社区教育政策法律化是我国社会治理能力和治理水平现代化的重要体现.经过三十多年的发展,我国社区教育政策已形成较为复杂的规范体系,但这些政策规范尚未转化为国家层面的专门法律.当前我国社区教育政策法律化主要表现为地方性法规的制定,且以促进条例为主,存在法律政策化现象明显、稳定性不足等问题.我国社区教育政策应实现向法律的科学、民主、依法转化,出台国家层面的专门法律,以管理型法的出台为立法目标,走循序渐进的发展路径.
增强乡村振兴本土人才学习收获是提升乡村本土人才培养质量的治本之策.本研究以湖南农民大学生为调查对象,采用标准化量表对其学习动机、自我效能感、学习收获进行调查.运用SPSS25.0进行数据分析,经描述性分析、差异显著性检验与中介效应检验,发现:农民大学生学习收获水平较高,自主学习能力提升为首要收获,学习动机水平高于一般开放教育学习者,自我效能感高于理论值;农民大学生学习收获、学习动机、自我效能感在年龄、学习时长、职业等方面存在显著差异;农民大学生学习动机、自我效能感和学习收获显著相关,学习动机、自我效能感对农民大学生学习收获的正向影响显著,自我效能感在农民大学生学习动机和学习收获之间起中介作用.应从激活强化学习动机、增强学习自信心等视角提升学习者学习收获,改进乡村振兴本土人才培育实践模式,提升乡村振兴本土人才培育质量.

德里罗的《大都会》以金融大亨埃里克生命中最后一天在城市不同空间里的漫游历程再现了后现代社会的伦理救赎主题.从空间视角出发探究小说主人公在不同城市空间里的伦理选择,可以发现主人公在不同空间转换中经历了从伦理缺位到伦理觉醒再到伦理救赎的过程,最终实现了自我灵魂的解放.小说反映了德里罗对后现代美国社会如何摆脱消费文化和商业文明牵制、重建社会伦理秩序问题的思考.

微时代高校学生网络舆情存在信息裂变以致舆情传播更迭迅速、群体极化以致线上线下舆论交织发酵、后真相化凸显理性思维困境的特征.对高校学生网络舆情的治理面临风险研判响应机制滞后、多元化手段缺乏、思想政治教育网络话语权薄弱的现实困境.应建立健全高校学生网络舆情预警和监测的长效机制、强化多维联动的高校学生网络舆情队伍建设,提升数字技术优化舆情监控,从而有效应对高校网络舆情.
It is of great significance for the effective protection and rational utilization of ecological resources in natural protected areas to clarify the Spatio-temporal behavior characteristics of eco-tourists. In this study,the outdoor platform of "two-step Road" was used to capture the GPS track,mark and photo data of eco-tourists’ activities in Zhangjiajie Nature Reserve,and the kernel density analysis and semantic track of geographic information system were used to explore the temporal and spatial behavior characteristics of tourists. The results show that: in terms of time characteristics,the activities of ecotourists present a normal distribution trend in different time periods of the day. Zhangjiajie nature reserve has obvious off-peak season,and the number of tourists in peak season is 3-8 times that of off-peak season. In terms of spatial characteristics,the spatial aggregation of tourist interest points in Zhangjiajie nature reserve shows a state of overall dispersion and layout aggregation. In terms of spatial and temporal characteristics and activity intensity,overnight tourists in the scenic spot carry out their tourism activities earlier and have stronger night activities. In terms of focus density,the kernel density of Yuanjiajie is the most stable. In terms of transportation lines,tourists pay attention to different ropeway lines at different time points. We should reasonably guide the routes to balance the tourists’ visiting time,rationally use marketing to attract off-season tourists,and rationally arrange facilities to reduce the pressure on core scenic spots.

Facial expressions are the most direct and effective way to express emotions and emotions. Obtaining and mastering the facial expression information of students in classroom teaching is of great significance for teachers to control the classroom situation through multiple channels. In this study,the deep learning model was used to extract the key feature information of students’ facial expression images in class,so as to identify the expressions of students in class when they are hAppy,angry,normal,confused,surprised,sad,afraid and disgusted. The results show that the method of recognizing students’ classroom expressions can effectively eliminate the interference of irrelevant information such as classroom background and students’ clothing,and has a good performance on highlighting relevant information. The use of deep-learning-based students’ facial expression recognition method in the classroom is conducive to detecting students’ emotions,improving the classroom teaching evaluation mechanism,timely and effectively reflecting student’learning status,and helping teachers accurately grasp students’ classroom learning conditions,thereby helping the high-quality development of classroom teaching.
Subject is a very important concept in Marxist philosophy. On the basis of criticizing and inheriting the subjective thought of previous philosophers,Marx elaborated two kinds of subjective concepts under the guidance of historical materialism:the“realistic individual”engaged in practical activities is the individual subject of social history,and the capital subject manipulates the operation of capitalist society. Based on the analysis of the concept of the two types of subject in the history of philosophy and the investigation of Marx’s criticism of political economy,we know that the relationship between the individual subject and the capital subject is not one or the other,but the internal unity relationship based on the difference.
