
【Objective】 A 28-day experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of Bacillus licheniformis and Bacillus coagulans on growth performance,nutrient metabolism and antioxidant capacity of Litopenaeus vannamei.【Method】 L.vannamei were randomly allocated to 3 groups,those in the control group were fed with a basal diet wrapped with albumen,and those in the experimental groups were fed with basal diets supplemented with B. coagulans(10~8 CFU/g) and B. licheniformis(10~8 CFU/g),respectively.Samples were taken on the 7 th,14 th,21 st and 28 th days of the experiment.The contents of total protein(TP),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG) and nitric oxide(NO) and the activities of glutamine synthetase(GS),malic dehydrogenase(MDH),lipase(LPS),hexokinase(HK),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),catalase(CAT),superoxide dismutase(SOD),nitric oxide synthetase(NOS) and total antioxidant(T-AOC) were measured.At the end of the experiment,the growth performance and muscle nutrients of L. vannamei were measured.【Result】(1) Compared with the control group,the final weight increased significantly and the feed conversion ratio decreased(P 0.05).(3) The activity of T-AOC was the highest in B. coagulans group(55.21 U/mL) on the 7 th day and in B. licheniformis group(45.08 U/mL) on the 14 th day with significant differences with the control group(P 0.05).The activity of GSH-Px in B. coagulans group reached the highest level on the 28 th day(957.30 U/mL),while that in B. licheniformis group reached the highest level on the 21 st day(932.25 U/mL),and they were significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).The activity of NOS and the content of NO in B. coagulans group reached the highest levels on the 14 th day,and they were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The content of NO in B. licheniformis group reached the highest level on the 28 th day,and it was significantly higher than in the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】 Adding B. licheniformis and B. coagulans in diet could improve the growth performance,nutrient metabolism level,oxygen metabolism and antioxidant capacity of L. vannamei.
【Objective】The research was to study the inheritance of resistance to stripe rust in 9020-17-25-6,a wheat-Psathyrostachys huashanicatranslocation germplasm line previously obtained from the interspecific hybridization of wheat genotype 7182 and Psathyrostachys huashanica.【Method】Five different races of Puccinia striiformis f.sp.tritici(Pst),CYR29,CYR30,CYR31,CYR32 and CYR33,were selected to test the F1,F2,F3,and BC1 progenies derived from 9020-17-25-6/Mingxian 169 at seedling stage ingreenhouse.Genomic in situ hybridization(GISH)was applied to identify P.huashanicachromosomes in9020-17-25-6.【Result】9020-17-25-6was resistant to all tested Chinese races at seedling stage.Genetic analysis revealed that the resistance to CYR32 and CYR33was controlled by a single dominant gene.A pair of signals was detected when using genomic P.huashanica DNA as a probe in the GISH experiment,and the translocation alien chromatin in this line was very long and cytologically detectable,further indicating that 9020-17-25-6was a wheat-translocation line.【Conclusion】As a novel resistance resource,9020-17-25-6had good resistance against popular rusts in China and it can be applied in wheat breeding for rust resistance.
【Objective】This study predicted the temporal and spatial change of climatic resources and production potential during growth period of rice under the background of global climate change in Sichuan Province to provide theoretical support for addressing climate change and making policy for rice production.【Method】Based on the daily data of A2 and B2climate scenarios(2071-2100)and baseline climate condition(1961-1990)from the regional climate model PRECIS,the spatial and temporal change characteristics of climate resources(thermal time≥10℃,total sunshine hours,total precipitation,reference crop evapotranspiration and water deficient ratio)and production potential(photosynthetic potential productivity,photo-temperature potential productivity and climatic potential productivity)during rice growing periodin Sichuan were analyzed using the methods recommended by FAO and HOU Guang-liang.【Result】The thermal time≥10 ℃,total sunshine hours and reference crop evapotranspiration during growth period of rice increased from 2071 to 2100under A2 and B2climate scenarios compared with the baseline climate conditions from 1961 to 1990.The precipitation decreased in most regions of Sichuan.The water deficient ratio of rice showed increasing tendency in the future,indicating that the rice drought disaster risk might increase in Sichuan.The photosynthetic potential productivity,climatic potential productivity and photo-temperature potential productivity of rice also increased in future.【Conclusion】Future changes in climatic resources would benefit rice yield in Sichuan Province.
