People prefer daylily flowers with brighter and more saturated colours. Among the eight colour groups surveyed, pink, orange and cream were the first three most popular colours. Among the measured colours of daylily, the brightest colours were in the orange and yellow-orange groups, and the least bright colours were in the purple group.The highest colour saturation was in the orange group and the lowest colour saturation was in the grey-violet group. The pathway of anthocyanin metabolism in daylily flower were more smooth, and it was not easy to form light-coloured flowers with less pigment content. The carotenoids measured in daylily flowers were all located in the downstream of lycopene metabolism, and it was difficult for carotenoids to dominate the formation of red and pink colours of daylily flowers. The selection of daylily varieties with highest brightness, light colour as the parents can broaden the range of flower colour in the offspring group, and accelerate the cultivation of daylily varieties that meet the aesthetic preferences of the public.rieties that meet the aesthetic preferences of the public.
研究镉胁迫对木槿的生理影响,比较木槿品种的镉耐受能力,为镉污染地区的植物材料选择提供依据.以3个木槿品种为材料,采取盆栽控制试验,测定其生长、生理指标,通过隶属函数分析综合比较品种耐镉能力.木槿的株高与地径增长量、叶绿素A+B与可溶性蛋白含量随胁迫浓度增加呈先上升后降低或逐渐降低趋势,而且随时间延长,降低程度不断加强;游离脯氨酸、丙二醛含量、SOD活性随胁迫浓度与胁迫时间增加而逐渐上升,但长时间高浓度胁迫下,不同品种会出现不同程度的下降;隶属函数分析发现品种耐受能力因胁迫浓度有所差异.镉胁迫浓度对木槿生长有低促高抑作用,而且随时间延长出现促进减弱、抑制加强;3个品种中'红星'的表现最佳,值得推广.
[目的]筛选出适宜长沙地区栽培的萱草(Hemerocallis fulva)品种,为长沙地区引种萱草的园林绿化应用提供科学依据.[方法]连续观测77个引种萱草品种1年,记录每个萱草品种的生长状况、适应性与观赏性状,再利用层次分析法对各萱草品种进行引种适应性和观赏性状综合评价,最终得出每个品种的综合性状评分.[结果]根据综合评分值,引种萱草品种可划分为4个等级:Ⅰ 级(优)、Ⅱ 级(良)、Ⅲ 级(中)和 Ⅳ 级(差).Ⅰ 级有10个品种,如'粉红塔''雪不凋''奶油卷'等;Ⅱ 级有27个品种,包括'小美人''湘潭常绿1号''音乐天才'等;Ⅲ 级有'拉丁舞''彩虹之眼''重庆红花'等31个品种;Ⅳ 级包括'紫光''漂亮女生''木炭'等9个品种.[结论]综合排名在 Ⅰ级和 Ⅱ 级的品种为适合在长沙地区露地栽培的萱草品种,可以进行推广与应用.
以人工栽培的"雪不凋"萱草为试验材料,采用盆栽控水法,测定了不同程度干旱胁迫及复水后"雪不凋"萱草的生理生化指标,分析了不同处理间各指标的差异.结果表明:干旱胁迫过程中,叶片相对电导率、丙二醛、游离脯氨酸均呈持续上升的变化趋势;可溶性蛋白和超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活性则呈先升后降的变化趋势;叶绿素在轻度干旱条件下呈先升后降的变化趋势,在重度干旱下则持续下降;复水7d后,丙二醛、SOD活性均恢复至正常水平,其余指标的重度干旱及持续干旱胁迫都不能完全恢复至对照水平.并得出了各生理指标通过协同作用,为萱草应对干旱环境起到保护作用;干旱胁迫的程度不同,萱草复水后各指标恢复能力和恢复程度各异,总体复水后的恢复能力为轻度干旱>中度干旱>重度干旱>持续干旱的结论.研究干旱胁迫及复水对萱草生理生化的影响,可为"雪不凋"萱草的抗旱栽培及水分高效利用提供理论依据.
