With large field of view design,an uncooled infrared focal plane array detector and image grabber collect sky background.Then,the system performs pseudo-color and bracket removal operations and so on to get a pseudo-color image,and computes the position information of interesting points based on a pre-established function between calibrated position in the sky and pixels in the image.Finally,cloud thickness and area information are used to determine the threat grade of the cloud to observation equipment.Experiment results demonstrate that the measurement system is capable of producing in realtime a processed cloud image every 2s above an elevation of 15° with 1.5° azimuth accuracy and 0.9°elevation accuracy.The system is used determine the position of clouds and increase service efficiency.
The shrinkage of water area affects the ecological balance and the flood control badly, this not only threats the living of animals and plants, but also impairs the regulating ability of the lake and brings more pressure on flood control. Retreating the flood storage is necessary. For a long time, study of retreating the flood storage is focused on the flood control in the given regions, and the study about general principles is little. With one-dimensional unsteady flow mathematical model, the influence factor on the flood control along the river caused by retreating the flood storage is researched and the laws about the flood control caused by retreating the flood storage are summed up. A conclusion is drawn that retreating the flood storage is very important to store floodwater and flood detention, single retreat is more effective than double retreat to the flood control. Under single retreat, the flood control is affected by the time to open floodgate, and the effect of storing floodwater is more obvious with reasonably operation regulation. The station nearer the flood storage is affected more than that far, and the station upstream is affected more than that downstream. Many factors such as relative position, mode of retreating and the operation regulation should be considered.

In order to solve the problem that the circumstance parameters are monitored easily in the greenhouse,in this paper,an Ethernet conversion interface based on C8051F020 and net chip RTL8019AS is designed,which makes full use of Ethernet resource for data transfer between PC and serial port device in the monitoring field.It realizes Ethernet communication based on UDP/IP protocol.Then the C51 programming language of single chip implement the normal communication when the card deviates the environment limitation of PC.The system has many advantages such as real-time,high reliability,intellectualized,and it can also extricate the monitoring system from environmental limit in on-site uses,it has good application prospects.
Tunablility of negative-refraction in metal-rod pair metamaterial by liquid crystals is demonstrated by numerical simulation.It is shown that negative index can be achieved in the frequency range from 0.648 THz to 0.413 THz,covering two atmospheric windows around 0.65 THz and 0.50 THz,by tuning the permittivity of liquid crystals from 2 to 4.Negative,zero or positive index can be obtained at any frequency within the negative refraction range by changing the permittivity of liquid crystals.Since the permittivity of liquid crystals can be tuned by an external bias or a light field,the frequency of negative refraction and the propagating direction of a THz wave can be well controlled.
The synthesis of MnSalophen/Al_2O_3 catalyst was described.The resulting compounds were characterized by various analytic instruments.The effects of catalyst dosage,reaction time,reaction temperature and reaction pressure on the conversion of cyclohexene and the yield of cyclohexenone were also studied.The results showed that the optimal conditions for synthesizing cyclohexenone were as follows: catalyst dosage was 50 mg;reaction time was 8 h;reaction temperature was 100 ℃ and the reaction pressure was 1.5 MPa.The yield of the final product was 50.3%.

利用s=2的大自旋和s=1/2的两个π型连接的小自旋组成自旋单元模型,按照一维伊辛问题的矩阵算法处理,探讨了有机聚合物的磁性质.用计算机模拟给出在外磁场作用下铁磁相互作用和反铁磁相互作用的磁化强度与磁感应系数与温度的关系.结果表明,在反铁磁相互作用下,随着外磁场的变化低温时磁化强度有三个极限值,其中两个是稳定的,一个是不稳定的.这个不稳定的磁化强度对应于一个临界磁场,低温时外场变化经过临界磁场时磁化强度发生突变.
