. The constant growth of the average distance of removal of harvested wood is noted by all timber companies in Russia. The situation with this issue is particularly difficult in Siberia and the Far East. To reduce the transport component of the cost of harvested wood in Siberia and the Far East, wood processing technologies are increasingly being used on mobile lines of forest terminals (non-permanent timber warehouses). This makes it possible to increase the coefficient of full-wood carts, optimize the logistics of delivering the finished products and semi-finished products to the consumer, bypassing unnecessary transshipment points.
Methods of accounting for round timber are traditionally divided into group and piece-by-piece. Piece-by-piece methods are usually more accurate, but also more costly to use. With the development of technologies and automation of the procurement process and subsequent technological operations on the way to processing, new opportunities are opening up both for the wider application of piece accounting methods where previously it was possible to use mainly group accounting methods, and for the use of group accounting methods with greater accuracy of results than was previously possible.
The studies were carried out in the breeding herd of purebred Simmental cattle of SPK Abodimovskiy of Saratov region, which is characterized by stable parametres of milk productivity. Methods generally accepted in zootechnics were used for the research. Exterior and constitution of the animals were assessed visually, as well as by taking main body measurements and calculating body build indexes. The paper presents results of assessment of purebred Simmental servicing bulls of milk-meat type, belonging to Florian 374 line, by exterior and constitution of the offspring. The estimated bulls have a conformation score of 91 and 94 points. Comparison of bulls by exterior measurements taken at the age of 18 months shows that Coral 4067 bull is significantly superior to Record 306 bull in terms of depth, width, circumference of chest (by 12.8; 9.6; 6.3%), as well as pelvic-thoracic and blockiness indexes (by 5.6 and 6.3%). In order to determine the nature of bulls’ transmission of their conformation features (body shape) to descendants and compare them with each other in terms of conformation and constitution, body measures of the descendants of the evaluated bulls (castrated bulls and heifers) at 6, 12 and 18 months of age were taken and body indexes were calculated. It was established that the offsprings (castrated bulls and heifers) of Coral 4067 bull differ from the offsprings of Record 306 bull in larger exterior measurements and especially in wide, deep and voluminous chest, i.e. they have a declination towards Eirison type, like their father. Castrated bulls - the descendants of Coral 4067 bull at the age of 18 months had superiority over the descendants of Record 306 bull in terms of width, depth and girth of the chest by 4.33; 2.51 and 3.25%, and heifers, respectively, by 2.30; 1.78 and 2.17%. According to the indexes of blockiness, chest index and massiveness, their superiority was 3.5; 1.2; 10.8% and 2.1; 1.2 and 6.5%, respectively.
The article is devoted to the study of the effect of fertilizer systems on soil fertility and winter wheat yield. The study was carried out on the experimental field of Ulyanovsk State Agrarian University named after P.A. Stolypin. The research materials were: straw; "Biocomposite-correct"biopreparation; zeolite; zeolite enriched with amino acids; Saratovskaya 17winter wheat variety. The scheme of the experiment included 8 variants: 1. Control; 2. Straw; 3. Straw+N10kg/t; 4. Straw + "Biocomposite-correct"; 5. "Biocomposite-correct"; 6. N64P32K54 (NPK); 7. Zeolite, 500 kg/ha; 8. Zeolite enriched with amino acids, 500 kg/ha. The area of the record plot is 20 m2 (2*10), the experiment is repeated four times. The soil of the experimental field is typical black soil. The experiments were carried out with strict observance of all methodological requirements, analyzes - according to the relevant state standards. It was found that mutual usage of straw and a biological product, as well as fertilizers based on zeolite, significantly improves physical (the structural coefficient increased by 0.3-2.1 units), biological (the degree of cellulose decomposition increased by 14-27 relative percent) and agrochemical (the content of mineral nitrogen increased up to 16% in the arable layer of the soil, available phosphorus compounds up to 23% and potassium up to 12%), the properties of the typical black soil. The yield of winter wheat was at the level of 6.08 t/ha , on average for 3 years, when zeolite enriched with amino acids was introduced into the soil, which is not inferior to the variant with mineral fertilizer. It is possible to increase soil fertility, as well as winter wheatyield, using biological farming techniques. Environmentally friendly farming, using mainly organic fertilizers and biological agents, will allow to abandon or reduce the dose of mineral fertilizers.
The article presents results of studies on correction of silage and haylage rations of young fattening cattle and lactating cows by using sorbing, sorption- probiotic and antioxidant vitamin and mineral supplements. The application of such feed additives as Koretron and Biokoretron-forte in hay rations of fattening cattle in the amount of 1.1 % of its dry matter stimulates protein-synthesizing liver function, which is shown by concentration increase of total protein in blood serum of young animals in the experimental groups compared to the control (by 3, 97 and 5.01 %) albumin (6.21 and 9.34 %) and alpha globulins (9.26 and 16.74 %), concentration increase of immunoglobulins of A, M, G classes, all these parametres are reflected in an increase of average daily gains by 11.75 and 14.73 %. Adding the antioxidant vitamin and mineral supplement Lipovitam-beta to silage rations of cows at a dose of 4 g every 5 days increases their productivity by 7.41 %, which is also confirmed by an increase of serum protein concentration in their blood (by 2.04 %), besides, there is a significant increase of globulins by 3.52 % in the fractional spectrum, the fraction increase of gamma globulins (by 4.69 %), which carry the main load for formation of antibodies, is especially pronounced. The application of Lipovitam - beta has an immunostimulating effect during the period of late pregnancy of cows (7-8 months of pregnancy), which is confirmed by a significant increase of immunoglobulins of A, M and G classes in blood serum, by 8.38 %; 9.37 % and 13.01 %, respectively. Cow reproduction rates are improved
