在过度关注教育、过度保护孩子的今天,我们往往走到了教育的误区,以为用溺爱就可以打造成功的教育,以为用投入就可以创优质的教育,以为用绩效就可以衡量教育的得失.这是对教育工作的误解,是对学生成长的忽视,更是对教师专业的轻视.教育需要专业的思考和方法,它不是简单的服务.要给学生最好的教育,就应该要关注学生心灵的成长,讲究教育方法的科学性.

在深入推进课堂教学变革,改进课堂教学方式的实践中,我们不能仅从教师的角度出发,而是应该基于学生发展的角度,从培养学习自信心、强化学习动机、减轻学习压力、提高学生对教师的认同度四个方面来探索课堂教学的变革,科学地开展改进教学方式的研究.

Online course development for open education plays an important role in the quality of teaching.How to build a good online course platform is vital.In this article,through document retrieval analysis and experiment development,we compare four major learning platforms from technical levels,learning modes,and popularity.And these platforms include traditional technology development platform,the development platform of main network college,commercial development platform,and cloud-based development platform.The results show that cloud-based commercial platform for online course development is the trend for future development.Finally,we propose a future functionality model for developing online learning platforms and an evaluation index for online course development.

The new learning method of "Blended Learning" is widely applied.It integratess two typical forms of traditional classroom teaching and online teaching.How to unify them effectively?We explored the blended learning model .In the course of "Basic Program Design" we made an attempt for two years by using the example of teaching practice.We emphasized on the rates of attendance, including attendance in classroom and studying records on E-Learning.Student performance in classroom was recorded and immediately uploaded to E-learning platform.The teaching effectiveness was evaluated by thoroughly disserting in every detail of teaching, etc.Through the contrast, the quite good effect was obtained.This was the initial attempt to reform the learning model.In the future of teaching career, the effectiveness of blended learning model will be further explored in different courses.

本文通过对目前网络课程应用情况进行分析,提出"引领式"网络课程设计模式.即通过教师引领和网络课程机制引领,促使学习者在特定时间内有目标、有计划地学习指定的在线课程内容.本文主要围绕"如何有效地组织资源""如何有效地激励学习者学习"这两个核心问题进行"引领式"网络课程设计模式探讨,针对该模式进行核心内容、核心机制和辅助工具设计,并针对学习者和教师在该网络课程模式下的实施操作流程进行设计研究.最后对"引领式"网络课程的应用效果进行预测,并对后续研究进行了总结和展望.

针对上海海事大学质量管理体系内部审核工作中存在的问题,结合学校内部管理体制改革,提出有关提高内审工作成效的建议,并在内审的频次、时机和方式等方面进行有益的探索和改革。

通过对上海海事大学建立ISO9001质量管理体系11年来运行情况的回顾,归纳该校推行ISO9001质量管理体系取得的成效,并针对体系运行中存在的问题,从加大宣贯力度、培育质量文化,精简程序文件、优化体系结构,完善内部审核、促进持续改进等几个方面,对高等教育质量管理体系的持续改进提出具体建议。

"80后"大学毕业生面临就业时,存在着就业期望值太高、就业政策了解不足、心理素质脆弱、缺乏责任感和合作精神等问题,导致就业困难.高校应从树立正确的就业观、提供全方位的就业咨询指导、进行多层次心理教育、培养职业素养等方面入手,加强对他们的就业适应性教育,帮助他们顺利就业.

阐述高校建立和全面推行质量管理体系需建设好三个平台,即意识平台、体系平台和运行平台。并指出建立三个平台需要注意的主要问题及如何建设好三个平台,以确保质量管理体系的有效运行。

<正>根据“教育部关于公布北京化工大学等54所高等学校本科教学工作评估结论的通知”(教高函[2005]13号),2004年共54所高校接受教育部组织的本科教学工作水平评估,上海海事大学等30 所高校的评估结论为优秀,19所高校的评估结论为良好,另外5所高校的评估结论为合格。我校将继续遵循“以评促建、以评促改、以评促管、评建结合、重在建设”的原则,认真研究专家组的评估意见,巩固和发展教学工作的成果,进一步做好改革和建设工作,努力提高教育质量,培养具有创新精神和实践能力的高素质人才。
