莴笋皮中含有丰富的膳食纤维,利用超声辅助碱法提取莴笋皮中的可溶性膳食纤维,可以充分利用莴笋商品化过程中的废弃物资源,对于环境保护、降低成本以及提高农副产品附加值和经济效益都有重要的促进作用.通过单因素试验探讨碱液浓度、超声提取时间、超声提取温度和料液比对莴笋皮中膳食纤维提取率的影响,运用Box-Behnken原理设计 4 因素 3 水平的响应面优化分析试验,研究各因素及其交互作用对莴笋皮中可溶性膳食纤维提取率的影响,得到预测的回归方程模型.分析响应面确定最佳提取工艺参数为NaOH浓度6%、超声提取时间40 min、超声提取温度65℃、超声提取料液比1∶30.在此条件下试验得到的莴笋皮中可溶性膳食纤维提取率为 17.63%,与理论值的相对误差为 0.34%.优化得到的工艺参数可为莴笋皮可溶性膳食纤维的提取和利用提供参考.
纤维素是天然的高分子材料,利用其制备全纤维素纤维膜有利于减少石油基材料带来的环境污染,全纤维纤维膜复合抗菌剂可以起到缓释抗菌的作用,在食品包装领域具有很大的发展前景.本文介绍了全纤维素纤维膜的制备方式进展以及缓释抗菌膜的缓释方式进展,为全纤维素纤维缓释抗菌膜的发展提供参考.
X-ray powder diffraction data, unit-cell parameters, and space group for N,N-dimethyl-1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-amine, C9H11N3, are reported [a = 11.379(3) Å, b = 10.227(5) Å, c = 7.151(1) Å, α = 90°, β = 90°, γ = 90°, unit-cell volume V = 832.318 Å3, Z = 4, ρcal = 1.286 g cm−3, and space group P21212]. All measured lines were indexed and were consistent with the P21212 space group. No detectable impurities were observed.
目的 通过分析东莞市人民医院孕期TORCH的产前筛查结果,对当前孕期TORCH产前筛查的价值进行探讨.方法 采用ELISA法检测2019年1-9月份共3070例孕期患者TORCH产前筛查样本,并用SPSS18.0对所得数据进行统计学分析.结果 弓形虫lgM抗体(TOXO-IgM)、风疹病毒lgM抗体(RUB-IgM)、巨细胞病毒lgM抗体(CMV-IgM)、单疱病毒抗体I型(HSV I-IgM)、单疱病毒抗体II型(HSVII-IgM)阳性率分别为:0.037%、0.196%、0.879%、0.032%、0.163%.结论 TORCH检查不应该是普遍意义上的人群孕期筛查,而是有针对性的检查,以此提高筛查的诊断价值,同时应该建立更可靠、经济、简便的筛查方法.
[目的]针对我国居民三大产能营养素的供能不合理的现状,研发适合居民需求的营养八宝粥配方.[方法]以红小豆、薏米、板栗、荞麦、银耳、黑豆、燕麦、南瓜瓤粉等全谷及杂豆类作为原料,以膳食营养及能量均衡作为出发点,考虑各原料的产能营养素含量、功能成分,以及混合八宝粥原料三大产能营养素供能比等因素,对八宝粥配比进行设计.[结果]配比出健康,营养,符合膳食均衡要求的八宝粥,其蛋白质、脂肪和碳水化合物的供能比分别为19%、21%和60%.[结论]该八宝粥低脂、高蛋白、营养均衡,能量供给均衡,且碳水化合物由杂粮供给.同时富含β-胡萝卜素,感官及理化指标符合国家标准,达到市售八宝粥的需求.

In the paper,we narrative the present situation and problems on the practice teaching of vocational food professional and put forward the contents we need reforms including three sides: changing the new models to replace the traditional school model;arranging the content of practice teaching according to " basic skill project-professional skill project-comprehensive and practical work skill project" by the way of modular approach with step by step;establishing the new system on practice teaching in the manner of " three levels and three stages".
The effect on by-products of formic acid, acetic acid, levulinic acid on xylitol fermentation by Candida guilliermondii. Each byproduct was added to the med-ium with different concentrations of fermentation tests; and the results were as follows: fermentation of xylitol is most obviously inhibited by formic acid, even at the concentration of 1 g.L-1, and the fermentation of xylitol is almost completely inhibit- ed with the concentration of 5 g.L-1. 1 g.L-1 acetic acid or levulinic acid is beneficial to the fermentation, and fermentation inhibition is not obvious when their conce-ntration is less than 2 g.L-1, while the fermentation of xylitol is almost completely inhibited at the concentration of 8 g.L-1. Inhibition of xylitol fermentation basically assumes additive effect when the by-products of same sort of weak acids coexist.
实验、实训、实习三个环节与课程设计、毕业设计、学年论文、创业活动、社会调查、科技制作、学科竞赛活动等构成了实践教学的完整体系,但实验、实训、实习又是评估实践教学优劣、是否符合国家教学要求最为重要的指标。同时这三个环节又可以单独成为一个小体系,教学中应该采取由浅入深,理论联系实际,工学结合的模式来培养学生。就高职高专院校在开展和实施三环节教学过程中出现学生忽视实验原理的连贯性,操作能力差,教师重理论轻实践,学校不重视校内外实训基地建设,寻找实习单位路子单一等问题进行探讨,并对如何提高实验、实训、实习教学效果提出策略和方法。
The natural zeolite has certain pigment adsorption performance. This paper uses hydrochloric acid solution to modify the natural zeolite and to improve its adsorption ability, and analyses the influences of zeo- lite grain size, hydrochloric acid concentration, temperature and time on the modification effects. Moreover, the paper uses the modified zeolite to decolorize the sugarcane juice,and the best technological conditions under which the decolorization rate reaches 64.8% are obtained by orthogonal experiment. Finally, the paper analyses the structure eharacterizatics of modified and post--regeneration zeolite by using XRD.
