[目的/意义]探讨分布式信息检索系统设计,解决大数据背景下传统信息检索系统效率低下而不能满足检索需求的问题.[方法/过程]从Hadoop框架着手,探讨基于Hadoop的分布式信息检索系统,提出改进构想,并通过实验验证其可行性.[结果/结论]提出对输入数据流采用预处理方式替代批处理方式的构想,实验验证了该构想的可行性.Hadoop框架已成功应用于多个领域,但是其中的MapReduce算法及算法效率优化有待研究.

Abstract:The workpiece should be heated when the wire bonding machine is working, and it is heated by the heat table,It needs to heated symmetrically.Otherwise the product qualty is affected..in this article we simulate the work state of the heat table with the software of ansys fist,then we set lot of experients,and we find the factors which affect the equal tenmpreture of the heat table at last.
Objective Long-term indwelling catheter is an alternative approach for vascular access in hemodialysis patients. However, complications such as thromboses and infections often lead to catheter dysfunction. To investigate the effect of anticoagulation on catheter patency, we used warfarin between dialysis sessions in hemodialysis patients with tunneled, cuffed and indwelling catheters in right internal jugular vein. Method In a cohort of 309 hemodialysis patients implanted with cuffed dual-lumen catheters in right jugular vein as vascular access, 144 patients took adjusted doses of warfarin between dialysis sessions, and the remaining 165 cases without anticoagulation medication were served as controls. Catheter patency and infection rate were monitored. The study end point arrived when their blood flow during a dialysis session became <200ml/min, they had refractory catheter infection, or their observation period reached to 36 months. Results The average survival period of catheter was significantly longer in anticoagulant group than in control group (31.8±0.9 months vs. 22.0±1.2 months, P< 0.01). Moreover, patients in anticoagulant group had a higher 3-year patency rate (82.6% vs 51.5%, P = 0.003) and a lower catheter infection rate (5.6% vs 14.5%, P<0.05). Conclusion Warfarin is effective in extending catheter patency period and lowering local infection rate.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the differential expression of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) in renal biopsy tissues of patients with IgA nephropathy, and to analyse the association between these 2 markers and their effect on various pathologic types of IgA nephropathy.METHODS:According to pathologic type, 88 renal biopsy tissues of patients with IgA nephropathy were divided into 4 groups:a minimal change group,a mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis group, a focal sclerosing glomerulonephritis group, and a diffused sclerosing glomerulonephritis group. Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the in situ expression of MCP-1 and CD68 on renal biopsy tissues. The expression levels were semi-quantified by image analysis and clinical data were collected from the patients.RESULTS:The differences in glomerular MCP-1 expressions were not statistically significant among all groups, while the tubulointerstitial MCP-1 expressions were statistically different among the 4 groups, with the average scores of 1.43+/-0.60, 5.98+/-0.92, 10.60+/-0.76 and 11.65+/-0.39 for minimal change group, mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis group, focal sclerotic glomerulonephritis, and diffused sclerotic glomerulonephritis group, respectively. The tubular and interstitial CD68 scores were 0.75+/-0.71, 5.87+/-0.96, 10.42+/-0.61, and 11.40+/-0.49 for the 4 groups, with significant differences in both MCP-1 and CD68 among the 4 groups. Correlation analysis indicated a positive correlation between tubulointerstitial MCP-1 and CD68 (r=0.688, P<0.01). MCP-1 in tubulointerstitial was significantly correlated with 24 h urinary protein excretion(r=0.531, P<0.01).CONCLUSION:MCP-1 plays a critical role in macrophage infiltration in the kidney. MCP-1 is associated with the severity of tubulointerstitial damage and clinical prognosis.
The suggestion was presented about addition of dissolution determination of isoniazid and pyrazinamide in isoniazid,rifampin and pyrazinamide compound capsules and compound tablets.An UV method was established for determination of rifampin,and an HPLC method was established for determination of isoniazid and pyrazinamide.The calibration curves of rifampin,isoniazid and pyrazinamide were linear in the concentration ranges of 16-40μg/ml,12.2-30.8μg/ml and 38.7-117μg/ml.The average recoveries were 99.4%-100.4%,RSDs were less than 0.55%.
Theocolax elegans Westwood is a predominant parasitoid of major stored grain insect pests, rice weevil,Sitophilus oryzae(L.) and maize weevil,Sitophilus zeamais(Motschulsky).Interactions among host-grain(wheat or maize),stored grain insect pests and their natural enemies were investigated in the present paper.The wasp completed development on the fourth-instar host larvae both rice weevil and maize weevil on wheat or maize in free-choice experiment,but development duration was different,the longest being on rice weevil feeding on maize and the shortest,on maize weevil feeding on maize.Mortality caused by parasitism was higher in weevils feeding on wheat than in those feeding on maize.This study suggested that the wasp would confer a higher control against the weevils on wheat than on maize.
建立五种中药微生物限度检查方法.采用常规法、培养基稀释法、离心集菌法、离心集菌培养基稀释法对五种中药进行方法验证.确立了五种中药微生物限度检查方法.结果表明,羚羊感冒片用常规法,牛黄解毒片用培养基稀释法,三黄片和双黄连片用离心集菌法,银翘解毒片用离心集菌加培养基稀释法进行微生物限度的细菌检查.
目的 探讨IgA肾病(IgAN)患者肾活检组织中血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)的表达水平与病变类型的相关性.方法 88例IgAN患者肾活检组织,根据病理改变分为轻微病变(18例)、系膜增生(41例)、局灶硬化(20例)和弥漫硬化(9例)4组,系膜增生组分为轻度(13例)、中度(18例)和重度(10例)3个亚组,应用免疫组织化学两步法检测VEGF在肾组织中的表达,采用图像分析法对其表达进行半定量分析.同时收集患者的一般临床资料,分析其与VEGF表达的关系.结果 VEGF主要表达于肾小球脏层上皮细胞,在肾小管上皮细胞也有一定的表达,肾小球上VEGF表达的半定量分析结果分别为:轻微病变组3.52±0.64、系膜增生组13.27±1.61、局灶硬化组9.15±1.51、弥漫硬化组3.21±0.91;在系膜增生组的亚组中,VEGF的表达也有差异,分别是:轻度8.59±0.88、中度10.69±0.87、重度13.59±1.05,亚组间比较差异有显著性(P<0.05).在轻微病变组、系膜增生组和局灶硬化组,VEGF的表达和患者24 h尿蛋白定量呈正相关(r=0.338,P<0.05);在弥漫硬化组.VEGF在肾小球内的表达和患者24 h尿蛋白定量没有明显相关性(P0.05).4组中,VEGF在肾小球内的表达与患者的血压、血尿程度、肌酐及尿素氮的水平无明显相关性(P0.05).结论 在轻-中度肾损害的IgAN肾组织中,VEGF表达增加与肾损害严重程度相关,提示VEGF可能是肾脏病变活动的指征;而当肾脏严重受损、弥漫性纤维化时,肾组织中VEGF的表达下调.
Objective:To develop a turbidimetric method to determine Fosfomycin Calcium.Method:Turbidimetric method was used to determine Fosfomycin Calcium,compared with diffusion method.Results:The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 12-42u·mL~(-1) (r=0.9983) and the average recovery was 99.8%.Con- clusion:Turbidimetric method can be used for determining the content of Fosfomycin Calcium.
