本文以西北农林科技大学信息工程学院为例,分析了目前学生党支部建设中存在的问题,结合学生党支部建设创新需要遵循的原则,提出了实践创新途径.要开辟学生党员党性教育第二课堂;加强队伍建设,改革激励机制,激发党支部活力;切实做好学生党支部的考核工作;重视大学生党员发展的前期培养工作.
研究生教育是高校高等教育的最高层次,研究生党组织是研究生群体的政治核心,是加强研究生思想政治教育的重要载体,研究生基层党支部建设的好坏直接影响高校学生党建工作.目前我国研究生招生呈大众化发展趋势,研究生招生数量急速增长,培养模式已由传统的个体精英化培养转变成规模化培养.这些变革不仅影响、冲击着传统的研究生教育管理体制,同时对研究生党建工作也提出了新的挑战.本文针对目前研究生基层党组织建设中存在的一些问题,探索新时期新形势下研究生基层党组织建设的新思路和新方法.
Most studies on the relationship between urban land price and land intensive use are based on qualitative research,but quantitative research date is scarce. The fact shows that higher land price is associated with higher land intensive use. Conversely when the land intensive use is up to a certain extent,it will reduce the land use prices. In recent years,people pay more attention to residential land price than commercial and industrial property prices. This article focuses on the correlation of the residential land prices and the urban land intensive use. Considering a concrete area and 100 sample data in the first half of 2013,and based on the Arc GIS 9. 3and spss 16. 0 software,we construct the model of land price and land intensive use degree. The regression model can express the quantitative relations residential land prices and the urban land intensive use.
Land resource is more significant for socialist market economy,and the land price adjustment has become an important method of city land resource optimum deployment.How to quickly and accurately assess land prices is increasingly important.This paper introduced GIS technology into the dynamic monitoring of urban land price,and took Dazhou town of Sichuan province as an example.It discussed the method of establishing the dynamic monitoring system,and introduced how to select monitoring stations,divide the land price segment and make system construction.This paper adopted WebGIS technology based on SuperMap development control system,and B/S structure of the distributed network platform to complete database system construction,which realized the computer management on urban land information and its regular publishing.
2008年的"5·12"汶川大地震,龙门山断裂带的三条断裂走向,收藏了数万人的呼吸. 处在龙门山后山断裂带的四川茂县,距离震中直线距离仅几十公里.当时,茂县几乎两天两夜完全与世隔绝!于是,才有了第一批15名勇士伞降茂县…… 茂县崇山峻岭中有一个羌族聚居区,汶川大地震使这里90%的羌寨塌毁,羌族群众生命财产遭受重大损失.
Using 1992,2001 and 2009 TM remote sensing data,the authors estimated the vegetation coverage change status of Chengdu in the past 20 years objectively and quantitatively.The study has practical significance for adjusting the climate,resuming the vegetation and preventing the natural disasters.Normalized difference value vegetation index(NDVI) was used to estimate the vegetation coverage in different periods and draw the change grayness and change levels chart of Chengdu vegetation coverage.Data analysis results show that,from 1992 to 2009,the vegetation coverage in Chengdu was overall decreasing.The quantity of dense forest land,shrub land,high and middle grass and cultivated land was decreasing,in which the vegetation coverage decreased obviously from 1992 to 2001,the vegetation coverage remained reduced from 2001 to 2009,but the speed was slower than that from 1992 to 2001.In addition,the speckle distribution of artificial greenbelt appeared in the urban area,and the small-area climatic condition was improved continuously.
近几年随着城市化进程的不断加快,城市周边环境发生了巨大的变化,其中最为突出的热点表现在城市气候状况的逐年变化,针对气候变化国内、外气候学家做出了众多研究成果.这里研究的重点在利用遥感技术对客观数据大面积、高时效、全面真实地分析处理的基础上,来动态地研究城市植被覆盖度变化与城区地表热量分布的关系,通过对1992年、2006年的Landsat 5 TM遥感数据的分析,估算植被的覆盖度并对城区地表温度进行反演,从而客观得出植被覆盖度与城区地表热量分布图,揭示出植被覆盖度与城市地表热量分布之间的相互关系.研究结果表明,城市植被覆盖度与城市地表热量分布之间呈现出明显的负相关性,具体表现为植被覆盖度越低的地区,城市热量值比植被覆盖度越高的地区城市热量值高.
The paper first introduces the significance of evaluating the situation of intensive use of land in economic development zone.Be based upon the situation of Dazhou city,the paper evaluates the intensive use of land in economic development zone via selecting 14 indicators in the light of connotation of intensive use of land,dividing into three levels according to Analytical Hierarchy Process and determining the weight of indicators at all levels separately.
