El artículo expone la intervención de los procesos misionales de la Universidad Libre (Docencia,Investigación, Proyección Social, Internacionalización y Bienestar) mediante la gestión por procesos y herramientas de calidad. Tras un análisis exhaustivo que identificó falencias institucionales, se implementaron acciones orientadas a asegurar la eficiencia, efectividad y relevancia académica y administrativa. A través de una metodología participativa que integró diversas áreas universitarias, se estructuraron propuestas específicas de optimización. El enfoque en la mejora continua busca potenciar la reputación académica de la institución, robustecer su impacto social y consolidar el desarrollo integralde la comunidad universitaria.
Strategic leadership is the determining factor for today's corporate success. It demands a shared and proactive vision that replaces intuition with data analysis, enabling agile adaptation to volatile environments to ensure organizational sustainability. Therefore, the objective of this article is to analyze the relevance of strategic leadership and its guiding principles as fundamental tools for business survival and competitiveness. The method used was a descriptive qualitative study, based on analytical reflection and document review, under a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. In conclusion, this practice transforms uncertainty into opportunities, ensuring the company's long-term growth and robust positioning.
To Purpose is analysis of the Pacific Alliance PA as a platform for the promotion of agricultural exports in Colombia, as well as the competitiveness conditions of this sector by means of a systematic review and the application of the Comparative Advantage Index. The methodology is documentary and descriptive based on articles published in the database, applying the systematic review method, and a quantitative approach is applied to measure the index of revealed comparative advantage (IVCR). The Pacific Alliance is configured as a high-impact trade platform for the promotion of exports and competitiveness in the Colombian agricultural sector, and the IVCR indicates that the sector has maintained an average comparative advantage over the other PA.
El autor explica como la crisis económica mundial de 2009 y la crisis económica provocada por el Covid-19 impactaron y profundizaron los desequilibrios macroeconómicos, y al mismo tiempo condujeron a menores niveles de desarrollo de las empresas y de los hogares en El Salvador. La medición de las variables permitió cuantificar la dimensión del impacto macroeconómico con respecto al PIB realizando la simulación sin y con la presencia de ambas crisis. Los resultados de la investigación indican que ambas crisis afectaron negativamente a las empresas y al Consumo Final de los Hogares muy por encima de la afectación del resto de variables macroeconómicas.
This article sought to determine the relationship between dignity at work and job performance among employees of the Alto Amazonas Subregional Management, using a quantitative, correlational approach with a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The study population consisted of 250 employees of the Alto Amazonas Subregional Management. A significant and positive link between dignity at work and job performance was found, demonstrating that these employees show greater commitment, enthusiasm, and dedication to their tasks, resulting in higher quality results and a greater contribution to achieving organizational objectives
