The introduction of the Comprehensive Reform Program of the National Open University is a milestone event in the history of the development of the open university, marking the transformation of Radio ＆ TV universities and the construction of the open university have entered a new stage. To establish an open university, major construction is the key, and quality improvement is the key to realizing the goal of transformation. This paper analyzes the challenges faced by major construction in the context of the transformation and development of open universities and explores how to optimize major construction from four aspects: major construction with characteristics, provision of high-quality educational resources, integration of digital and intelligent means, and teaching team, to realize the open university transformation goal to provide the train of thought reference.
近年来，学界对老年教育的研究主要集中在内涵界定、理论研究、供给体系、保障体系四个方面，研究目的从提升老年人生活质量到有序推动社会可持续发展的方向转变，研究重心从实践研究向理论研究转变，研究以促进老年人发展为基础，力求呈现多学科、多领域的交叉发展态势。今后，老年教育的研究还需在积极老龄化理念的引导下挖掘价值内涵，实施精准供给，抓准老年教育的时代诉求，在多主体共同参与提高老年教育服务能力、多领域协同配合关注老年教育系统性的前提下，促进老年教育的健康发展。
It is an indisputable social reality that the employment for college graduates is difficult, and some artificial employment traps in society have a very serious impact on the employment of college students waiting for employment. By summing up the types of employment traps from practical cases, and analyzing the reasons why unemployed college students fall into these traps, this paper puts forward that the government, schools, and society should perform their respective duties, which can help unemployed college students identify the said traps and help them realize employment smoothly.
