汉斯·约纳斯的责任伦理学是现代技术批判与哲学理论创新的重要成果.约纳斯责任伦理思想的成熟经历了三个主要阶段,即现代技术批判、传统伦理学反思与“未来责任”伦理建构.约纳斯的现代技术批判,既具有浓重的时代性又承接了马克思以来的社会批判精神.其对传统伦理学理论的诊断与技术时代伦理特征的洞察,构成了责任伦理学的底色.约纳斯的责任伦理学既是“责任”精神在伦理学中的复归,又具有朝向“未来”的向度,这是其理论的特点.通过批判、反思与建构,约纳斯形成了这种非对称性的“未来责任”伦理思想,并以此来直面现代技术的挑战.
Marketing insurance companies hold large market shares and impact Chinese insurance industry significantly.Four marketing insurance groups,four property insurance companies and five life insurance companies are picked out and their operating efficiency are analyzed using operating data from 2007 to 2012 based on DEA-Malmquist Index Method. The results show that total factor productivities of most marketing insurance groups,property insurance companies and life insurance companies decreased within the sample period,their operating efficiencies over years fluctuate heavily and their technological progress needs to be strengthened. Accordingly,countermeasures are put forwards: increase RD spending and develop new insurance products; focus on the macro- economy development and pay attention to insurance policy trends;use insurance groups' scale advantages fully and coordinate the relationship between different business sectors.

The Spring and Autumn Annals has become prominent subject in Song Dynasty. Ou Yangxiu studied the Spring and Autumn Annals from two aspects. On one hand he interpreted the relationship betweenJingandZhuanin forms,on the other hand he applied concretely the Annals in content. Ou Yangxiu's holistical interpretation extended the space of the Spring and Autumn Annals,and inspired the following researches' study.

Critical thinking is a concept rather than a discipline. Critical thinkers associate it with liberal education and plan to set up curriculum. The article,based on the connection among concept,discipline and curriculum,states that liberal education is achieved by means of professional teaching. If critical thinking corresponds to liberal education,professional teaching and specialized curriculum are deemed unnecessary. It is obviously wrong to reform the logic curriculum which serves as an elementary course,to attain the objective of critical thinking. Logic curriculum should be attached more importance since there is no denying that it contributes to enhancement of both critical thinking quality and ability. While concept leaves room for wide interpretation,the curriculum setting involves profession and discipline,which should not simply be conducted according to a concept,let alone an ambiguous one.

On this base,this article made research to the sentenceenrich the language by studying the classics,and we believe thatenrich the language by studying the classicsis a kind of method to enrich one's written language. This kind of method can be used in different ways,such as adducing a quotation from the classics,learning the rhetoric devices from the classical works,and imitating its concise and comprehensive language style.

Open innovation is the research focus in innovation management field in recent years. Used software of Bibexcel,SPSS and Ucinet,this paper makes a quantitative research of Chinese open innovation literature by using of co- citation analysis and selecting CSSCI literature database as a data source. The results show that the research of Chinese open innovation can be divided into six academic research groups: open Innovation and innovation networks,innovation resources and knowledge management; open innovation and Total Innovation Management( TIM) and technological innovation; open innovation and innovation risk; open innovation and innovation independent; open innovation and business performance; open innovation and Intellectual Property Management. Their academic contribution rate,representative figures,research status and main points are significant differences.

Food safety,as an important livelihood issue,is closely related to social stability and healthy development of economics. A series of food safety problems appear and challenge our country's food safety management. The safety of the food production management is not only a problem of management,more involved national legislation and international cooperation,which need the coordination between multiple subjects and multiple departments. Legal regulation on food safety management problems needs more practical experience of other countries for reference,shifting from inspection after the event to a rather comprehensive regulatory system which guarantees sources for food production management and establishes traceability system.
Chong Fang,who lived in Zhong Nan Mountain for 30 years,was a famous hermit of Song Dynasty. His teacher,Chen Tuan,who was a famous Taoist priest. Chong Fang gained the trust of the emperor,influenced by Confucianism and Taoism when he became an official. He hesitated for being an official or being a hermit. His experiences reflected the profound contradiction of recluse concept on Confucianism and Taoism. This paper reveals the different recluse views on Confucianism and Taoist by analyzing Chong Fang's choice.
