目的:研究决银颗粒治疗银屑病的作用机理.方法:(1)采用鼠尾鳞片表皮模型(C57小鼠)考察决银颗粒对鳞片表皮角质层的影响.(2)采用小鼠阴道上皮模型(昆明种小鼠)考察决银颗粒对阴道上皮细胞有丝分裂的影响.结果:(1)对鳞片表皮角质层的影响:在光学显微镜下,决银颗粒低、中、高剂量组及复方青黛胶囊组小鼠尾部颗粒层细胞均高于生理盐水组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);决银颗粒高剂量组小鼠尾部颗粒层细胞高于决银颗粒低剂量组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).决银颗粒低、中、高剂量组小鼠血清IL-2水平均低于生理盐水组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);决银颗粒高剂量组小鼠血清IL-2水平低于复方青黛胶囊组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).(2)对阴道上皮细胞有丝分裂的影响:有丝分裂细胞主要分布在基底层,决银颗粒高剂量组较少出现有丝分裂细胞,决银颗粒中剂量出现有丝分裂,决银颗粒低剂量较多出现有丝分裂.模型组出现较多有丝分裂细胞,模型组有丝分裂指数高于其余各组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).决银颗粒低、中、高剂量组小鼠血清IL-10水平高于模型组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);复方青黛胶囊组小鼠血清IL-10水平高于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:决银颗粒能促进小鼠尾部颗粒层细胞的形成,降低血清IL-2水平,并随着剂量的增大而增强;对小鼠阴道上皮细胞有丝分裂有抑制作用,且随剂量的增加而增强.
针对《中药鉴定学》传统教学法中存在的不足,在《中药鉴定学》教学实践中引入以问题为基础的教学法(PBL).结果 显示学生普遍对PBL教学法的实践反馈较好,既能掌握课程的重点、难点内容,叉可增加对学科前沿知识的了解,收到了良好的教学效果.说明有必要在《中药鉴定学》中引入PBL教学法.
Objective:To establish the quality standard for Qinzhu Liangxue mixture. Methods:Seutellaria baiealensis, glyeyrrhizae and jobstears seed were identified by TLC. Baicalin and glycyrrhizic acid were determined by HPLC. Results:Seutellaria baiealensis,glyeyrrhizae and jobstears seed could be identified by TLC. The linear range of baicalin was 0. 030- 0. 971 mg·ml -1(r = 1. 000 0),and the average recovery was 97. 74%(RSD = 2. 76% ,n = 9). The linear range of glycyrrhizic acid was 0. 013- 0. 220 mg·ml -1(r = 1. 000 0),and the average recovery was 99. 02%(RSD = 1. 79% ,n = 9)Glycyrrhizic acid. Conclusion:The method is specific,simple and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of Qinzhu Liangxue mixture.
OBJECTIVE:To establish the quality standard of Yinlian tongfeng granules.METHODS:TLC was used to identify Artemisiae Scopariae Herba,Glechoma longituba,Lycopodium japonicum,qualitatively.The contents of total coumarin and total flavonoids were determined by UV spectrophotometry using escoparone and rutin as control.RESULTS:TLC spots were clear and reproducible with no interference from negative sample.The linear range of escoparone was 2.68~21.44 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 9)with an average recovery of 100.80% (RSD=1.28%,n=9).The linear range of rutin was 10~60 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 3)with an average recovery of 100.35%(RSD=1.46%,n=9).CONCLUSION:Established standard is suitable for the quality control of Yinlian tongfeng granules.
Objective:To study the effect and mechanism of Yu-Lin mixture in treatment of endometriosis.Methods:Rat endometriosis model was set up by self-endometria transplantation,serum estradiol(E2)、progestrone(P) were detected after treatment with Yu-Lin mixture or control.Result:Serum E2 and P were depressed by activating Yu-Lin mixture.There was significant difference of each target between Yu-Lin mixture group and model group(P0.05).Conclusion:Yu-Lin mixture can inhibit the growth of endometrial transplants,which is related to the serum hormone,especially E2.
