A model of naming game between mobile agents in small?world networks is proposed. It is found that the mobile velocity play an important role in the convergence time by investigating the phenomenon that the agents make random walk while they are playing naming?game. The relations of different names,total names and success rate with mobile velocity are investigated in detail. All of these results may be contributed to understanding the collective behavior of mobile agents,and the emergence and maintain of cooperative game as well.
The employing and living state of youth staff under the age of 35 years from 12 universities in the three provinces, namely, Sichuan, Shanxi and He'nan is investigated according to the questionnaire. The result shows that their state is not optimistic. From the perspective of the employing environment, their passion to the job is decreasing compared with the same questionnaire, respectively including their dissatisfaction with the employing condition and heavier pressure from the profession. From the perspective of academic promotion, they have a strong desire to promote, but their chance to professional development, cultivation and education is comparatively slim. From the perspective of living condition, their incoming is not equal to the investment and laboring and the house has been their headache anxiety. The correspondent suggestions are put forward to the government and the education executive division and university.
After investigating the naming game on noise networks, which are constructed as scale-free networks presented by Barabási-Albert (BA). A noise parameter strategy, which governs the frequency of high-degree agents acting as speakers in communication, is introduced. It is found that the agreement time is a non-monotonic function with the noise parameter and there exists an optimal value of the noise parameter which results in the shortest agreement time on naming an object for both scale-free naming games. This phenomenon shows that, although a strong influence of high-degree agents favors agreements achievement, very strong influences inhibit the constringency process, making it even slower than in the absence of influence of high-degree agents. Another phenomenon is that the convergence speed is related to the total memory. These conclusions are beneficial to understand the dynamics of the naming game with noise parameter strategy.
A method that can be used to get scale-free network from a small-world network without growth under the mechanism of preferential attachment is proposed. Unlike the normal BA growth network model, in our model we remove an old node with a probability scaling with the degree of the node before adding a new node into the network, that make the size of the network fixed, but the nodes and edges are not fixed. If an old node has less degree, it has a larger probability to be removed, and its edges are deleted at the same time. It is found that the degree distribution based on our model obeys a form like power-law of BA model, but the scope of degree distribution in our model is much smaller than BA model. Therefore, the degree distribution's heave tail in our model is thinner than that in the normal BA model; thus it is different from the normal BA model. Meanwhile, there are some other properties in our model, for instance, the average clustering coefficient decreases with the renewed ratio and the power-law exponent increases with the renewed ratio to a limited value, which is equal to that in the normal BA model.

In the era of higher education for a powerful nation,it is urgent for the overall construction of the higher education quality evaluation system to construct and perfect the evaluation subject,index and methodology of higher education quality,that is,such problems as who will evaluate,what will be evaluated and how will be evaluated must be solved.In accordance with the subject,the functions of administration should be transformed,the role of higher education institutes should be properly played and the subjects in society should actively participate in.For the index,the choice of indexes and the design of index weight should be paid attention to.As to the methodology,the evaluation of the quantitative and qualitative,the individual and overall and the static and dynamic should be put together.
In recent years,higher education quality evaluation in China has made great achievements in both theory and practice,which accumulates rich experiences for higher education evaluation,and meanwhile provides valuable reference theory for China's basic education quality assessment.Therefore,the higher education quality evaluation gradually formed in our country.But because our higher education quality evaluation start lately and the evaluation is still in the stage of exploration,so there still exist three prominent problems: fuzzy purpose,single subject and closed results.The reasons mainly arise from the restrictedness of ideas,influence of traditional culture and the lag of system construction.Under the new situation,to reconstruct the quality evaluation system of higher education in China,the urgent task is to innovate and develop the evaluation system,to enrich and expand the evaluation subject and to perfect the evaluation system.
We investigate the naming game on geometric networks. The geometric networks are constructed by adding geometric links to two-dimensional regular lattices. It is found that the agreement time is a non-monotonic function of the geometric distance and there exists an optimal value of the geometric distance resulting in the shortest agreement time. All these results show that the geometric distance plays an important role in the evolutionary process of the language game. Our results also show that the convergence time strongly depends on the number of adding links.
A chaotic synchronization control of complex network is set out,which can realize a structure different each other.The way is that the complex network is constructed with a different structure chaotic system as a panel point,the structure form different each other of coupling function at the joint point in complex network is determined by the stabilization theory and the complex network is constructed with system Lorenz and system Chen as network panel point.The simulation imitation finds out that the whole complex network has a stable chaotic synchronization,which shows that this way is effective.
In this work,feedback controller and adaptive controller have been designed to control Chen's chaotic system to stability points efficiently.In feedback control,the scope of control parameter k is exactly deduced in theory,which controls the system to stability points.In the scope,a periodic perturbation controller has been designed,which can control the system to a periodic orbit from the stability point.An adaptive periodic controller has been also designed to control the system from the stability point to a periodic orbit.Numerical simulations demonstrate not only the effectiveness and feasibility of the control method,but also the periodic function's effect on the final periodic orbit.

Laboratory construction in new built colleges is the urgent requirement to foster innovative talents,to enhance the level of research and to support subject construction.Meanwhile,it is also the urgent requirement to the work of saluting estimation and promoting construction.Because the laboratory construction in new built colleges starts late and lacks of practice experiments,so there are five prominent problems such as lack of regard,shortage of investment,faintness of idea,chaos of system,which affect and restrict the sustainable development of laboratory construction.If the new built colleges want to reinforce the laboratory construction further,they must insist high quality design to mark out the laboratory;more investment to construct laboratory;high standard specialty construction to conformity laboratory;high quality organization to manage laboratory;high-benefit operation to utilize laboratory.
When the proper parameter is chosen in the variational-dimensional chaotic system, its synchronization can be realized with the method of finite-dimensional feedback control and the accelerated synchronization of chaotic system is realized with it. This method is proved to be effective by the synchronization design and numerical value simulation of Mr. Cai's chaotic electrocircuit.

This paper presents a process method of estimate tracking and parameter perturbation for the control and synchronization of Henon chaotic system,and its effectiveness is proved by the computer simulation.The result shows that the speed and the effect of chaotic synchronization are related to the cycle of the control of parameter perturbation.This method,which is simple and effective,has the stronger ability of estimating and tracking signals.The obtained data can converge more rapidly.