【Objective】Calibration of parameters for large-scale distributed hydrological model VIC was conducted with a new method to provide new ideas for the calibration of hydrologic model parameters.【Method】The optimal combination was determined using uniform design theory to reconstruct traditional calibration intervals and runoffs at hydrological stations including Linjiacun,Zhangjiashan and the export section of Weihe River basin were simulated.【Result】The six parameters required by calibration in the baseline period were converted to a combination of six factors and 10 levels.Only 10 times of calibrations were needed to make the Nash coefficients of all stations reach 0.85 with the total accuracy error of5%,meeting the engineering precision.【Conclusion】Uniform design principle greatly reduced the workload while ensuring the simulation results compared to other parameter adjustment methods.
【Objective】This study investigated the genetic diversity of wild Prunus tomentosa populations to provide theoretic reference for utilization and conservation of thus resources in Shaanxi.【Method】A total of 140 samples from seven wild Prunus tomentosa populations in Shaanxi were collected to study genetic diversity and genetic structure using SSR markers.【Result】A total of 92 alleles of 10 loci were detected from seven wild Prunus tomentosa populations and the number of alleles per locus ranged from 6to14.The percentage of polymorphic loci(PPL)was 100%in populations.The mean Shannonu0027s information index(I),Neiu0027s gene diversity(H),observed heterozygosity(Ho),and expected heterozygosity(He)were1.280,0.655,0.584 and 0.672,respectively.The results revealed that the genetic diversity in the wild Prunus tomentosa of the 7populations in Shaanxi was rich.About 81.9%of(Fst=0.181)gene differentiation was observed within the populations,higher than among populations.According to gene differentiation coefficient,the gene flow(Nm)was 1.128.Based on un-weighted pair-group method,the seven wild Prunus tomentosa populations in Shaanxi were divided into three groups:group one included LY,XF,HY,and KQ,group two included XY,and group three contained YG and QH.【Conclusion】Genetic diversity inthe wild Prunus tomentosain Shaanxi was rich,and that of HY population was the richest.The genetic differentiation within each population was higher than among populations.And the 7populations were divided into 3groups.
【Objective】This study assessed naturalness of different Platycladus orientalis communities in Yan'an suburb.【Method】Platycladus orientalis and Quercus wutaishannice mixed plantation,Platycladus orientalis and Populus hopeiensis mixed plantation,Platycladus orientalis and Robinia pseudoacacia mixed plantation,and Platycladus orientalis in Yan'an suburb were selected.Stand structures were investigated and sensitive analysis was conducted to filtrate out 12 indexes,namely DBH of constructive tree species,height of constructive tree species,number of natural regeneration,species richness in arbor layer,Pielou index in arbor layer,Margalef index in shrub and herb layer,organic matter content,total nitrogen content,soil available P,soil available K,compose index and interference to describe the community characteristics.Then the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to build an index system for assessing the naturalness and the integrated index of naturalness of every stand type was calculated and evaluated.【Result】The integrated indexes for naturalness of Platycladus orientalis and Quercus wutaishannice mixed plantation,Platycladus orientalis and Populus hopeiensis mixed plantation,Platycladus orientalis and Robinia pseudoacacia mixed plantation,and Platycladus orientalis plantation were 0.78,0.76,0.38,and0.19,and their naturalness classifications were 2,2,4,and 5,respectively.【Conclusion】Platycladus orientalis and Quercus wutaishannice mixed plantation,and Platycladus orientalis and Populus hopeiensis mixed plantation were semi-natural forests,Platycladus orientalis and Robinia pseudoacacia mixed plantation was near-plantation,and Platycladus orientalis plantation was plantation.
【Objective】This paper investigated the hereditary stability and restoration of wheat male sterile line BNS.【Method】Sowing of BNS at different dates(2011-10-08,2011-10-28,2011-11-11,2012-02-13,and 2012-03-12),crossing of BNS with 680 conventional cultivars,and reciprocal crossing between BNS and YS type thermo-photo-sensitive male sterile line 732 A were conducted to study the hereditary stability and restoration of BNS,and the relationship between BNS and other thermo-photo-sensitive male sterile lines.【Result】(1)As the delay of sowing date,the booting stage to heading stage reduced significantly ranging from 19 to 9dwith the increasing self-seed rates of BNS,18%-126%(international)and 7%-79%(national).However,the self-seed rate of BNS sowed in late spring was lower than that in early spring.The self-seed rates from different sowing dates were low and stable,11%-18%(international)and3%-6%(national).(2)Three fully fertile plants BNSB1,BNSB2 and BNSB6 were found from BNSsowed in autumn and all populations were also fully fertile plants after harvest and normal sowing in autumn.Their self-seed rates were close to that of Xiaoyan 22.(3)A total of 16 restorer lines with restoring rate up to 90%(international)were selected from the 680 combinations,accounting for 2.35% of the total.7out of the 16 restorer lines with restoring rate up to 100%(international)were higher than their male parents.(4)F1of reciprocal cross between 732 Aand BNS were all fully fertile plants with international self-seed rates of 38.89% and 40.63%,respectively,and promising restorer lines of 732 A were not selected as the restorer lines of BNS.There were no allelic male sterile genes between BNS and 732 A.【Conclusion】The thermo-sensitive male sterile characteristic of BNS can be inherited stably.BNS was non K type male sterile wheat line.
