To address the challenges posed by insufficient integration of industry and education,as well as low lev-els of disciplinary cross-fertilization in the context of new liberal arts education,this study proposes an innovative talent training model based on the"Three Integration Principles"of"Industry-Education Integration,""Science-Education Integration,"and"Competition-Education Integration."This model introduces a multi-level and three-dimensional professional teaching system that focuses on"theory teaching,""experimental teaching,""discipline-based competition,"and"corporate practice,"embodying the"Four-in-One"principle.This approach strengthens the integration of logistics with other disciplines,promotes innovation in logistics talent training,optimizes talent training programs,and enhances the overall quality of talent cultivation.
Paying attention to the professional development of special education teachers and building high-quality teaching team,are the basic premise of the sustainable development of special education in China.The research u-ses bibliometrics to visually analyze the literature on the professional development of special education teachers in the web of science and CNKI databases.The results show that the research on the professional development of spe-cial education teachers has experienced three stages:rise,expansion and deepening,the research mainly focuses on three aspects:integrated education,professional standards of special education teachers and teacher education for special education teachers.On the whole,the number of documents issued has shown a steady upward trend;however,there are also some problems,such as the research content is not systematic enough,the research per-spective is relatively narrow,and the construction of local theories is weak.Therefore,the future research on the professional development of special education teachers can enrich the research content from three aspects:legal sys-tem,information literacy and evidence-based practice;expand the research perspective and carry out interdiscipli-nary research;construct localization theory and realize Chinese expression.
Party newspapers are the main battlefield of the Party's ideological work,and distribution work is the main link for the Party media to achieve dissemination value,and it is also a direct means for the Party media to im-plement the responsibility system for ideological work.How to scientifically and effectively distribute party organ newspapers is one of the deep-seated challenges faced by the CPC in its century long news practice.In the"experi-ment"of the construction of a new democratic society under the partial governance of the CPC during the Yan'an period,the Liberation Daily,as a scarce political resource,constructed a distribution system with a centralized leadership from the central government,precise allocation of quantity,diversified integration of distribution,and organized circulation and promotion.It was mutually constructed with the highly politicized and organized society at that time,making the Liberation Daily the most powerful ideological weapon,with a printing volume of only about 7000 copies.This distribution concept that maximizes the dissemination effect of each newspaper and fully leverages the advantages of technology and organization is the main path to break through the practical difficulties of party newspaper distribution in the era of all media,consolidate and strengthen the mainstream ideological and public o-pinion of the new era.
Facing the objective differences of social individual abilities and the realistic limitation of high-quality higher education resources,how to provide higher education opportunities fairly is a major problem facing the popu-larization of higher education in China.The transfer education of California Community College uses the " com-mon" mechanism of colleges and universities,inter-school " cooperation" mechanism,transfer " guarantee"mechanism,unveiled information mechanism and fiscal incentive mechanism,enable higher education institutions of different types,levels and natures to develop with their respective functions and missions,it has built a channel for community college students to improve their academic qualifications and made it possible to achieve educational equity.Exploring the development process of California's transfer education and analyzing the transfer guarantee mechanism have important reference value for China to improve the connection mechanism of higher education and promote the equity and quality of higher education under the background of popularization of higher education.
