加强实验实训室的安全管理,对于高职院校培养高素质高技能人才具有重要的意义.本文以泰州职业技术学院为例,从人(组织体系)、法(制度规范)、育(教育培训)、查(安全督查)四个方面来实现实验实训室的安全建设,构建其安全管理体系,在确实有效地提高实训室安全建设和管理水平的基础上,以确保实验实训的安全有效运行的前提下,逐步形成实验实训室安全管理的全方位覆盖,为广大师生营造一个安全和谐的实训环境.
中高职衔接办学是中国特色现代职业教育体系建设的重要内容,是服务区域经济发展、落实国家人才战略的重要途径,是职业教育深化教育教学改革的重要推手.随着产业结构转型升级、人才结构层次高移、学生升学需求增大、中高职教育专业定位调整等一系列内外部因素不断变化,中高职衔接人才培养模式改革迫在眉睫.文章以泰州职业技术学院为例,从宏观、中观、微观三个层次,分别阐述"园区—高职—中职"一体化人才培养模式的改革与实践.经过三年的建设,"园区—高职—中职"一体化办学的良好局面已总体形成,以市场为导向的一体化人才培养模式正向特色化、现代化和市场化方向迈进,改革成果的示范、辐射、引领作用正在逐步彰显.
企业对高素质专业人才的技术技能要求是高职教育的培养目标,高职专业群建设要围绕企业需求构建课程体系.本文结合泰州职业技术学院土建类专业群的建设经验,介绍了从区域建筑企业需求出发构建符合岗位职业能力发展规律的土建类专业群课程体系的思路和方法,并提出了高职土建类专业群课程体系的实施要点.
Due to corrosion or disruption of stirrups in some parts of the coloumn,could seismic behaviors of corroded reinforced concrete columns would cut down,and could be recovered by strengthening with wrapped CFRP sheets.Based on experimental study of 28 T-shaped concrete columns,the laws were revealed that seismic behaviors of concrete columns were affected by rate of reinforcement corrosion,axial compression ratio,strengthening style and layers of wrapped CFRP sheets.Reinforcement corrosion could reduce columns' behaviors of energy dissipation,rigidity,capacity and ductility to some degree.The ductility coefficient could be decreased by 40% when the rate of reinforcement corrosion was up to 15%.Strengthened with wrapped CFRP sheets,corroded reinforced concrete columns raised largely their behaviors of energy dissipation,with more full hysteresis loop,and their ductility coefficient could be improved 40%,behaviors of energy dissipation could be raised by 80%.

"工学结合、课证融通"人才培养模式主要包括以岗位职业能力培养为主线,构建"三个平台、两个系统"课程体系;以工学结合项目化课程群建设为重点,实施项目化教学和案例教学改革,开展职业素质渗透教育;以专业核心技能培养为重点,构建"标准融入、项目贯通"的实践教学系统,实施"学做一体、分层递进"的实践教学模式;建立"333"顶岗实习组织管理运行模式等。
The existing base has been analyzed about cultivation of the excellent topnotch talent among high-professional civil engineering students.Five fundamental characteristics of topnotch talent have been proposed.Train of thought about cultivation of the excellent topnotch talent has been worked out that focused on education manager design,cultivation model and soon on.
Based on wind tunnel test of Wuxi New District Science and Technology Communication Center,the wind pressure distribution was analyzed under the condition of with and without surrounding buildings.Moreover,the shape coefficients of three typical regions of the plum-blossom-shaped roof were studied.Several conclusions about aero-interference of surrounding high-rise buildings on large-span curved roof were provided.Although the most disadvantageous wind direction and wind pressure have changed while aero-interference occurred,the roof of the interfered building still mainly bear negative wind pressure and the most fragile location is still along eaves.Wind pressure of the interfered building is acutely increased under the action of wind-catching effect.Wind pressure of the interfered building changes from negative to positive value under the action of wind-obstructing effect.The concave of roof will bear the greatest sucking load when the direction of its trough is identical to wind direction because eddy currents cooperate with wind-catching effect,which should be focused in the design of the curved roof.
顶岗实习是培养技术应用型人才的重要环节,本文基于泰州职业技术学院建筑工程系10年的"2+1"人才培养实践成果,论述了如何构建高职高专土建类学生顶岗实习体系的四个子系统:目标体系、运作体系、保障体系和评价体系。从而促进顶岗实习体系精细化、系统化、规范化,更大程度地实现学生、学校、企业"三赢"的效果。
研究结果表明,高职院校在顶岗实习"双导师制"的基础上,增加职业规划师,实施"三导师制"非常必要。土建类专业实施"三导师制",有利于培养学生良好的职业道德,提高学生的综合职业素质,提升学生的就业能力。
"五位一体"校企合作模式,以教学、科研、服务、信息、就业"五位一体"促进校企深度融合,以合作平台、人才培养、利益驱动、制度保障、能力建设"五位一体"提供体制机制保障,两者互动促进,推动校企合作全面、深入和可持续发展,实践表明,"五位一体"校企合作模式操作性强,是校企合作的一种有效模式。
The prestress method is applied to install the hyperstatic support structure for the curved point-supported glass curtain wall in Wuxi New District Science & Technology Communication Center,for the loading state of construction to match the assumed condition of design.The wedge-jacking system was manufactured,and its rating test was carried out to establish the relationship between the prestress of steel pipe columns and the reading of the torsion spanner.Simultaneously,the influence test was done to comprehend the unloading law of the effect of later installed columns on early installed adjacent columns.Thereafter,216 steel pipe columns were installed speedily and accurately,and they have almost the same prestress so as to eliminate potential safety hazard caused possibly by the installation gap.
Based on analysis of properties,tasks,targets and basic vocational abilities requirements of practice-training courses such as House mapping,Architectural cognition practice and Architectural CAD comprehensive training,this paper decomposes and integrates ability targets of these courses to form integrated training-teaching chains of course abilities and construct training system of comprehensive abilities with interaction of graphs and objects.

According to the professional training objectives of architectural design in higher vocational education,this article builds the capacity of the planning system and the corresponding strategies and its training project,and forms a characteristic teaching mode of work and learning combination.It also proposes teaching evaluation and management including teaching content,evaluation methods,the ordination mechanism of teachers,and teaching resources expand,etc.
Regarding to the possibility of corroded stirrups losing effectiveness locally in columns,12 specimen columns are designed and made to study the decreasing law of the load-carrying capacity of corroded reinforced concrete columns subjected to the axial,small eccentric and large eccentric loads and the recovering law of that strengthened with carbon fiber composite sheet(CFRP).
Based on ANSYS software,using Guozhenhai model,the non-linear finite element analysis(FEA) program is compiled to analyze load-carrying capacity of confined reinforced concrete members.The analysis results can agree well with experimental results of 6 collected specimens.Verification for reliability of the program provides a basis for engineering application.
To examine the settlement of accounts for completed project is the last link of the management of engineering cost,which is of significance both to the proprietors and constructors.The examining efficiency and quality can be greatly enhanced by improving the personnel quality,using modern means,rationally analyzing contract and visas,grasping the key point,practicing suitable skills to coordinate each other,so to push construction market to develop orderly.
Construction is a pillar industry of our national economy, industry of enriching the people, but talent's shortage and overall quality not high have already become bottleneck restraining development of construction. Analysing current situation and main reason of construction talents, this paper proposed the countermeasure of personnel training of the construction.