【Objective】Based on the hydraulic model of Sanhekou water conservancy of Water Transmission from Han River to Wei River(WTHW),the research investigated the flow pattern at different water pumping,water supply and power generation conditions to obtain optimal operation conditions.【Method】This paper determined the optimal building shape and operating conditions for control gates by analyzing the flow patterns in the inlet and outlet of the connection tunnel and control gates between Huangsan tunnel,Qinling tunnel and the connection tunnel.Then the final running water levels of the control gate,connection tunnel and shaft tailrace tunnel at all conditions were verified through experiments and the design water levels of water supply,water pumping and power generation were determined.In addition,the changes of water level of the shaft tailrace tunnel under the conditions of sudden load rejection and increase were studied to ensure safety of the hydraulic constructions at special operating conditions.【Result】For water pumping,when the discharge from Huangsan tunnel was large(conditions 1,2and 5),the whole sys-tem worked well and the flow pattern was stable.When the discharge from Huangsan tunnel was small(conditions 3,4and 6),the water level should be increased by controlling the gate in the inlet chamber of Qinling tunnel to meet the designed pumping discharge.For water supply and power generation,the flow pattern was stable and the water level in the shaft tailrace tunnel was normal at most conditions.When the flow rate increased to the highest level(70m3/s),the water level(548.10m)in the shaft tailrace tunnel was higher than the highest designed water level(547.96m)of the connecting tunnel.【Conclusion】The water level of the tail water pond should be kept at a level higher than 545.15 min water pumping conditions.To insure the normal operation of power generation,the height of the tail water pond should be increased appropriately to maintain an open-channel flow.
【Objective】This study aimed to screen acid bacteria strains for pomace silage additive usage which grow fast and have strong acid production capacity and acid tolerance.【Method】The tested strains were screened based on acid and gas production characteristics,acid production rate,and growth curve in glucose fermentation.The selected strains were identified through morphological observation,physiological and biochemical tests,and 16 SrDNA sequence analysis.We further studied the growth temperature range,acid and alkali resistance,salt resistance,acidity,and organic acids components of selected strains.【Result】Four lactic acid bacteria strains,R7,R3,Rg,and Re,were screened.Through morphological observation,physiological and biochemical tests and 16 SrDNA sequence analysis,R7 was Lactobacillus plantarum,R3 was Lactobacillus pentosus,Rg was Lactobacillus fermentum,and Re was Lactobacillus rhamnosus.All the strains can grow at temperatures between 15 to 50 ℃.Strain R7 grew fastest and had the strongest acid produce capacity.Its lactic acid content was also the highest,accounting for 95.40% of the total acid con-tent.It grew well with pH of 3.0and can tolerate NaCl with mass concentration of 0.08g/mL.The growth and acid productions of Re and R3 were less than that of R7,and they also had strong acid and alkali resistance.Rg grew well at temperature of 50 ℃,showing strong high temperature tolerance.【Conclusion】Strains R7,Re,R3 and Rg showed good biological characteristics including fast growth,strong acid production capacity and acid tolerance,and high lactic acid content,and they can be applied to the preparation of pomace silage additives.
【Objective】This study aimed to choose models for simulating diameter structure of harvested spruce-fir mixed forest in Changbai Mountain.【Method】Based on analysis of 12spruce-fir permanent plots in over-cutting forest that had been cut two or three times,negative exponential model,three parameters Weibull model and finite mixed Weibull model were used for fitting diameter distributions of spruce-fir mixed forest.【Result】The density of tree number was 535-1 035trees/hm2,and the mean DBH was20.1-23.9cm.The skewness was positive in all plots.The negative exponential model was suitable for diameter distribution of plots 1and 7,three parameters Weibull model was suitable for plots 2and 4,while finite mixed Weibull model was good for the rest.【Conclusion】The inverse J-shaped curves can be better fitted by negative exponential model,while the irregular distributions can be fitted better by finite mixed Weibull model.
