试验旨在探究溶菌酶单体和溶菌酶多聚体对蛋鸡抗氧化、肠道形态及肠道菌群影响比较.随机选取体重、生理状态基本一致的 23 周龄 360 只蛋鸡,随机分为 3 组,每组 6 个重复,每个重复 20 只.对照组饲喂基础饲粮,处理I组饲喂基础饲粮+500 mg/kg溶菌酶单体,处理Ⅱ组饲喂基础饲粮+500 mg/kg溶菌酶多聚体.预试期 7 d,正试期 49 d.结果表明:与对照组相比,溶菌酶单体组和溶菌酶多聚体组蛋鸡血清丙二醛(MDA)含量、回肠隐窝深度以及肠道厚壁菌门相对丰度显著降低,绒/隐、肠道菌群Sobs指数、Shannon指数、Ace指数以及拟杆菌门相对丰富度显著提高,溶菌酶多聚体组蛋鸡血小板总数和粒细胞数目以及十二指肠绒/隐显著显著提高,十二指肠隐窝深度显著降低;溶菌酶单体组和溶菌酶多聚体组蛋鸡血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)以及过氧化氢酶(CAT)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性均有上升趋势,十二指肠、空肠、回肠的pH均有下降的趋势(P>0.05).由此可见,本试验条件下添加溶菌酶多聚体可以提高抗氧化能力,改善肠道形态,提高肠道菌群丰富度,提高机体健康.
试验旨在研究不同饲养方式添加复合益生菌(丁酸梭菌+枯草芽孢杆菌)对广西三黄鸡肠道形态与菌群的影响.选取49日龄广西三黄鸡33 000只(公、母各半)分笼养和散养两种模式开展试验.笼养模式选取3 000只随机分为3组,即LA组(基础日粮+丁酸梭菌)、LB组(基础日粮+复合益生菌)、LC组(基础日粮),每组5个重复,每个重复200只(公、母各半).散养模式选取30 000只随机分成3组,即SA组(丁酸梭菌)、SB组(复合益生菌)、SC组(基础日粮),每组5个重复,每个重复2 000只(公、母各半).试验期30 d.结果显示:不同饲养模式下,日粮中添加复合益生菌对广西三黄鸡的生长性能无显著影响(P>0.05).笼养模式80d时LB组三黄鸡空肠绒毛高度显著高于49 d的LB组、LC组(P<0.05);散养模式80 d时,SB组三黄鸡空肠绒毛高度显著高于49 d的SB组、SC组(P<0.05);80 d的SC三黄鸡组空肠隐窝深度均显著高于49 d的SC组(P<0.05).笼养或散养模式下,相比LB组,LA组三黄鸡的厚壁菌门、瘤胃球菌属显著上调(P<0.05);散养模式LB组三黄鸡拟杆菌门和放线菌门、LA组、LB组拟杆菌属相对丰度显著低于笼养模式(P<0.05).研究表明,不同饲养模式下日粮中添加丁酸梭菌、复合益生菌对广西三黄鸡的生长性能无明显影响;笼养或散养模式下,添加复合益生菌可以促进空肠形态发育,添加丁酸梭菌有助于提高有益菌相对丰度;笼养模式的三黄鸡生长性能、肠道形态以及有益菌相对丰度优于散养模式.
为探索厚荚相思不同家系间种子性状的变异规律及与其子代苗期生长性状的关系.对厚荚相思种子园中不同家系种子的主要性状进行了测定及育苗试验.结果表明:21个不同家系间种子各性状差异均达到极显著水平.变异系数从大到小依次为发芽率>种脐长>千粒重>种形系数>种子长>种子宽.家系间的苗高与地径生长均存在着显著差异.广义遗传力分别为0.614和0.844.这些差异主要受遗传因素控制.种子各性状与苗木生长的相关未达显著水平.而种子各性状间也不存在显著相关性,表明厚荚相思苗木早期生长与种子大小和重量关系不大.
Provenance trails including 21 provenances,introduced from Guangxi,Yunnan,Guangdong,Hunan,Jiangxi and Guizhou provinces,was used to study geographic variation pattern of seed character and seedling growth.Seed and seedling characters including seed length,seed width,100-grain weight et al were analyzed.The variance analysis result showed that differences between seed and seedling characters from 21 provenances all reached the significant or extremely significant level.The genetic variation coefficients of seed length,seed width,100-grain weight,seedling height were 22.43%,23.32%,75.33%,33.85% and the broad-sense heritability were 0.986,0.984,0.999 and 0.949.Seed and seedling characters had high heredity ability.Correlation analysis of result suggested that negative correlation was highly significant between One-hundred-grain Weight with rainfall.Between the quantity of leaves and annual average temperature,between the quantity of leaves and sunshine duration both showed significant negative correlation.Clustering analysis result showed that 8 provenances including Liping in Guizhou province,Zhaoping in Guangxi province,et al,were super,their average phenotype gains and genetic gains of seedling height were 37.41% and 35.50%.The volume output of the super prevenances was significant.
[Objective] The aim of the research was to study the effect of plant growth regulator on Castanopsis fissa seedlings,and to seek optimum method for breeding seedlings in production.[Method] Seedlings of Castanopsis fissa were sprayed with different concentrations of ABT3 and NAA.Form indexes such as height, diameter and biomass and physiological indexes such as chlorophyll content of seedling were tested.[Result] Plant growth regulators had obvious accelerative effect on the seedling growth.ABT with 50 mg/L concentration had the most remarkable effect on the growth.The height,stem of seedling,total length of roots,leaf area,chlorophyll content of plants which was sprayed with ABT 50 mg/L reached 27.53%,61.54%,70.91%,64.23% and 21.43% respectively,which were higher than that of the control.[Conclusion] NAA and ABT had obvious effects on accelerating the seedling growth of Castanopsis fissa.And the research provided the basis for usage of the plant growth regulator in the production.
