This study investigates the impact of work environment and work discipline on staff performance at BRMP PKH Bogor, driven by initial observations indicating that environmental deficiencies and inconsistent discipline limit employee achievement. Using a census-based quantitative method (a total sample of 71 respondents), this study employed multiple linear regression along with t-tests and F-tests in SPSS 25. Empirical results confirmed that both independent variables positively and significantly influence performance individually and simultaneously, explaining 26.4% of the total variance (R2 = 0.264). It is noteworthy that discipline plays a more substantial role in driving performance than the work environment. To maintain productivity, organizations are advised to strengthen disciplinary measures and optimize overall working conditions. Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Environment, Teacher Performance.
This study examines how work discipline and organizational culture influence employee performance at Hotel Salak The Heritage Bogor. The research used a quantitative causal-associative design with 86 employees as respondents. Data were collected through a structured five-point Likert questionnaire and analyzed through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, partial testing, simultaneous testing, and coefficient of determination. The findings indicate that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while organizational culture also has a positive and significant effect and becomes the stronger predictor in the model. Together, the two variables explain 67.3% of the variation in employee performance. The results suggest that hotel performance is strengthened when procedural discipline is supported by shared values, teamwork, attention to detail, and consistent leadership behavior. Managerial improvement should therefore combine attendance control, clear service procedures, value-based orientation, supervisor coaching, and measurable service evaluation.
This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and job stress on employee performance at the Nutrition Fulfillment Service Unit (SPPG) in Ciampea and Cibungbulang Districts. This research employed a quantitative method with an associative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to SPPG employees. The population consisted of 94 employees, including 47 employees from SPPG Bogor Ciampea Cicadas and 47 employees from SPPG Bogor Cibungbulang Girimulya II. A saturated sampling technique was used, in which all members of the population were selected as research samples. Data were analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, partial tests (t-test), simultaneous tests (F-test), and the coefficient of determination with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics version 27. The results indicate that the work environment and job stress have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. These findings suggest that a conducive work environment and effective job stress management can enhance employee performance in carrying out their duties and responsibilities optimally.
This research is designed to analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of liquidity and profitability dimensions on firm value within insurance enterprises traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019 to 2025. Employing a quantitative framework, this inquiry evaluates how these specific financial parameters drive market valuation. For the independent metrics, liquidity is operationalized through the Current Ratio, while profitability is assessed via Return on Assets (ROA). Meanwhile, corporate value functions as the dependent variable, measured through the Price to Book Value (PBV) architecture. The underlying population encompasses 19 corporations operating in the insurance subsector, from which 8 firms were selected utilizing specific purposive sampling criteria. The dataset comprises secondary records extracted from the annual financial publications of each entity. Statistical evaluations were performed via SPSS software, incorporating descriptive statistical analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The empirical findings reveal that, on an individual basis, both liquidity and profitability exert a substantial significant effect on firm value. Concurrently, these financial determinants simultaneously influence the overall firm value of the observed insurance corporations during the 2019–2025 timeframe. Given that liquidity and profitability serve as crucial anchors for market appraisal, management within this sector should strategically optimize their liquid positions and bolster profitability metrics to enhance long-term firm value.
This study aims to analyze the level of return and risk of mining sector stocks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2020–2025 period. The population consisted of 55 mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample was determined using purposive sampling based on specific criteria, resulting in 15 mining companies selected as research samples. The study employed quantitative data and secondary data sources in the form of monthly adjusted closing stock prices and the Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI) from January 2020 to December 2025 (72 monthly observations). Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistical methods, including stock returns, market returns, market risk, and standard deviation risk, processed using Microsoft Excel. The results indicate that the average monthly return of mining sector stocks reached 2.94%, significantly exceeding the market return (CSPI) of 0.56% per month. All sampled companies outperformed the market. The average total risk (standard deviation) was 16.33%, while the average systematic risk (beta) was 1.17. These findings reinforce the characteristics of the mining sector as a high-risk, high-return investment sector. Most stocks followed the Risk–Return Tradeoff pattern, with a positive anomaly found in ANTM, which generated high returns with relatively controlled risk, and BYAN, which exhibited a negative beta and potential as a hedging instrument.