【Objective】This study aimed to analyze temporal and spatial characteristics of reference crop evapotranspiration(ET0)and predict future ET0 in Shaanxi so as to provide foundation for the development of crop irrigation system and water resources plan.【Method】Based on the daily meteorological data from 18 meteorological stations in Shaanxi during 1961-2000,daily ET0 values were calculated using Penman-Monteith equation recommended by FAO.According to the NCEP reanalysis data and GCMs(HadCM3)output data,statistical downscaling model was used to predict future ET0 under the A2 and B2emission scenarios.【Result】Spatially,ET0 values in Shaanxi had the increasing trend from south to north during 1961-2000.ET0 values at 7stations increased while at other 11 stations decreased.Under A2 emission scenario,the average ET0 values in 2011-2040,2041-2070,2071-2099 year increased by 2.7%,4.9% and 8.9%,respectively compared to the base period(1961-2000).The areas with largest increase of ET0 were Ankang,Shiquan and Lueyang stations in Southern Shaanxi,Huashan station in Guanzhong,andstations in Northern Shaanxi.Guanzhong area performed smaller increase range.ET0 values were predicted to change unevenly in 2071-2099 year with the largest increase in winter.【Conclusion】The continued growth of ET0 would increase the shortage of water resources in Shaanxi,further affecting the future water requirements of crops and irrigation.
【Objective】Pot experiment was carried out to study the effects of Cd addition on physiology and the growth of three tobacco varieties.【Method】Three main tobacco varieties in Fujian,Cuibi 1,K326 and Yunyan 87,were selected to study the effects of different Cd additions on chlorophyll content,active oxygen metabolism,chlorophyll fluorescence,and height and biomass of tobacco varieties.【Result】Cd increased the content of photosynthetic pigment of Cuibi 1,while inhibited those of K326 and Yunyan 87.With the increase of Cd addition,activities of SOD and POD of three varieties increased firstly followed by a decrease.Cd addition increased MDA contents of all the three varieties without significant difference.The activity of photosynthetic reaction center in tobacco leaves decreased significantly under Cd stress and the inhibition on photosynthetic activity of K326 was the strongest.The growth of Cuibi 1and Yunyan 87 was promoted with low Cd additions whereas it was inhibited with high Cd additions.The growth of K326 was suppressed regardless of Cd additions.【Conclusion】Different tobacco varieties showed different sensitivities to Cd stress,and K326 and Yunyan 87 were more sensitive than Cuibi 1.
【Objective】The variation of crossability and seed morphology caused by interspecific hybrid between Larix principis-rupprechtii and Larix kaempferi were studied to provide scientific reference for breeding and establishing seed gardens.【Method】30crosses were obtained using the control-pollinate method,with parents of 6 L.principis-rupprechtii clones(female)and 5 L.kaempferi clones(male).The maternal free pollinate experiment was set as control.The fruits and seeds of these crosses were collected for testing seed traits and morphological indexes,including seed length,seed width,and seed wing length.The variation of these traits between hybrids and their maternal parents was also analyzed.【Result】The differences of these traits in different hybrid combinations were significant,and all crosses could be classified into 3categories:over-parent,fine and poor,with 2,17 and 11combinations,respectively.Seed plumpness and seed efficiency depended on hybridization combination and seed setting was mainly dominated by the female parents.Hybrid seed size was associated with female parent,and the seed wing lengths of most combinations were over 4%longer than their female parents,part of them were even 10%.【Conclusion】The breeding value of L.principis-rupprechtii×L.kaempferi interspecific hybrids was great,and theeffects of different parental combination on crossability should be used efficiently.
