children's Developmental Center of China (CDCC) were analyzed and compared.Results There was no miscarriage and stillbirth in both groups.The uri-nary fluoride content in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with a significant difference (P<0.05); The Apgar score of the two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05); The body weight,body length in recum-bent position of the two groups at the postnatal 1h,1mon,6mon,and 12mon of the observation was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05); The MDI and PDI at the postnatal 3mon,6mon and 12mon in the observation group were lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The fluorine exposure during early and midtrimester pregnancy have adverse effects on the brain and physical development of infants,while there is no significant effect on Apgar scores within 1 min and 5 min after birth.
目的:探讨妊娠期高血压疾病(HDCP)患者尿酸(UA)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的血清水平及其意义.方法:选取2016年10月-2018年4月于华北理工大学附属医院产科住院的80例子痫前期患者为研究对象(病例组),根据病情不同程度分为轻度子痫前期组(n=25)和重度子痫前期组(n=55);根据发病不同时间分为早发重度子痫前期组(n=23)和晚发重度子痫前期组(n=32).随机选取同期正常妊娠孕妇80例为对照组.比较病例组和对照组孕妇血清UA和LDH水平,以及不同类型子痫前期患者血清UA和LDH水平.结果:病例组血清UA和LDH水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);与轻度子痫前期患者比较,重度子痫前期患者血清UA和LDH水平显著升高(P<0.05);与早发重度子痫前期患者比较,晚发重度子痫前期患者血清UA水平升高(P<0.05);随着病情的进展,围产儿不良结局对照组、轻度子痫前期组和重度子痫前期组3组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:血清UA和LDH水平随着HDCP病情的进展逐渐升高;血清UA和LDH水平可以为HDCP病情变化的监测指标.
目的 对比分析黑升麻提取物和戊酸雌二醇治疗围绝经期潮热盗汗患者的疗效.方法 选取2015年11月-2016年11月该院收治的102例围绝经期潮热盗汗患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为A组和B组,各51例.所有患者均给予谷维素、维生素B1等常规治疗,在此基础上A组给予黑升麻提取物治疗,B组给予戊酸雌二醇治疗.观察两组临床疗效、雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)以及黄体生成素(LH)水平,并观察5-羟色胺(5-HT)、色氨酸(TP)、5-羟吲哚乙酸(5-HIAA)、5-羟色氨酸(5-HTP)含量和不良反应发生率.结果 A组总有效率(90.20%)显著高于B组(74.51%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组E2水平显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),且A组显著高于B组(P<0.05);两组FSH、LH水平显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且A组显著低于B组(P<0.05);治疗后两组5-HT、5-HIAA、5-HTP含量显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且A组均显著低于B组(P<0.05);治疗后两组TP含量与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组不良反应发生率(3.92%)显著低于B组(15.69%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 黑升麻提取物、戊酸雌二醇均能够改善围绝经期患者激素水平和潮热盗汗临床症状,但前者疗效更确切.
The resin adsorption process has been developed to remove phenols from coking wastewater and its technological parameters are optimized. The results show that the ultra-cross linking adsorption resin, NDA-99, is an effective adsorbent to treat the coking waste water when its pH is 4.0 and the absorbing flux is 40 mL/h, and the mono-column wastewater treatment capacity is 300 mL per batch. Under the condition of 50degC, 10 mL 8% NaOH + 10 mL 4% NaOH + 20 mL water is selected as the desorption reagent, and the flux is WmL/h. After the treatment process, the concentrations of volatile phenol and COD decrease from about 1 380 mg/L to 12 mg/L, and 15 500 mg/L to less than 650 mg/L respectively. The raw phenol desorption solution can be recovered just as the high concentration desorption solution by isopropyl ether extraction-distillation. Thus, the resource recycle of phenol in coking wastewater is carried out.
