The review summarizes and analyzes the literature on the methods of synthesis of halogenated pyrrole-2-carbaldehydes. The data are systematically organized based on the position of the halogen atom in the pyrrole core. The bibliography includes 49 references published between 2000 and 2024.
The review summarizes and systematizes original reports on targeted structural modification and some aspects of biomedical and materials science applications of halogen-containing pyrrole-2-carbaldehydes published between 2000 and 2024. The chemical behavior of the analyzed compounds is classified according to the type of reaction center transformations. The synthetic transformations involving an aldehyde group, halogen atoms, NH group, and their combinations are highlighted. The review bibliography includes 41 references.
We consider the problem of approximating the functions that are defined on the interval [ – 1; 1] and satisfying the Lipschitz condition on it, by their operators of the Jacobi–Poisson type, constructed according to the system of orthogonal Jacobi polynomials. In particular, at each point x of the interval [ – 1; 1], integral representations are established for the exact upper bounds of deviations of the Jacobi–Poisson operators from functions of the class Lip[ – 1; 1]α for all 0< α ≤ 1. Solving many problems in the theory of function approximation and system analysis ultimately reduces to the analysis of certain integral representations of the corresponding quantities. The integral representations of the exact upper bounds of deviations of the Jacobi–Poisson operators from functions of the Lipschitz class have been established.
Inorganic halide perovskites have recently attracted significant interest owing to their extraordinary optoelectronic properties, including significant charge-carrier mobility, high light absorption, and tunable energy bandgaps. Although inorganic perovskite solar cells PSCs have made significant progress, they lag behind their organic-inorganic counterparts in terms of performance. Therefore, more research should be undertaken to improve efficiency while maintaining stability. In this review, we conducted an in-depth study of the degradation process and highlighted strategies to improve the stability of CsPbX3 (X = I, Br, and Cl)-based PSCs, including surface coating, adjustment of the chemical composition, selection of stacked layers of PSCs, and minimization of hysteresis and ion migration. The electrical properties of CsPbX3 (X = I, Br, and Cl)-based photovoltaic cells, such as impedance and conductance, were studied over a wide temperature range of 300-400 K and a frequency range of 100 Hz-1 MHz. Analyses indicated that the conduction mechanism strongly depended on frequency and temperature, as described by Jonscher's power law. The conductivity of CsPbX3-based solar cells ranges from 3.6 x 10(-3) to 1.1 x 10(-1) S m(-2), with CsPbBr3-based devices exhibiting the highest value, attributed to their combination of moderate carrier density (similar to 1.0 x 10(18) cm(-3)) and high charge-carrier mobility (similar to 0.45 m(2)/Vs). An equivalent electrical circuit was proposed to elucidate the impedance results. These results emphasize the heightened sensitivity of cells based on CsPbI3 to thermal variations relative to devices based on CsPbBr3 and CsPbCl3. This comparative study provides deeper insights into the effect of halide composition on the stability and efficiency of perovskite solar cells.
