Let C be a commutative Noetherian ring containing a field K of characteristic zero. Let R=C[X_1, …, X_n, Y_1, …, Y_m] be a polynomial ring over C with bideg c=(0,0) for all c ∈ C, bideg X_i=(1,0) and bideg Y_j=(0,1) for i=1, …, n and j=1, …, m. Let I be a bihomogeneous ideal in R. In this article, we study asymptotic behaviour of bigraded pieces of the local cohomology module H^i_I(R). Moreover, under the extra assumption that C is regular, we investigate the asymptotic stability of invariants associated to its bigraded components. Consequently, we obtain certain properties of components of the bigraded local cohomology module H^i_I(R), where C=K is a field and I is a binomial edge ideal.
Plant viruses significantly constrain global agriculture by reducing crop yield and quality, with no direct chemical control options available. Conventional detection methods, including ELISA, RT-PCR, and next-generation sequencing, are limited by low sensitivity, infrastructure requirements, and inability to detect novel viral strains. Nanobiosensors integrating nanomaterials such as gold nanoparticles, graphene, carbon nanotubes, and quantum dots with antibodies, aptamers, nucleic acid probes, or CRISPR systems offer rapid, ultra-sensitive, and portable diagnostics. These platforms enable early detection, multiplexing, and field deployment, and their integration with smartphone-based readouts and IoT applications promises real-time surveillance and precision agriculture. By bridging laboratory assays and field-ready tools, nanobiosensors hold transformative potential for sustainable crop protection and food security.
The present research paper is an endeavour to assess the academic stress and the different symptoms of stress suffered by the College students of Kolkata in general. Academic environment is considered as a stressful atmosphere that often put forth a negative effect on the performance, psychological and physical health of the undergraduate students. Thousands of dreams could not be fulfilled due to pressure and stress inflicted on them because of the so called rat race. A total of 100 students of different semesters from different Colleges participated in the survey. Likerts’ Summated scale was adopted for qualitative analysis of data. The results revealed that there was moderate level of stress among the students. It is necessary to identify the stressors, the level of stress and adopt strategies to mitigate stress. Students encounter numerous obstacles to overcome their stress in order to attain their best intellectual act. This paper attempts to study the effects of stress on students of different colleges in Kolkata and provide suggestions regarding stress management strategies for the students.
Spirituality can be viewed as a form of intelligence because it predicts functioning and adaptation and offers capabilities that enable people to solve problems and attain goals and has a significant influence on the quality of life. Spiritual intelligence is the ability of human beings to ask questions about the ultimate meaning of life . It results in an increase in psychological well-being of individuals as well as enabling them to have a goal in their life. In searching for the meaning and connection desired, individuals become aligned with their inner or higher self—their spirituality. The purpose of the present study is to study the difference in spiritual intelligence among corporate and school workforce with reference to a case study.
This research paper delves into the philosophical foundations of yoga and illuminates its guiding principles, including the Eight Limbs of Yoga. It investigates how individuals adopt yoga as a lifestyle, examining daily routines, dietary choices, and ethical guidelines that constitute a yogic way of living. The study explores the profound mind body connection inherent in yoga, with a focus on physical postures (asanas) and breath control (pranayama). It highlights the physiological and psychological benefits of yoga in stress reduction.
