目前不少企业已将品牌的社会型拟人化作为获得竞争优势的有力手段.社会型拟人化将非人物品进行精神层面的拟人,通过最大的拟人效果为品牌创造收益.以往有关拟人化研究多关注外在型和内在型拟人化且多集中于品牌评价领域,而对于最能深入人心的社会型拟人化的研究却鲜有涉足.本文主要关注社会型拟人化对消费者行为的影响,并试图解决两个问题:第一,社会型拟人化信息对消费者购买意向是否有影响;第二,如果有影响,那么这种影响机制是什么.通过三组实验,研究发现:社会型拟人化信息对消费者购买意向有正向影响作用,并且信息处理流畅性和心理抗拒分别独立的发挥了部分中介作用,且二者共同中介作用显著;此外,认知资源占用水平的高低在主效应中起到了调节作用.该结论揭示了品牌的社会型拟人化是促进消费者购买意向的作用机制,对指导企业开展拟人化营销具有实践意义,同时也丰富了现有拟人化营销的研究成果.
In this paper, we used a special ionic liquid(3-MBP-dca) as the precursor and silica NPs as a hard template to get N-doped carbon. Then we tested its characterization by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD), XPS and TEM resonance. N-doped carbon-supported palladium was synthesized to catalyze benzyl alcohol to benzaldehyde. The experimental results showed that under the condition of 2% mol catalyst, p-xylene as solvent and oxygen as the oxidant, this reaction got the best yield. The conversion of benzyl alcohol was 95% and the selectivity was as high as 100%.
Based on the sequences of the M2gene of Chinese H5/H9subtype influenza viruses reported in GenBank,4copies of the M2extracellular domain composed of 23amino acids were synthesized and linked with 3T/B cell epitopes located in influenza virus HA246~260,ayeast transcription factor tGCN4was added at its C-terminus.Then it was cloned into pGEX-6P-1vector with BamHⅠ and XhoⅠ.SDS-PAGE and Western-blot results showed that the recombinant protein with multiple copies of M2ewas successfully expressed and its immunogenicity was assessed in BALB/c mice by an intramuscular injection with Freund's adjuvant.Sera taken from mice at two weeks after booster were used to test the antibody levels by ELISA.At the same time,the splenocytes were taken to detect the amounts of specific T-cell by ELISPOT.The results demonstrated the recombinant protein could induce a high level of M2e-specific antibodies in mice and the number of spots formed in every 1×106spleen lymphocytes of the immunized groups was up to 150after being stimulated by M2epeptide.In conclusion,the highly efficient recombinant protein with multiple copies of M2estrongly paves a way for the further study of broad-spectrum influenza virus subunit vaccines.

The order of mind-nature and the institutional structure are basically internal/external perspective of social theories.This paper tries to discuss the mechanism of the traditional Chinese social services.This paper argues that,the nature of traditional Chinese people is an ethical collection centered on respecting their progenitor,which are the general mechanism of social solidarity and the basis of mind-nature of social services,correspondingly,family as its main institutional vehicle and clan,religious organizations,government professional institutions and private voluntary organizations as its supplementary institutional structures.Also this paper attempts to provide a reference for building a system of social services suitable for China in a socially transitional period by discussing the traditional Chinese social services.

OBJECTIVE To study the regularity of plasma protein binding rate of CA4P in several species.METHODS Equilibrium dialysis method was used in measuring unbound fraction of CA4 and the concentrations of CA4 in plasma and phosphate buffer were determined by HPLC-UV method.RESULTS After 24-hour of dialysis,the plasma protein binding rates of CA4 were 77.86%,74.70%,64.46% in rat,81.70%,81.32%,79.68% in Beagles and 84.55%,77.04%,71.70% in human,respectively.CONCLUSION CA4 is a drug with moderate plasma protein binding rate in the range of 0.918-36.72 μg·ml-1.Although plasma protein binding rate of CA4 had a tendency of decrease when the concentration of CA4 increased,there was no significant difference in different concentrations and species(P>0.05).
OBJECTIVE To study the pharmacokinetics of active compound -combretastatin A4(CA4) which was produced by combretastatin A4 phosphate(CA4P) in rats.METHODS After iv administration of CA4P at the dose of 10,20 mg·kg-1 in rats,the concentrations of CA4 in blood serum at various time points were detected by HPLC method.Concentration-time curves were simulated by DAS program.RESULTS The concentration -time curves of CA4 of two groups were consistent with the two-compartment model.The main pharmacokinetic parameters of two groups were listed as follow:t1/2βwere 34.427±2.849 min and 30.076±3.107 min,Vd were 1.402±0.178 L·kg-1 and 1.568±0.131 L·kg-1,Cl were 0.061±0.003 L·min-1·kg-1 and 0.058±0.003 L·min-1·kg-1,AUC0-t were 132.393±3.144 mg·L-1·min and 291.872±15.555 mg·L-1·min,respectively.CONCLUSION After iv administration of CA4P,CA4 was rapidly metabolized and eliminated as two-compartment model in rats.
OBJECTIVE To study the pharmacokinetics of XY-02.METHODS Blood samples were collected at designed time points after iv administration of XY-02.The concentration of XY-02 was determined by HPLC.The HPLC system consisted of an ODS column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) and a mobile phase of methanol-0.1% acetic acid(50:50)with wavlength at 325 nm.RESULTS There was a good linearity in the range of 0.05-250 μg·ml-1.The quantitative limit was 0.017 μg·ml-1.The recoveries were 98.27%-99.50%.The precisions of intra-day and inter-day were 0.12%-0.60% and 0.48%-0.90%,respectively.After iv administration of XY-02 40,80,120 mg·kg-1,the half-life was 6.77,9.42,9.45 min;AUC(0-t) were 3908.04,5979.21,7635.33 mg·L-1·min-1,respectively.CONCULSION The pharmacokinetic process of XY-02 in rat serum fitted to a three-compartment model after iv of XY-02,and AUC increased along with the augment of dosage,fitted to linear dynamics(r=0.9959).
OBJECTIVE To find out the contents and distributing charaters of chlorogenic acid in tea from different enviroment and different kinds.To discuss the relationship between chlorogenic acid levels and producing processes.METHODSThe separation was performed on a Gemini C18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with mobile phase of 0.1% H3PO4-acetonitril–triethylamine(92:8:0.1).The detection wavelength was 323 nm.RESULTSChlorogenic acid could be detected in all kinds of tea(0.01-0.40 mg·g-1).But the contents were different depending on the origin and producing processes.The contents of chlorogenic acid from high to low was:kuding teagreen teayellow teawhite teaflower teablue teablack teadark tea.In terms of producing area,tea from north area of the Yangtse river had the highest level,followed by the southern of Yangtse river southwest of Chinasouthern China.CONCLUSIONThe content of chlorogenic acid is diverse correlated with the place of produce as well as the producing technology of tea.
