Curriculum resource review is a significant factor to promote the curriculum resource quality effectively.In order to optimize and improve the quality of curriculum resources,this paper focuses on the review of kindergarten curriculum resources.By sorting out the context of relevant review systems at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the purpose,route,process and system of the review of curriculum resources,and discusses the problems that need to be paid attention to in the curriculum resource review process,in order to provide ideas for constructing the curriculum resource review system.
Discipline evaluation is an important means to promote the communication of disciplines of Chinese universities and world-class universities. It is also an important guide for the development of discipline system with Chinese characteristics, and plays a leading role in promoting the development of discipline aggregation in universities. With the rapid development of higher education, the fifth round of discipline evaluation plays a more important role in ideological and political education, international exchange, quality of personnel training, employment and career development, etc. As an important part of discipline construction, student work should be attached great importance by universities, and its main contents should be implemented into the specific index system of discipline evaluation, so as to create landmark achievements and provide important support for the overall and coordinated development of disciplines.
By analyzing the review system of doctoral dissertations in 40 doctoral degreeawarding universities in education nationwide, we systematically grasp the status quo of doctoral dissertation review in China from five aspects: review methods, review copies, review indicators,review feedback and review appeals, and deeply reflect on the status quo to form an optimization path in terms of ideas, procedures, methods, etc., so as to“promote construction through evaluation”and cultivate high-level and innovative doctoral students.
The educational governance system and capacity are important parts of the national governance system and capacity. In the new era, it is needed to build an educational governance institution with the participation of all social parties, and the governance method should be changed from the internal vertical management to open horizontal governance. The focus is to introduce mechanisms for social participation in governance, stimulate the enthusiasm of society to participate in governance, in order to enhance the effectiveness of educational governance. Educational supervision has the advantage of being both relatively separate and coordinated in the closed loop of education decision-making, implementation and supervision. Besides, it should play the role as a pivot in administrative supervision and public participation in educational governance,reflect its scientific and authoritative nature so as to undertake the due mission to build a new pattern of educational governance with multiple subjects.
There are problems such as unclear power attributes, tension between autonomy in running schools and students’ right to obtain degrees, and unclear specific scope and standards, when universities regard thesis publication as the standard for awarding doctoral degrees. In practice, the vague attribute of power leads to the unclear basis of judicial review of doctoral thesis publishing requirements. The absence of relevant laws makes it difficult to effectively restrict the behaviors of universities that set up the requirements for publishing papers and doctoral dissertations. Moreover, this thesis-oriented evaluation method has produced many negative effects. Based on this, at the national level, we should speed up the issue of a new degree law to clarify the power attributes and procedural norms of the right to set standards for degree awarding in universities. Universities should exercise the power to set standards for awarding doctoral degrees according to law, and improve diversified academic evaluation methods.