研究5种木槿花卉及其不同极性溶剂萃取物的生物活性物质含量和抗氧化活性,分析它们之间的相关性,并采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱鉴定其中的活性物质成分,以期为木槿深加工及其品种选育提供理论依据.5个品种木槿花的总酚和总黄酮含量从高到低依次为木槿原种、粉紫重瓣木槿花、薰衣草薄绸木槿花、紫玉和雅致木槿,各品种木槿花的抗氧化活性排序与其总酚和总黄酮含量排序基本一致,其中木槿原种的总酚和总黄酮含量最高,分别达到了17.33 mg/g和12.68 mg/g,且抗氧化活性最强,其总还原能力、1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl,DPPH)自由基清除能力、2,2'-联氨-双-3-乙基苯并噻唑啉-6-磺酸(2,2'-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid),ABTS)自由基清除能力分别为1.58 mmol/g和6.82、17.96 mg/g.木槿花的抗氧化活性与其总酚和总黄酮含量间有极显著的相关性(P<0.01),与花青素含量相关性不显著(P>0.05).木槿原种不同极性溶剂萃取物均具有一定的抗氧化活性,其中正丁醇的总还原能力(6.16 mmol/g)最高,且对DPPH自由基(15.50 mg/g)和ABTS自由基(40.71 mg/g)清除效果最好.从木槿原种正丁醇萃取物中初步鉴定出8种抗氧化物质,分别为山柰酚-O-六碳糖-C-六碳糖苷、芹菜素、山柰酚-O-六碳糖-C-六碳糖苷同分异构体、芹菜素-C-二糖苷、芹菜素-葡萄糖芹糖苷、山柰酚-3-O-芸香糖苷、芹菜素-7-O-芸香糖苷、矢车菊素-3-丙二酰葡萄糖苷.
为研究不同木槿品种的花粉生活力及柱头可授性强弱,以9个木槿品种为试验材料,采用TTC染色法、I 2 -KI染色法及联苯胺-甲萘酚染色法3种染色方法测木槿新鲜花粉的活力,并用联苯胺-甲萘酚染色法测定不同贮藏条件下木槿各品种的花粉生活力;用联苯胺-过氧化氢法测定木槿各品种的柱头可授性。结果表明:TTC染色法不适用于检测木槿花粉活力,I 2 -KI染色法及联苯胺-甲萘酚染色法适用于检测木槿花粉活力。2种染色法测得的‘白边红心’的生活力都最高,I 2 -KI染色法的生活力为53.48%,联苯胺-甲萘酚染色法的生活力为90.09%。‘牡丹木槿’的生活力最低,I 2 -KI染色法的生活力为4.38%,联苯胺-甲萘酚染色法的生活力为42.96%。不同品种在3种贮藏温度下花粉生活力变化趋势相同,4℃条件下有利于延长花粉的贮藏时间。‘牡丹木槿’的柱头可授性最弱。
木槿作为一种良好的园林观花灌木,兼具食用、 药用等经济价值.针对国内木槿育种的落后现象,以木槿种子为材料,进行秋水仙素倍性诱导,在形态学和细胞学两方面开展诱变株的鉴定.结果表明,种子萌发2d后,用0.2%秋水仙素浸泡12h,其变异率达100%,是比较理想的诱导组合.形态学观察发现诱变后的植株呈现矮化、 增粗、 节间缩短等多倍化现象;气孔也呈现出变大与密度变小的多倍化效应;流式细胞术从DNA含量直方图上,能快速、 准确地鉴定诱导结果.
木槿是兼具观赏、食用和药用价值的优良园林灌木,新品种在世界上不断的推陈出新,产业竞争日趋激烈.我国木槿产业起步较晚,发展较缓,木槿种质资源的创新还有待进一步提升.本文从选择育种、杂交育种、辐射育种、倍性育种等方面,综述了木槿种质创新研究现状,并结合我国木槿种质创新的研究,提出今后我国木槿种质创新的研究方向,为今后木槿的种质创新工作提供思路和借鉴.
通过观测27个木槿品种的17个数量和质量性状,探究了木槿品种分类的等级和标准,便于为木槿品种的选育与资源研究等提供参考依据.首先对17个性状指标进行R型聚类分析和主成分分析,根据分析结果再对27个木槿品种进行Q型聚类分析.R型聚类分析结果表明,各性状选取是合理的;主成分分析结果表明,17个性状可综合为6个主成分,其累计贡献率达88.096%.Q型聚类结果表明,27个木槿品种根据有无丹心、花型、丹心基部形状、花瓣指数、花径、叶形、丹心线与丹心的关系可被分为2大类、3大类或8大类.16个性状对木槿品种的划分贡献较大.综合而言,有无丹心、花型、花瓣指数、丹心线与丹心的关系是木槿品种分类的主要标准和依据.
To study the influence of different factors on cutting root of Hibiscus,explore the cutting propagation techniques of Hibiscus,studied how the hibiscus varieties,matrix proportion and hormone concentration effect on the rooting of production,how the activity of peroxidase POD and the total soluble sugar content changes during rooting.The results show that hibiscus varieties and matrix proportion have great effect on the hibiscus rooting of cuttings,and the hormone concentration has less effect on the rooting rate.During the cutting process,the activity ofperoxidase POD was generally presented as "first increased and then decreased".While the total soluble sugar content showed a trend of "first decreased and then increased".At the same time,the higher POD activity was better in the cuttings,and the content of soluble total sugar was less different in cultivars.
