目的:探究艾灸足三里对自然衰老大鼠皮肤衰老的影响.方法:选取自然衰老大鼠连续足三里艾灸6个月,H&E和马松染色观察皮肤组织形态和纤维化,检测氧化指标SOD活力和MDA含量,qPCR检测皮肤中多种生长因子的表达,ELISA检测皮肤中雌二醇的含量,Western Blot检测皮肤胶原蛋白的变化.结果:与对照组比较,艾灸组能明显增加皮肤中多种生长因子的表达,增加胶原蛋白和雌二醇的含量,减少衰老带来的皮肤氧化.结论:艾灸能显著缓解老龄鼠的皮肤衰老.

女性绝经前的特殊病理及生理内环境以“衰始阳明”为基点,女子“五七”“阳明脉衰”的表现之一是“面始焦”,即面部开始出现面色憔悴、无华甚至皱纹等衰老表现,可见女子皮肤衰老和阳明脉的盛衰关系密切.故从足阳明经脉的循行特点,阳明脉衰是皮肤衰老的先导,阳明脉衰是皮肤衰老的病理生理内环境,更年期是机体走向衰老的关键启动期,雌激素水平下降加速皮肤衰老和充阳明而实三阳,是“治未病”、延缓机体衰老重要环节的5个方面探讨女子“阳明脉衰”与皮肤衰老的病机及其防治的相关性.认为“阳明脉衰”是女子绝经前的主要病理生理特点,改善“阳明脉不足”是延缓女子皮肤衰老的治本措施,体现了中医治未病的思想.

创新创业教育是一种较新的教育理念,开展创新创业教育是社会发展和高等教育自身改革需要的必然选择.中医美容人才是新型医学专长人才,具有广泛社会需求,医学本科专业设置中医美容特色模块培养本身就是创新创业教育的体现.美容医学是新兴的医学学科,在学科发展的现阶段创新创业具有广泛的空间与现实需要,提高双创能力有利于学生的创新思维、应用能力、实践能力、拓展能力和创业能力,因此双创能力的培养是中医美容特色模块教学的重点.为此,我们从培养方案、课程设置、技能教学、技术应用创新教学、社会实践、创业指导、能力考核等方面进行改革完善,取得了良好效果,为提高中医美容专业学生的双创能力与综合素质提供了思路和方法.

目的 观察火针焠刺结合穴位放血治疗青少年囊肿型痤疮的临床疗效. 方法 选取福州大学城囊肿型痤疮患者60例,按随机数字表法分为火针焠刺组、穴位放血组、火针结合放血组各20例,观察经相关治疗后3组痤疮囊肿皮损数量与形态的变化及囊肿新发、复发的情况,比较各组的疗效. 结果 火针结合放血组的总有效率和痊愈率均优于穴位放血组(P＜0.05);治疗过程中,穴位放血组、火针结合放血组的囊肿皮损新发累计个数较火针焠刺组明显减少(P＜0.05);疗程结束后1个月时,穴位放血组、火针结合放血组囊肿皮损复发新长人数及个数均较火针焠刺组明显减少(P＜0.05),且火针结合放血组优于穴位放血组(P＜0.05). 结论 火针焠刺治疗优势在于囊肿皮损快速消退,穴位放血治疗优势在于控制囊肿新发和复发;火针结合放血治疗则具有协同增效作用,可以达到标本兼治的目的.

目的:观察火针治疗睑黄瘤的临床疗效.方法:采用火针对35例睑黄瘤患者皮损处进行治疗,应用尖头火针焯刺,直至瘤体干缩、坏死,治疗后外涂红霉素软膏,并进行疗效判定.结果:35例患者疗效显著,1次治愈率为80.0％,2次治愈率为97.1％,3次治愈率为100％.结论:火针治疗睑黄瘤疗效确切,具有创伤小、恢复快、无明显副作用等特点,值得临床推广应用.

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of treatment on f teenagers cystiacne by ifre needling.Methods 34 patients with cystiacne were used ifre needle to puncture abscess in skin lesions, the control group in 32 patients with cystiacne were used acne needle to puncture treatment, 1 time per week, a course of four times. After the treatment, to observe and statistic two groups of patients with acne score , and evaluate the curative effectin. Results The two groups after the treatment of acne integral significant differences (P<0.05). Fire needle group compared with control group, significant difference.The total effective rate of ifre needle treatment group was 94.12%,the control group was 90.63%(P<0.05).ConclusionThe treatment of teenagers’cystiacne by ifre needing, has small trauma, rapid recovery and no obvious side effects, is worthy of reference for clinical promotion.

目的 观察复方药艾温和灸对高脂血症的治疗效果. 方法 60例高脂血症患者按简单随机分组方法分为2组,治疗组32例采用复方药艾温和灸中脘、梁门、气海、丰隆、上巨虚、公孙穴,对照组28例口服血脂康胶囊,治疗8周后比较2组治疗前后TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C的变化. 结果 2组治疗前后血脂水平变化均有统计学差异(P＜0.01),在调节TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C及总有效率方面,2组比较无统计学意义(P＞0.05). 结论 复方药艾温和灸中脘、梁门、气海、丰隆、上巨虚、公孙穴对血脂有较好的良性调节作用.

睑黄瘤属于黄瘤病,其发病与脂质代谢障碍有关,好发眼睑内眦部,为常见的损容性皮肤病,陈友义教授运用中医火针治疗该病优势独特,简要论述其治疗经验,以供临床参考.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of soft ifbroma treated with ifre needle.Methods 58 patients with soft ifbroma were adopted ifre needle therapy.We could judge curative effect after three months of the operation. Results Treating soft ifbroma with ifre needle had no obvious scar and pigmentation. The cure rate was 100%.The patient satisfaction was 96.6%. Conclusion Fire needle treatment has some good features,such as simple,exact curative effect,less side effects,worthy of promotion.

