现代学徒制是当前我国职业教育改革中的热点,校企协同育人是现代学徒制的核心,我院积极探索和实践多元平台下现代学徒制校企协同培养人才的有效途径,按照现代学徒制人才培养的规格,发挥校企双方在人才培养过程中的优势,探索从双主体人才培养方案的制定、共建课程体系和实践基地、共建共享特色教学资源、双导师制班级管理、校企联合打造双导师教学团队、共同制定学生考核与评价体系六个方面,构建基于现代学徒制的校企协同育人机制,为我国技术技能人才的创新发展提供理论参考和实践依据.
从"三导师"的构成、分工、培养、考评及完善"三导师"相关管理制度等方面进行分析,探索高职药学专业现代学徒制"三导师"混编教学团队建设的重要性、必要性和可行性.通过学校和医药企事业单位的合作,建立符合现代学徒制试点要求的专兼结合、德技双馨的"三导师"混编教学团队,有助于推动药学专业实施现代学徒制改革试点,有利于提高药学生培养质量.
加强实验实训室的安全管理,对于高职院校培养高素质高技能人才具有重要的意义.本文以泰州职业技术学院为例,从人(组织体系)、法(制度规范)、育(教育培训)、查(安全督查)四个方面来实现实验实训室的安全建设,构建其安全管理体系,在确实有效地提高实训室安全建设和管理水平的基础上,以确保实验实训的安全有效运行的前提下,逐步形成实验实训室安全管理的全方位覆盖,为广大师生营造一个安全和谐的实训环境.
产教融合教学,有利于高职院校为地方和社会培养卓越高职人才.针对高职工科专业教育教学现状,提出因地制宜“引企入校”、因材施教、产教融合人才培养模式,形成相应的课程标准及其体系,执行产教融合课程教学内部质量保证体系,培养出满足中国制造2025需要的新时代高素质技术技能型的劳动者.
根据汽车水泵叶轮的结构特点,设计了粉末冶金工艺的压模结构,详细论述了其压制过程及模具设计制造和调试要点.由于该叶轮叶片为开放形离散形状,故装粉采用八瓣吸入、压制时采用浮动、脱模采用辅助气缸顶出的模具设计,使得叶轮一次性压注成形,再经过烧结、机加、清洗、抛光、浸油等工序,最终产品在材料的密度、硬度、精度等方面的技术指标均达到了用户要求,开发出的叶轮可以替代进口产品.该压制模具结构设计合理,保证了压制质量,实际使用效果良好,达到设计要求.
According to the characteristics of retired soldiers and through the research of enterprise demand, employment as the guidance, in professional group of the electromechanical integration technology based on the analysis of a typical task, position and determine the core skills of electromechanical integration technology, build the "practice, class certificate accommodation" professional curriculum system, and take "teaching students according to their aptitude, on-demand, flexible teaching methods and teaching modes, established on the basis of education, skills qualification certificate for the inspection, the employment as the goal of electromechanical integration technology professional retired soldiers training mode of "degree + skills + employment".

The structure and performance characteristics of the main bearing cover 473QB for automotive engine crankshaft are analyzed.Powder metallurgy is used instead of cast iron or spheroidal graphite cast iron.The production cost is reduced.Rational scheme is made which determines the material composition and process flow,and the mould is designed.By testing and metallographic analysis the powder metallurgy process and mould structure are improved.The powder metallurgy main bearing cover for crankshaft which can bear complex load and meet requirement is developed successfully.

Building double-qualified teaching staff is the precondition and guarantees to improve the teaching level of vocational education as well as one of the most important tasks in connotation building of higher vocational education.Based on the experiences in building the intramural practical training of productions,this paper makes some considerations and explorations on a few key issues related to the double-qualified teaching team building.The findings will provide a new feasible method of building a teaching team with double-qualified teachers in higher vocational schools.
In view of the relatively inadequate technology and capital in some small and medium-sized tube welding enterprises,a mechanical fly-saw cutting method is put forward in this paper.It theoretically analyses the feasibility of the mechanical scale,and the motion analysis and calculation are analyzed on the basis of dynamics theory.It provides theoretical references for the improvement of the general mechanical fixed fly-saw.

The changing law of hardening layer's depth and the microstructure of 40Cr steel was studied and analyzed with different cutting depths and feed rates.The results show that the hardening effect of grinding hardening for 40Cr steel is similar to the process of induction surface hardening.
Cold bending rectangular tube is widely used in architecture,mechanical equipment,exclusive furniture,automobile and shipping.The cold bending process and products' characters are introduced in this article,as well as the application and the intending development in architecture.
This paper studies the grinding temperature field of non-quenched and tempered steels grind-hardening technology using experiments and finite simulation. A mathematical model of grind-hardening temperature field is established to investigate steel 48MnV which is used for making crankshaft. The grinding temperature field is simulated and the hardened depth is forecasted by finite-element method with the triangular shape of the heat source model based on the ANSYS software. The experimental results show that the simulative temperature and estimating hardened depth are comparatively close to the measuring ones. The model could be utilized to forecast the distribution and variation characteristics of the grinding temperature field and the hardened layer depth.
According to the total teaching objective of the course Principles of Machine Design Foundation,this paper approaches how to improve the teaching effects mainly in arranging course content again,enhancing teaching practice,adopting reasonable teaching methods.
