针对《航空维修技术与管理》实验课程理论性和实践性较强的特点,在翻转课堂的教学背景下,重新构建实验教学环节,设计实验教学步骤,对教学方法和手段进行改革和探索,取得了良好的教学效果.不仅使学生认识航空器故障诊断的方法和步骤,深化了专业技术,而且使学生独立解决实际问题的能力和学习积极性得到提高,缩短了课堂教学与生产实际的距离.
In this study, a whitening transformation based approach to one-class classification of remote sensing imagery is investigated. Only positive data are required to train the one-class classifier. Firstly, the image data is mapped to a new feature space using the whitening processing with all directions of the class of interest. Then a threshold is selected to make a binary prediction. A heuristic method of threshold selection is performed in the experiment of one-class classification. A series of values are set to the threshold based on standard deviation, and perform the one-class classification with each threshold value. The experiment shows that high accuracy is achieved with the threshold range from 3 to 4 standard deviations of the mean. Finally, the results of one-class classification with the threshold of 3 standard deviations are compared to that of one-class support vector machine. The results indicate that the proposed method provides nearly the same accuracy of one-class classification as one-class support vector machine. The advantage of the proposed method is that it can use a constant threshold to extract various land types.

分析变速箱故障机理,提取变速箱中几个频域特征信号的幅值和频率,利用投影寻踪算法来建立故障诊断模型。依据对异常分布敏感的偏度和峰度设计投影指标,并采用粒子群算法搜索最佳投影方向,将高维的故障信息投影至一维空间,进而分析故障的类型。针对某型变速箱的故障数据进行分析,对比不同投影指标函数对结果的影响,结果表明,将偏度和峰度组合设置为投影指标函数,能够有效的区分各类故障。
文章针对湿地系统的非线性和随机波动性,建立非等间隔序列的灰色GM(1,1)预测模型.选取1988~2007年间5幅黄河湿地郑州地区的TM和ETM+遥感影像,采用面向对象的分类方法获取湿地面积,然后利用Matlab R2007a实现PSO优化的非等间隔灰色预测模型,并针对预测结果进行误差分析.
The initial clustering centers of traditional K‐means clustering algorithm are generated randomly .Different initial clustering centers will lead to different clustering results .It means that unstable results were often obtained owing to random selection of initial centers while using traditional K‐means .A new method about optimization of initial centers is brought forward based on K‐means clustering algorithm which can gain high accurate results .The main idea of the improved algorithm is to choose the K‐means initial clustering centers through calculating the local outlier factor of all sample data .The greatest distance dense points are chosen to eliminate the influence of local outliers .The experimental results show that the improved algorithm can reduce the selection sensitivity of the K‐means initial clustering centers ,and also get more accurate clustering results with less iterations .

