推动课堂教学革命,打造"金课"是提高人才培养质量的关键之举.课堂教学改革,需要共同发挥学校、教师和学生三方积极性,通过构建"三位一体"的课堂教学改革联动机制,充分发挥学校在课堂教学改革中的保驾护航作用、教师的引领推动作用和学生的实施践行作用.

本文以西成地区小学阶段的93名流动儿童为研究对象,通过焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、儿童孤独量表、社会支持量表等方面调查和数据分析,探讨了流动儿童心理健康状况及对其人际关系发展的影响.依据调查结果,提出了对策建议:社会、学校、家长应关注流动儿童的心理健康;应由专业的老师对流动儿童进行心理辅导;家长应引导流动儿童积极参加多种社会活动.

依法治教是依法治国方略在教育领域的贯彻和落实.高校要实现依法治教,首先要实现教学管理的法治化.本文探讨了高校教学管理法治化建设的必要性,总结了当前高校教学管理工作中存在的主要问题,提出了实现高校教学管理法治化的建设路径.

Recent years,the cases regarding immaturity sexual abuse are increasing.Besides traditional types of sexual abuse cases,there are also some new types of sexual abuse cases.Immaturity sexual rights could not be effectively guaranteed,especially in the new sexual abuse.This paper investigates the legal causes to this problem,such as,sharp contradiction between the rapid change of modern conception of human nature and backward legal consciousness,and improper way of judicial investigation etc.