【Objective】This study aimed to screen fungicides with optimum antibacterial effects on moldy core and core rot disease in apple.【Method】Four fungicides,3% polyoxin,1.5% benziothiazolinone,4% TF 120,and 25% JS 399-19 SC,were used to treat main pathogens of apple moldy core and core rot disease in vitro based on mycelial growth method.【Result】The results showed that 3% polyoxin at120μg/mL had effective effects against tested pathogens including Alternaria alternate,A.arborescens,A.tenuissima,Cladosporium cladosprioides and Trichothecium roseum with antibacterial rate of 90%.1.5% benziothiazolinone at 300μg/mL had90%antibacterial rate against Alternaria alternate,A.arborescens,T.roseumand C.cladosprioides.4% TF 120 at 400μg/mL only had strong action against T.roseum,with inhibition rate of 94.2%.The inhibition rate of polyoxin against fungus reached 80% with the concentration of 30μg/mL,but it failed to inhibit Fusarium proliferatumeffectively.Under the concentration of 37.5μg/mL,benziothiazolinone had good action against tested fungus(C.cladosproioides and T.roseum)with inhibition rate of70%.When tested with the concentration of 200μg/mL,TF 120 showed good inhibitory effect(88.2%)against T.roseum.25%JS 399-19 SC showed good inhibitory effect against Fusarium equiseti,F.proliferatum,F.graminearum and F.tricinctum,and the EC50 against the former three was0.1μg/mL while against the last one was 0.227 7μg/mL.【Conclusion】Polyoxin,TF 120,benziothiazolinone and JS 399-19 had different effects against moldy-core and core rot disease in apple.Thus,they can be mixed or separately applied to control these diseases.
【Objective】This study analyzed the impact of different water and nitrogen supplies on yield and quality of greenhouse cucumber to provide reference for quality production of greenhouse cucumbers.【Method】Plot experiments were conducted with three irrigation levels(W1(60% ET0),W2(80% ET0)and W3(100% ET0))in interaction with four nitrogen fertilization levels(N0(0 kg/hm~2),N1(180kg/hm2),N_2(360kg/hm~2),and N_3(540kg/hm~2)),a total of twelve water and nitrogen treatments.The quality indicators(soluble solids,Vc,soluble sugar,soluble protein and nitrate)were measured during the flourishing time while yield was counted after the final harvest for comprehensive evaluation of quality u-sing principal component analysis.【Result】Irrigation and nitrogen had significant effects on yield and quality indicators of cucumber.Irrigation had significant positive correlation effects on yield,whereas the impacts of nitrogen fertilizer on yield were different for different irrigation levels.W_3N_3 yield was 11.8%and33.7% higher than treatments W_2N_3 and W_1N_3,W_2N_3 yield was 19.6% higher than W_1N_3,while W_2N_2 yield was 0.87%lower compared to W_2N_3.Compared with W_3N_3,the contents of Vc,soluble sugar and soluble protein of cucumber under treatment W_2N_2 were increased by 26.6%,35.3% and 2.8%,while the amount of nitrate was decreased by 2.9%.Comprehensive evaluation of cucumber quality with principal component analysis showed that appropriate water and fertilizer saving management had positive effect on improving cucumber quality.【Conclusion】Based on production and quality indicators,treatment W_2N_2(80% ET_0 and 360kg/hm~2 N)was suitable to obtain high yield and quality in cucumber cultivation.
【Objective】This study analyzed the error sources of free swelling ratio test to provide basis for improving its accuracy.【Method】The study took expansive soil samples from Ankang and Yangxian in Shaanxi and Handan in Hebei.The Ankang expansive soil samples were sieved to particle diameters(d≤0.1mm,0.1mmd≤0.25 mm,and 0.25mmd≤0.5mm),and the free swelling ratios were tested.The Ankang expansive soils were also modified with sodium metasilicate and cationic-type polyacrylamide to 16 different soil samples to study the influences of gradation composition.The mass ratios of sodium metasilicate were 0.5%,1.0%,2.5%,and 5.0%,and the mass ratios of cationic-type polyacrylamide were 0.1%,0.5%,1.0%,and 2.5%,respectively.Then the expansive swelling ratios of three kinds of expansive soils under 10,15 and 25 ℃ were tested and the quality of soil samples in the soil cup with and without being cooled in drying oven were investigated.【Result】The free swelling ratio of Ankang expansive soil with size of≤0.1mm was 20%.When the size was between 0.25 and 0.5mm,the result was 53% with differenceof 33%.For the modified soils,when mass ratio of sodium metasilicate was 1.0%and mass ratio of cationic-type polyacrylamide was 0.1%,the free swelling ratio of modified soilⅠ and the soilⅡ were 23% and40%.The next error source was the environment temperature.The result decreased by 43% when the temperature decreased from 25℃to 15℃.Cooling had minor effects on mass of soil samples.【Conclusion】In order to increase the accuracy of the free swelling ratio,it is suggested to divide the soil samples to three size groups,0to 0.1mm,0.1mm to 0.25 mm,and 0.25 mm to 0.5mm,and the corresponding mass fractions should be 0-20%,20%-50% and 20%-50%,respectively.It is also helpful to cool the samples to 25 ℃.