Objective:To research the clinical effect of acupuncture treatment on abdominal obese patients by acupuncture for regulating Conception vessel method. Method: 32 cases were treated with the acupoints Guanyuan,Shimen, Qihai,Shuifen,Jianli,Zhongwan,Shangwan,Juque,Lieque,etc.according to regulating Conception vessel. In the 1st week, they were treated once every two days,then twice a week for a total of 12 weeks. Changes in obese patients with abdominal fat thickness,visceral fat index and simple signs parameters were compared before and after treatment. Result: After the treatment, the patient's weight,body mass index (BMI),body fat percentage,waist circumference (WC),hip circumference (HC)significantly decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).The fat waist to hip ratio (WHR) compared with that before treatment,despite the decline,but there was no significant difference (P>0.05).The abdominal fat thickness compared with that before treatment significantly decreased and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Acupuncture for regulating Conception vessel method has exact therapeutic effect on abdominal obese.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of fire needle treatment on xanthe?lasma palpebrarum. Methods A 49-year-old-man presented with a 6-year history of xanthelasma palpebrarum.He had xanthelasma palpebrarum resection,postoperative recurrence after 1 year with scar connective tissue hyperplasia.With a total of three light yellow patches,one in the left eye angu?lar, the right upper and lower eyelid have each one place,the size about 8 mm x 20 mm range.Appli?cation of point fire needle cui thorn,until tumors had drying shrinkage,necrosis, after treatment with erythromycin ointment. Results The curative effect on patients,recoveryand no obvious scars and pigmentation. Conclusion The fire needle treatment of xanthelasma palpebrarum is easy,curative ef?fect and no obvious side effects.

在针炙疗法的美容应用方面,笔者通过临床实践观察发现,针刺的紧肤提升作用十分突出,针刺疗法对于皮肤松弛,疗效满意度较高.兹就笔者在临床中开展的紧肤提升之针刺法进行介绍和探讨,希望引起对此疗法的重视.

目的:探讨LBL+PBL双轨教学模式在中医美容学教学中的应用效果.方法:将2006级中医美容本科班随机分成对题组和实验组,对照组采用传统的LBL教学模式;实验组采用LBL+PBL双轨教学模式,并采用闭卷考试和问卷调查的形式对教学效果进行评估.结果:实验组采用PBL教学法相关章节题目及综合题成绩均明显高于对照组(P＜0.05或P＜0.01);同时实验组学生反馈在学习兴趣、分析解决问题能力、知识的掌握和记忆、团队意识、语言表达能力等方面得到较大提高.结论:中医美容学教学中应用LBL+PBL教学模式是可行有效的.

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect ofexternal application ofChinese herbal medicine film plus acupoint-injection on breast hyperplasia.Methods:The 120 cases ofbreast hyperplasia with syndrome ofthe liver failing to maintain the normal flow ofqi were randomly divided into treatment group(40cases) which was treated by external application ofChinese herbal medicine film plus acupoint-injection, acupoint-injection group(40 cases) and control group(40cases).The changes ofsymptoms and signs, level ofserum sexual hormone and color doppler ultrasound analysis ofthree group were observed for comparison.Results:After 1 course oftreatment, the total effective rate oftreatment group was obviously higher than that ofcontrol group(P0.05).There was on obvious difference ofthe total effective rate between acupoint-injection group and control group(P0.05).After 2 courses oftreatment, the total effective rate oftreatment group and acupoint-injection group was obviously higher than that ofcontrol group(P0.01 or P0.05), and treatment group was significantly better than acupoint-injection group(P0.05).The prolactin(PRL) and Estradiol(E2) oftwo groups decreased(P0.01), and treatment group was better than acupoint-injection group(P0.05).The progesterone(P) oftreatment group increased(P0.05).Conclusion:External application ofChinese herbal medicine film plus acupoint-injection had reliable effect on breast hyperplasia with syndrome ofthe liver failing to maintain the normal flow ofqi.

目的 观察电针"大椎穴"治疗颈椎病的机制.方法 在异常应力环境下制作颈椎病动物模型并测定其血清和肌肉组织中谷氨酸含量.结果 电针"大椎穴"后,其血清和肌肉组织匀浆中Glu含量较模型组均显著升高.结论 电针"大椎穴"治疗颈椎病的机制与提高组织细胞Glu含量并恢复其正常神经传导功能有一定关系.

<正>火针疗法是中医针灸疗法中一种独特的疗法,古称燔针焠刺。治疔时将火针烧红后,点刺或燔灼病患组织达到治疗目的,传统多用于疮痈、螺疠、顽癣、痹痛等症。笔者将火针疗法应用于扁平疣的治疗,获得了理想效果,总结如下:1病例资料笔者自1995年开始在皮肤美容科开展火针疗法治疗扁平疣,截至目前累计治疗病例1500余例。

[Objective] To observe the effect to SOD and MDA of cervical spondilosis animal model treating by electric acupuncture on dazhui acupoint.[Methods]Cervical spondilosis animal models were modeled by fixed the rabbit on table which made the the head 45 degree nod inferiorly,meanwhile,SOD and MDA were determined in muscles [Results] SOD in muscle tissue descended significantly and MDA ascended obviously after modeling.While,after needleng dazhui Acupoint SOD in muscle tissue ascended significantly and MDA fell obviously.[Conclusion] The mechanism of cervical spondilosis treatment by electric acupuncture on dazhui acupoint is connected with the ability to enhance rhagiocrine cell to eliminate free radicle.