This paper gives a discussion about land level determination of collective construction land.The assessment of land level is the basis for the assessment of land value.This discussion gives excellent,good,fair,and poor different grades for future prices calculated at various levels,which has not only theoretical significance but also practical operation.Based on this basis,taking Wanchun Town of Wenjiang District of Chengdu City as an example,this paper briefly describes the determination method of land level for the collective construction land.
Caragana korshinskii Kom.is a very important afforestation species in arid and semi-arid areas and its drought-resistant characteristics have received a lot of attention.There were many related researches on its morphological and anatomical structure characteristics,osmotic adjustment substances,water physiology and photosynthetic physiological characteristics under stresses.But the research on its antioxidation protective system was few.In order to clarify the adaptive regulating mechanism of antioxidation protective system to drought stress,some kinds of enzyme(SOD,CAT,APX and GR),metabolites(AsA,GSH and Car) and H2O2,MDA involved in protective antioxidation of one-year-old C.korshinskii seedlings were measured under different soil moisture treatments using potted experiment from July to September.The results show that the Car content of C.korshinskii seedlings was at same level during the whole period and the CAT activity and GSH,AsA,H2O2,and MDA contents were significantly increased during a certain period under moderate or severe drought stress in comparison with suitable soil moisture treatment.The SOD,APX,and GR activities had no obvious changes under moderate drought stress,while SOD and APX activities increased and GR activity decreased under severe drought stress.These results indicate the CAT,AsA,and GSH had important protective function of antioxidation in C.korshinskii under moderate drought stress.The synergistic reactions between SOD and CAT and among SOD,CAT,APX,AsA and GSH under severe drought stress effectively facilitated the elimination of active oxygen.The oxidation stress and oxidation damage of C.korshinskii seedlings induced by drought stress occurred earlier under severe drought stress than moderate drought stress.
By using potted-seedlings some kinds of enzyme (SOD,CAT,POD,APX) and metabolites (AsA,GSH,Car) involved with antioxidation protection system of Hedysarum scoparium Fisch.et Mey.seedlings were measured at the different time and under different soil moisture treatments.Applying subordinate function values method the antioxidant capability of H.scoparium is evaluated comprehensively under experimental condition.The results showed:(1) compared with suitable soil moisture treatment,the activities of all tested antioxidant enzymes are increased significantly on the 30th day under medium and severe drought treatments.On the 60th day POD activity is decreased but the other enzymes are still increased (under severe drought treatment) or increased significantly (under medium drought treatment).On the 90th day under medium drought treatment the activities of all tested enzymes are still increased significantly excpet that APX activity keeps on suitable soil moisture level and under severe drought treatment SOD activity keeps on suitable soil moisture level,POD activity is increased significantly,CAT and APX activities are decreased significantly.(2)Compared with suitable soil moisture treatment,AsA,Car and GSH contents are respectively increased significantly,increased little and decreased apparently on the 30th day under medium drought treatment but AsA content is increased significantly and Car and GSH contents are decreased significantly under severe drought treatment.On the 60th day AsA,Car and GSH contents are significantly increased respectively,decreased little and increased little but increased significantly,increased little and decreased significantly under severe drought treatment.On the 90th day AsA content is increased significantly and Car and GSH contents keeps on suitable soil moisture level under severe drought treatment.(3)Compared with suitable soil moisture treatment,MDA content is always increased under drought treatment and reach significant level at medium and last period.(4)On the 30th day of soil moisture treatment the antioxidant capability of H.scoparium is under severe droughtmedium droughtsuitable soil moisture.On the 60th day,it is under medium droughtsevere droughtsuitable soil moisture,and on the 90th day,it is under medium droughtsuitable soil moisturesevere drought.The research finds under medium drought treatment the antioxidant enzyme and metabolites of H.scoparium is adjusted to increase its antioxidant capability in 90 days.This can avoid active oxygen species injuring.Under severe drought treatment H.scoparium responds to oxidation stress to increase its antioxidant capability considerably in initial 60 days but the capability has already fall down obviously on the 90th day because some active oxygen scavenging have been destroyed.
Some important protective enzymes and substances of Hedysarum mongolicum Turcz.seedlings related to antioxidation defence system were studied at the different degrees drought srtess.The results showed that under medium drought strees for 30 days the activities of POD,CAT and APX and the contents of ASA and GSH of the seedlings increased.The oxygenation injury did not happen on the seedlings.During 60 to 90 days,the oxygenation injury happended on seedlings and kept stable.Seedlings kept high CAT and APX activities and high contents of ASA and GSH in this period.Under severe drought stress,the oxygenation injury happended on seedlings from 30th day.But till 60th day the oxygenation injury did not increased because the POD,CAT and APX activities and the contents of ASA and GSH of the seedlings increased.Till 90th day the antioxidation defence mechanism was damaged due to continued drought.It was concluded that activities of POD,CAT,APX and contents of ASA and GSH of showed important function under drought adversity.