【Objective】This study aimed to reveal the mechanism of canopy temperature differences in different genotype peanut varieties by investigating the characteristics of diurnal changes in peanut canopy temperature and the relationships with surface temperature and illuminance.【Method】Diurnal changes(06:00-18:00,every 2h)in peanut canopy temperature and surface temperature were determined with an infrared radiation thermometer,and canopy illuminance,illuminance of 1/2plant height layer,and illuminance of 0.02 mplant height layer were measured by an illuminometer at both pod setting stage and filling stage.【Result】Significant differences in canopy temperatures of different peanut genotypes were found.Temperatures of warm-type peanut varieties with high canopy temperature were continuously high,those of cold-type peanut varieties with low canopy temperature were continuously low,and the differences were larger at late growth stage.Diurnal changes of canopy temperature and surface temperature of different temperature-type peanuts were well fitted by cubic polynomials,and diurnal changes of various layers were well fitted with quadratic polynomials.There were significant(P0.05)and extremely significant(P0.01)positive relationships between diurnal changes of peanut canopy temperature and surface temperatureand illuminance of each layer.However,at different growth stages,the effects of various factors on diurnal changes of canopy temperature were different:At pod setting stage,surface temperatureilluminance at1/2plant height layerilluminance at 0.02 mplant height layercanopy illuminance,while at pod filling stage,surface temperaturecanopy illuninanceilluminance at 1/2plant height layerilluminance at 0.02 m plant height layer.【Conclusion】Diurnal changes of peanut canopy temperature were closely associated with surface temperature,and canopy illuminance also played an important role at late growth stage.
【Objective】Soybean chalcone reductase 3(chr3)was cloned and its coding protein catalytic in vitro was analyzed to provide references for synthesis and regulation of daidzein.【Method】The soybean chr3 was amplified by RACE technology and the domain and function of its coding protein was analyzed using soybeanJinong 17as material.The fragment was introduced into pET28 avector,which was transformed into E.coli BL21.Recombinant vector BL21-pET28a-chr3 was constructed and recombinant protein was verified by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).【Result】The genes chr3(GenBank accession:KF927169)with full length of 1 416 bp was cloned successfully.The recombinant vector BL21-pET28a-chr3 was constructed successfully,and HPLC showed that synthesis of isoliquiritigenin catalyzed by recombinant protein increased the content of soybean isoliquiritigenin to 33.673μmol/g.【Conclusion】The soybean chr3 genes was isolated and identified,which improved catalytic activities of coding protein CHR3.
【Objective】This study aimed to comparatively assess the effects of different Salviamiltior rhiza Carthamustinctoriusratios on the hemorheology and hemodynamics of acute blood stasis rats.【Method】The test solutions with S.miltiorrhiza-C.tinctorius ratios of 3∶1,2∶1,and 1∶1were prepared with the drug concentrations of 0.6g original medicinal materials per mL.A total of 60 SD rats were randomly divided into blank group,model group as well as S.miltiorrhiza-C.tinctorius 3∶1,2∶1,and 1∶1groups.Ubcutaneous injection of adrenaline hydrochloride(0.8mg/kg)and ice water bath were used to establish the acute blood stasis rat model for all groups except the blank group.After 12 hof fasting and free water drinking,blood sample were taken and blood rheology indicators were tested to determine the success of model establishment.Then,S.miltiorrhiza-C.tinctorius groups were given corresponding drugs(3g/(kg·d))orally,positive drug control group was given Danhong injection of 9mL/(kg/d),while model control group and blank group were given distilled water once per day for 8days.30 min after the treatment on day 8,rats were anesthetized before blood samples were taken to determine blood rheology related indicators(whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,blood sedimentation,and red blood cells hematocrit)and hemodynamic indexes(left ventricular systolic blood pressure,left ventricular end-diastolic pressure and left ventricular maximum rising rate,left ventricular maximum decline rate,and ST segment).【Result】Compared with the blank group,all hemorheology indexes of model group were significantly increased,indicating that the model was established successfully.Compared with model group,S.miltiorrhiza-C.tinctorius with different ratios reduced the values of whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and blood sedimentation,and inhibited left ventricular systolic blood pressure and left ventricular maximum rising rate and falling rate and the left ventricular end-diastolic pressure as well as the rise of ST segment of acute blood stasis rats.The S.miltiorrhiza-C.tinctorius with ratio of 3∶1was the best.【Conclusion】S.miltiorrhizaC.tinctorius with ratio of 3∶1could significantly improve hemorheology and hemodynamics of acute blood stasis rats.
