The construction of Hainan Free Trade Port provides an unprecedented opportunity for the development of Hainan. As the symbol of Hainan culture, Qiong Opera embraces a new phase of opening up now. The study object of traditional Qiong Opera translation should not be confined to one or two operas. From a macroscopic perspective, the researchers should select representative Qiong operas to build up monolingual corpus, and then extract frequency list, words with Hainan culture features,words with Hainan dialect features, and Hainan colloquialisms from the corpus to find out language universals, so as to provide comprehensive study material. And the translation of Qiong Opera can not only focus on literal meaning of the opera text. On the basis of correct understanding of the opera text,the translators are supposed to take the characteristics of opera language and Hainan dialect into account to make the translated texts resemble the origin texts both in meaning and in form.
The construction of rural culture is an important part of implementing the strategy of rural revitalization. Rural aesthetic education is the source of power to stimulate the high-quality development of rural culture, and it has a unique functional orientation in the rural revitalization strategy. In the in-depth development of aesthetic education teaching in rural areas, there are common problems such as insufficient attention paid to aesthetic education teaching by schools, lack of rural aesthetic education teachers, weak development of aesthetic education courses in rural schools, and weak learning motivation of rural students. The quality of education is not high. Based on the above problems, by deepening the top-level design, we should attach importance to the value of aesthetic education teaching; strengthen teacher training, improve the teaching staff of aesthetic education; dig deep into curriculum resources, build a three-dimensional curriculum system; meet the needs of students, enhance students’ endogenous motivation, form educational synergy, and promote rural schools.Sustainable development of aesthetic education.

新时代"枫桥经验"的研究不应仅局限于理论层面,更应对案例进行实证研究.研究发现枫桥经验在司法案例中存在案件数量少、笼统运用而不进行论证说理、鲜有法官主动提出等不足.枫桥经验的案例包括基层个案和司法个案.案例化研究不仅能够将抽象的枫桥经验具体化,还能够采取新的视角学习枫桥经验,提升枫桥经验的影响力.通过案例的选取、编撰、发布、传播、适用等环节,将基层治理中个案的路径研究和司法个案的焦点问题相结合.既能够从实践层面反哺枫桥经验的理论研究,也能够深化枫桥经验的实践内涵.推动新时代"枫桥经验"深层次、多元化发展.
海南"一村一名大学生计划"是专门培养农村基层干部的大专学历教育项目.学生来自农村,归于农村,是实施乡村振兴战略和建设农业强国的主力军和引导者.实践教学的设计和质量是实现人才培养目标的关键.海南自由贸易港建设和乡村振兴战略的实施对农村基层干部的能力提出新的要求.利用实地调研、座谈会和问卷调查方法,掌握项目实践教学的现状,了解学生对实践教学的需求,剖析实践教学存在的问题,以期为今后开展项目实践教学改革提供依据.