Hibiscus syriacus L.is a kind of ornamental plants with abundant functional nutrients and bioactive substances.The domestic and overseas research progress of functional nutrients and bioactive extracts of H.syriacus L were reviewed.Moreover,its function of extracts and the development status of related products were summarized,and the relative development and utilization prospect were prospected.Our study would provide theoretical basis for the comprehensive development and utilization of Hibiscus syriacus L.
南渡江为海南省的母亲河,流域的景观效果在一定程度上体现了海南省的整体绿化景观面貌。本文针对南渡江景观生态问题进行了分析,并提出了南渡江流域景观生态的规划方案。
Taking a certain range of the natural vegetation which on both sides of Nandujiang Basin in Hainan Province as the research object,using the line survey and quadrat survey combined field vegetation survey methods,this paper selected the natural vegetation species composition,vegetation types and main community characteristics for survey and analysis. The results showed: it recorded 515 species of Vascular plants which belonged to 122 families and 357 genera,and the dicotyledonous plants hold the absolute advantage among them,which embodying the obvious characteristics of tropical flora. The natural vegetation within the scope of the investigated NanDuJiang Basin were divided into 3 vegetation type groups,6 vegetation types and 24 formations. The mid and up stream were divided into the tropical monsoon forest,evergreen monsoon forest,and half deciduous monsoon forest vegetation types, the downstream shoal land was divided into the bank thickets,beach scrub and grassland.
During process of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan(CZT) urban agglomeration construction,there existed the superposition of atmospheric pollution from the three cities,embezzlement of forest,overweight of green environmental system pressure.How to increase carbon sequestration in the limited green space is the effective means to achieve the low carbon economy in CZT.According to the special climate of CZT,structure and distribution of green space and green space types,C4 plants were introducted and the application prospect was analysed in the four typical green spaces which were highway,rock garden,roof garden and lawn,so as to achieve C4 plants reducing water consumption and increasing photosynthesis efficiency in CZT greenbelt construction.The popularization and application of C4 plants will have great significance for reducing the CZT atmospheric carbon concentration,decreasing greenhouse effect,and creating a low carbon type of CZT urban agglomeration.
The anther of Camellia yuhsiensis were selected as material.The effects of different culture conditions,including different developing period of pollen,time of low temperature pretreatment,and kinds of additives,on inducing callus were investigated.Then we further studied the influence of different plant growth regulators and ratio on callus proliferation.As a result,the best developing stage of pollen on inducing callus from oil-tea anther is tetrad stage;the time of low temperature pretreatment should be below 10 days;and the best medium additives is AgNO3,with the high induction rate of 81.02 %.In the culture of callus proliferation,the best combination is 6-BA and NAA,and the best recipe of callus proliferation culture medium is MS+6-BA(2.0 mg/L)+NAA(0.05 mg/L).
13 main ornamental characters of 20 species of were determined in One Hundred Li Range of Rhododendron Forest Area in Guizhou,The intergrated evaluation on 20 species of Rhododendon was conducted by using Fuzzy Similarity Priority Ratio method.The results indicated that 10 species,such as R.agastum,owned high ornamental value,which should be widely popularized and cutivated in the forest area.
The One Hundredmile Azalea Forest with special community physiognomy of azalea was the results of human destructions and natural evolution.Through field investigation combined with literature reviewing,themain wild azalea species and ornamental plants were collected,and also the feature of plant landscape and exited problems were analyzed.In order to develop and protect the wild azalea community resources in a better degree,to enrich plant landscapes,to prolong tourist period,rationalization proposal was proposed during the construction of plant landscapes based on the exiting plant resources and nature topography.
In order to determine the molecular mechanism of forming high quality tea-oil, the EST library technology was used to find out the main expressed genes controlling the fatty acid biosynthesis in camellia oleifera seeds. A high quality full-length cDNA library was constructed successfully using the nearly matured seeds of elite cultivar Xianglin-1 planted widely in China,then more than two thousand clones were randomly sequenced from the 5' orientation, which was used to construct a high representational EST library. After the bioinformatic analysis of this EST library, 15 main genes controlling the biosynthesis of unsaturated fatty acids in camellia oleifera seeds were obtained.
Chalcone synthase(CHS) and chalcone isomerase(CHI) are the key enzymes controlling the metabolism of flavonoid and anthocyanin.In this paper,1 full-length cDNA of CHS and 1 full-length cDNA of CHI were separated from the cDNA library and EST library of Camellia oleifera by the method of molecular cloning.The cDNA of C.oleifera CHS contains 1 479 bp for 412 amino acids,which is so far the longest CHS and displays high evolution homology with those other species for very high similarity.The cDNA of C.oleifera CHI contains 899 bp for 206 amino acids,and displays high homology with that of Camellia sinensis,but relatively low similarity with the other species.