There will be some differences between clustering results and the actual situation if we only consider attribute data of spatial objects based only on partition with geographic features. In this paper,a spectral clustering algorithm including spatial pattern was presented for spatial clustering analysis. To deal with the abnormal points in the data,the local outlier factors were calculated firstly. The spatial neighbor was used as constrains of spatial clustering. And the the abnormal points were removed and judged by spatial pattern. To verify the effectiveness of the algorithm,the improved algorithm was applied to solving environmental quality assessment of soil heavy metal form data with the city of Baotou taken as an example. The results show that the method can not only overcome sensitity of the spectrum clustering in the problem of initial clustering center but also reflect the degree of similarity of the data attributes and the characteristics of spatial distribution. The result of spatial clustering method is better than that of traditional spectrum clustering algorithm.
In order to establish a digital campus platform,the campus GIS data must be analyzed and mined. The campus GIS and digital mining system is intergrated,the spatial database system for the extraction of spatial information,and SDM for the visual display of mining results. A spatial data mining prototype system is constructed,which can discover the implicit knowledge inside spatial database using the designed data mining algorithm. The prototype system has applied into a campus GIS,it not only discoveries the explicit knowledge but also implicit knowledge hidden in the campus GIS,so that it is a beneficial improvement and complement for present spatial data mining prototype system.
In order to apply the new method in the evaluation of soil environmental quality, which can overcome the disadvantages of the national environmental quality standards (GB 15618-1995, China) and Nemerow comprehensive pollution index. The method is based on the BP neural network model combined GIS technology. The author analyzed the spatial distribution of soil heavy metal pollution in Baotou City of China. The concentrations of 8 heavy metals (As, Cd, Cr, Cu, Hg, Ni, Pb and Zn) were measured in 221 plough layer (0-20 cm) soil sampling in Baotou. The field investigation of 221 topsoil samples were statistically analyzed to show that the study areas were mainly Pb, Zn pollution. It was important to consider the study area geographical features. So the author made the learning samples of BP neural network based on the statistical results and data specificity in study areas. The BP soil environmental quality evaluation model was designed by using the pollution value. According to the evaluation results obtained by the Kriging interpolation method, the author drew Baotou soil environmental quality thematic charts, also the spatial characteristics of Baotou soil environment analysis was included. It was found that the enrichment of heavy metals in topsoil was very obvious in industrial areas and regions near both sides of the Kundulun River. The results indicated that, according to sampling statistics information, the method using BP neural network model could effectively establish special research area soil through non-linear mapping relation between heavy metal contaminate and environmental quality.
This paper is concerned about its research findings on the heavy-metal soil pollution through grey relational analysis in Baotou,Inner Mongolia,with its focus on eight soil heavy metals,including As,Cd,Cr,Cu,Hg,Ni,Pb and Zn.In order to make a general survey of the topsoil heavy metal pollution in Baotou,a notorious badly environmentally polluted urban area,we have done our investigation by measuring and testing the concentrations of 8 heavy metals in 221 farming layer(0-20 cm) soil of field sampling.The process of our research has been conducted in the following steps: Firstly,we have introduced the principle of GRA(which is suitable for evaluation of the heavy metal soil-pollution due to its simple calculation and nice operationality.Secondly,our work has made it possible to apply the GRA model to the reliability analysis of environmental impact assessment of a limited region.And,finally,we have arrived at the conclusion that the method of GRA is an optimal method for evaluating the heavy-metal soil pollution impact,for its evaluation results prove consistant with the actual situations.What we have done in this research includes a computational model of soil quality assessment proposed and developed by the given author based on the regularities of the National Environmental Quality Standards(GB 15618—1995,China).Next,we have adopted the GIS analysis results to work out a thematic map of the city's heavy-metal soil pollution situation.To analyze the spatial distribution patterns of the actual situation,we have taken the advantages of GIS and drawn up a detailed descriptive accounting map of the assessment in accordance with the actually evaluated results,which can be classified into four types: free from being polluted,slightly polluted,middle-level polluted and heavily polluted.Thus,our conclusion is that the pollution is mainly caused by human industrial activities,for it proves that the encroachment of heavy metals at the topsoil is very serious in industrial areas and spots near the two sides of the Kundulun River,with the rural area heavily polluted by some Hg point sources.Such results show that the GRA method can help to reduce the calculation load of the environmental quality to some extent.
The infrared and visual images show different features for the same object,and considering these features this paper proposes an image fusion method based on IHS and wavelet transform.Firstly,the visual image is transformed by the IHS transform,and intensity(I),hue(H),saturation(S) components are obtained,and the infrared image is transformed by gray transform.Secondly,the intensity component and transformed infrared image are decomposed respectively by wavelet transform,different fusion rules are applied to coefficients of low frequency and high frequency.Finally,we could obtain the final fused image by IHS inverse transform.The experimental data shows the image fusion method is effective for the fusion of infrared and visual images and the fused image outperforms the traditional IHS transform method and the traditional IHS combining wavelet transform method.The proposed method can keep a high spatial resolution and rich texture detail information of visual image,and at the same time fuse the heat target that cannot be seen in the visible image while can be observed in the infrared image.
Typical Web map services of current only supports functions of browsing and querying,and does not support the distribute of the vector data.A WebGIS construction method based on the Google Maps was proposed in this paper.It supports vector data processing in variety of client browser,which has good interoperability and ability of spatial analysis.Aiming at the requirement for land usage information distribution of Zhengzhou City,a systematic and standardized platform which based on B/S architecture has been developed adopting the technology of Google Maps API and AJAX.The platform responses fast and supports for mass data sharing,which provided friendly interface face to variety of users.It also can provide information services for land use change research and land consolidation planning.
Line drawing algorithm is very important in the computer graphics.It is the most famous algorithm that Bresenham Algorithm uses to draw a straightness line in a smooth fashion.The advantage of classic Bresenham Algorithm is that the operations are all integer numeric without division and decimal fraction.Meanwhile,the disadvantage of the algorithm is that it can just generate one pixel in a computation time and its low in efficiency.In this paper,an accelerated algorithm was proposed,which give full attention to the initiative relation between generation model of line and its linear slope,and it does generate more than one pixel of a line through row of raster display device.The core principle of the improved algorithm is utilizing the coordinate position of both ends of line and the symmetry characteristic for segments.After discussing theory and structure of the improved algorithm,the algorithm implementation and simulation are given at last.And finally,the hardware acceleration in the use of circular subtraction technology based on shift register was briefly described.

In order to make reasonable use of resources and protect the city's ecological environment,it is extraordinarily needed to research on the urban environment evaluation methods and forecast warning technology.In the same time,the researches are foundations to the development of environmental protection policies.The MAS-based evaluation of soil heavy metal pollution and safety warning systems is designed on the integrated use of geographic information systems(GIS)technology and multi-agent system(MAS) technology.The system supports to analysis and evaluation the heavy metal pollution on soil in the visual environment.This essay focuses on the use of GIS technology in pollution evaluation methods,which support spatial analysis.And also discuss the MAS technology of the agents'function divisions and cooperation rules.It is useful to develop the integration platform for soil heavy metal pollution evaluating and forecasting.
The impact of ground or sea clutter on active radar seeker working in the look-down mode can not be ignored, because it affects the intercepting and tracking capability of active radar seeker seriously. Accordingly, it is necessary to analyze the affects of clutter on active radar seeker. A basic method of land/sea clutter power spectrum calculation for active radar seeker is introduced and a high precision real-time simulation model based on the decimation technology is presented. The analysis shows that this method can be applied to the closed loop clutter simulation for active radar seekers and whole missiles.
