Industrial University of Tyumen (IUT) (before 7 April 2016 – Tyumen State Oil and Gas University and Tyumen State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering) is a higher education institution in Tyumen. One of the regional basic universities.IUT provides all levels of education: from secondary general, secondary vocational and higher education, to doctoral studies and business education programs. Studies are held in 25 large groups of areas of training and specialties and in more than 150 educational programs. The number of students is 32,530 people, including 1,500 thousand students from CIS and non-CIS states.The IUT research group includes 225 higher doctorate and professors, 787 candidates of sciences, associate professors. Among them there are 3 academicians, 4c corresponding members of the Russian Academy of Sciences and more than 100 full members and corresponding members of the academies of sciences, a Lenin Prize laureate, 3 State prize laureates, 7 Honoured master of sciences and engineering of the Russian Federation.The rector of IUT is Veronika Efremova, as of 20 September 2020.
в условиях цифровой трансформации высшего образования и распространения гибридных форматов обучения особую остроту приобретает вопрос сохранения духовно нравственного измерения педагогического сопровождения. В статье анализируется специфика трёх ключевых фигур сопровождения студентов в современном вузе – куратора, тьютора и педагога наставника – и их потенциал в формировании ценностных ориентиров обучающихся. Предлагается авторское определение педагога-наставника, а также результаты эмпирического исследования (N=189), проведённого на базе вуза. Разработанный инструментарий (диагностические анкеты для студентов и преподавателей) может быть использован для оценки эффективности системы наставничества в цифровой среде. in the context of the digital transformation of higher education and the spread of hybrid training formats, the issue of maintaining the spiritual and moral dimension of pedagogical support acquires particular acuity. The article analyzes the specifics of three key figures of student support in a modern university - curator, tutor and teacher-mentor - and their potential in forming students' values. The authors propose an original definition of the educatormentor, as well as the results of an empirical study (N=156) conducted at a university. Developed tools (diagnostic questionnaires for students and teachers) can be used to assess the effectiveness of mentoring in a digital environment.
В статье приведен анализ организации расселения граждан из аварийного жилья на территории микрорайона Вынгапурский города Ноябрьска. Разработаны предложения по устойчивому развитию исследуемой территории, а также представлен проект внесения изменений в действующий проект планировки и межевания территории и проект комплексного развития территории, освобожденной от непригодных и признанных аварийными объектов. Представлено сметно-финансовое обоснование затрат на реализацию разработанного проекта. The article provides an analysis of the organization of resettlement of citizens from emergency housing in the territory of the Vyngapursky microdistrict of the city of Noyabrsk. Proposals for the sustainable development of the studied territory have been developed, and a draft for amending the current planning and landscaping project of the territory and the project for the integrated development of the territory freed from unsuitable and emergency facilities has been presented. An estimated financial justification for the costs of implementing the developed project has been presented.
диверсификация силовых видов спорта в образовательном пространстве ВУЗа – это своеобразный стратегический подход. Целью диверсификации силовых видов спорта в образовательный процесс является расширение и обогащение спектра силовых видов спорта в рамках физического воспитания студентов инженерного ВУЗа, повышение вовлеченности обучающихся, адаптации занятий к интересам и возможностям студентов технических специальностей. Это актуально в условиях роста прикладной физической культуры, а также, инклюзивной физической активности. Нами был проведен сравнительный анализ, показавший количество студентов, выбравших для занятий силовой фитнес. Объектом исследования стали студенты с 1 го по 3 курс Тюменского индустриального университета. Как видно из полученных результатов, на силовой фитнес приходится примерно четвертая часть всех студентов ВУЗа. Особо отличается 1 курс. На втором и третьем курсе этот показатель несколько ниже. И, если смотреть по институтам, наиболее активными являются Строительный институт и Нефтегазовый институт. Рекомендации по диверсификации силовых видов спорта в образовательный процесс включают в себя расширение спектра силовых дисциплин: помимо основной тяжелой атлетики, можно включить и ряд других дисциплин. Диверсификация силовых видов спорта с учебным процессом – это включение различных силовых дисциплин в образовательное пространство ВУЗа в виде обязательных или элективных компонентов физического воспитания. the diversification of power sports in the educational space of the university is a kind of strategic approach. The aim of diversifying power sports into the educational process is to expand and enrich the range of power sports within the framework of physical education of engineering university students, increase student engagement, and adapt classes to the interests and capabilities of technical students. This is relevant in the context of the growth of applied physical culture, as well as inclusive physical activity. We conducted a comparative analysis that showed the number of students who chose strength fitness classes. The object of the study was students from the 1st to the 3rd year of Tyumen Industrial University. As can be seen from the results, strength fitness accounts for about a quarter of all university students. The 1st course is particularly different. In the second and third years, this indicator is slightly lower. And, if you look at the institutes, the most active are STROIN and NEFTEGAZ. Recommendations for diversifying strength sports into the educational process include expanding the range of strength disciplines: in addition to basic weightlifting, a number of other disciplines can be included. The diversification of strength sports with the educational process is the inclusion of various strength disciplines in the educational space of the university in the form of compulsory or elective components of physical education.
На примере кадастрового квартала, расположенного на территории города Муравленко, выполнен анализ проведенных комплексных кадастровых работ, выявлены основные проблемы поэтапной реализации. Учитывая значимость и необходимость комплексных кадастровых работ как инструмента устойчивого экономического и социального развития государства, предложены решения, которые значительно оптимизируют и ускорят процесс выполнения работ, повысят эффективность рассмотрения и утверждения карта-планов территории, позволят более продуктивно взаимодействовать с Росреестром. Using the example of the cadastral quarter located in the city of Muravlenko, an analysis of the complex cadastral works was carried out, the main problems of phased implementation were identified. Taking into account the importance and need for complex cadastral works as an instrument of sustainable economic and social development of the state, solutions have been proposed that will significantly optimize and speed up the process of their implementation, increase the efficiency of consideration and approval of map plans of the territory, and allow more productive interaction with Rosreestr.
в статье рассматривается процесс саморегуляции обучающихся как произвольная психическая активность в контексте когнитивных и эмоционально-волевых процессов. Саморегуляция выступает как осознание личностью своих регуляторных процессов на разных уровнях функционирования психики. Саморегуляция представлена как структурно-функциональная модель динамической работы различных механизмов психической активности. В структурно-функциональной модели саморегуляции произвольной психической активности обучающихся в контексте учебно-тренировочной деятельности показаны уровни и закономерности функционирования произвольной психической активности. Раскрыты особенности психической регуляции обучающихся в соответствии с потребностью проявления ими соответствующей физической активности. Показана разница в индивидуальном стиле регуляции между занимающимися в различных физкультурно-спортивных секциях и теми, кто не посещает такие секции. the article examines the process of self-regulation of students as an arbitrary mental activity in the context of cognitive and emotional-volitional processes. Self-regulation is presented as an individual's awareness of their regulatory processes at different levels of mental functioning. Self-regulation is presented as a structural-functional model of the dynamic operation of various mechanisms of mental activity. The structural-functional model of self-regulation of students' arbitrary mental activity in the context of educational and training activities shows the levels and patterns of functioning of arbitrary mental activity. The article reveals the features of mental regulation in students in accordance with their need to engage in appropriate physical activity. It shows the difference in individual regulation style between students who participate in various physical education and sports sections and those who do not.
