Objective To study the effect of cemented bipolar hemiarthroplasty on femoral neck fracture in elderly patients.Methods 36 cases in 42 Military Hospital during January 2008 to January 2012 with femoral neck fracture were selected,and treated with cemented bipolar hemiarthroplasty.Results All patients were followed for a period of 1 to 5 years and healed well.According to Harris hip function score system,the results were excellent in 25 cases,good in 8 cases,medium in 2 cases and poor in 1 case.Globally,91.7% of the patients achieved good or excellent results.Conclusion The cemented bipolar hemiarthroplasty had good clinical effect in the treatment of femoral neck fracture.

目的探讨应用异型解剖钢板治疗跟骨骨折的临床疗效和手术时机。方法采用切开复位异型解剖钢板内固定、自体髂骨植骨术治疗跟骨骨折36例。结果 36例获得平均18个月随访。采用Maryland足部评分系统:优25例,良9例,差2例。结论选择合适的手术时机,采用异型解剖钢板内固定加植骨治疗跟骨骨折临床疗效满意。

目的探讨应用股骨近端锁定钢板(LPFP)治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效、手术时机。方法应用LPFP内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折31例。结果全部患者都获得随访,平均随访18个月(12～24个月)。术后采用Harris评分标准进行评估:优20例,良9例,可2例,优良率93.5%。结论应用LPFP治疗股骨粗隆间骨折具有固定牢靠和并发症少等优点,临床疗效满意。

Objective To investigate the treatment of humeral surgical neck comminuted fracture with anatomical plate fixation in elderly patients.Methods Under brachial plexus block anesthesia,humeral surgical neck fracture was revealed via arm medial incision through the gap between the deltoid muscle and pectoralis major.Then,reduction and anatomical plate fixation were performed under direct vision,and cancellous bone screws were applied if humeral head fracture existed.Results Among the 24 patients,21 were followed up,two were lost of follow-up,and one died of other disease after three months.The patients mean age was 72.5(62-86)years,and the average follow-up lasted for 18 months(9 months to 3 years).All the fractures were healed up via exercises without pain and obvious functional limitation in the shoulders.Conclusion In elderly patients with comminuted fracture of surgical neck of humerus,good healing and functional recovery can be achieved by open reduction and fixation with anatomical plate,which help to improve their quality of life.

目的 探讨带锁髓内钉静力型固定延期动力化治疗胫骨多段骨折的临床疗效.方法 2003年1月-2008年12月采用带锁髓内钉静力型固定延期动力化治疗胫骨多段骨折22例,其中男15例,女7例.年龄18岁-65岁.闭合性骨折8例.开放性骨折14例.结果 术后随访12-36个月,平均随访18个月,骨折全部愈合,平均愈合时间20周.关节功能按Johner-wruhs评分标准:优18例.良4例.结论 带锁髓内钉静力型固定延期动力化治疗胫骨多段骨折具有早期固定坚强、术后可早期活动、骨折愈合率高等优点,是治疗胫骨多段骨折较为理想的内固定治疗方法.

Objective To evaluate the timing and effect of surgical treatment of complicated fractures around the knee joint with anatomical plate.Methods May 2005 ～ December 2008 through 38 cases of patients with complicated fractures around the knee joint (tibial plateau 18 cases of complicated fracture,femoral condyle and 12 cases of supracondylar and intercondylar fractures,tibial plateau fracture with femoral condylar or intercondylar fracture 6 cases of tibial plateau and the upper tibia,femoral condyle,the condyle,the two cases of complicated fracture of patella;fractures according to AO classification criteria:C1-type fracture of 10 cases,C2-type 19 cases,C3-type Example 9) conducted open reduction,anatomical plate internal fixation,early postoperative functional exercise of knee joint line.4 weeks postoperatively,8 weeks,12 weeks follow-up observation of the recovery of limb function in postoperative 4 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks,6 months,1 year prostate X-ray films showed bony callus formation and fracture healing.Results 4 weeks in all cases in varying degrees of bone callus formation,fracture line on the bit of good limb function recovery satisfaction,patients and family members agree with the method of treatment,and expressed satisfaction with treatment outcome.Conclusion Anatomical plate with the perspective of stability,with good adhesion after fracture reduction,reliable fixation without external fixation may be an early activity,satisfaction with the restoration of joint function,etc.,is the treatment of complicated fractures around the knee joint is more safe and effective method.
