利用OpenCV与VC++语言平台开发了1套基于机器视觉的葡萄采摘点三维空间定位系统,并阐述了运用机器视觉技术实现葡萄目标从相机图像获取到采摘点三维空间数据计算的实现过程。同时利用直线夹角阈值、可信区域、点到直线最小距离与深度间距阈值4个约束条件改进了传统的葡萄采摘点果梗定位方式,使采摘点较好地定于葡萄果梗中部,后经立体匹配与双目视觉三维空间定位原理求取葡萄采摘点的三维坐标,提高了葡萄采摘点定位的精准度。
由于传统的技能实训类课程教学受设备成本、维护保养等条件的制约,使得课程考核与评价环节投入大而效果不佳.本研究将虚拟现实技术与技能实训教学的考评相结合,将三维虚拟环境下的人机交互技术运用于技能实训课程的操作考评,提出了基于虚拟现实的实训类课程考评系统设计方法.从考核内容及评价方法、三维虚拟考评情境、考评规则库以及评价结论等四方面阐述了考评系统的设计.以模具拆卸实训为例,介绍了三维可视化模具结构拆装考评系统的开发流程,为技能实训教学考评提供一种新的模式.
结合职教师范生及第二课堂的现状及特点,分析了第二课堂对培养职教师范生人文素质的重要性;提出了第二课堂课程化的理念,并构建了第二课堂课程体系.实践证明,该课程体系是提高职教师范生人文素质的有效途径.
Traditional fuzzy C-Means (FCM) clustering algorithm is sensitive to the initial value and converges to a local minimum easily that may lead to produce poor phenomena of segmenting image. This paper uses improved artificial bee colony to optimize FCM algorithm and uses improved methods to segment image. The improved algorithm (GABCFCM) uses Gbest-guided artificial bee colony (GABC) algorithm which searches the global best solution strongly, and it uses FCM which has ability to cluster data. Clustering segmentation of gray image is realized in this paper. Experiment results show that GABCFCM algorithm does not increase the consumption of time obviously and it improves the speed of converging to the global best solution by comparing with the ABCFCM which uses traditional artificial bee colony algorithm to optimize FCM. GABCFCM improved the reliability of image segmentation by using FCM algorithm greatly. GABCFCM can be applied to image processing of requiring higher relative velocity in the same number of cycles. This paper also uses some steps to improve PSABCFCM and PSABCLUTFCM and uses them in the fields of image segmentation.
为解决基于模糊C-均值聚类(FCM)的图像分割算法需要预先给定初始聚类数目和聚类中心,易使得算法陷入局部最优的问题,提出一种改进的人工蜂群优化模糊聚类的图像分割方法.该方法在传统的人工蜂群的基础上进行优化,以FCM算法中目标函数为基础改进人工蜂群的适应度函数,运用蜂群行为中的采蜜蜂、跟随蜂和侦察蜂的分工合作来快速求解图像中的最优初始聚类中心,将求出的最优聚类中心输入给FCM进行处理,根据最大隶属度原则对果实图像进行分割.以300幅不同光照情况下拍摄的夏黑葡萄果进行分割试验,试验结果表明,改进的图像分割方法能更快地将水果从自然环境中分割识别出来,单幅图像平均分割时间为0.219 3 s,正确分割率达到90.33%,能满足采摘机器人及水果分级系统对目标图像的实时性要求.

It establishes the kinematic simulation environment of the robot arm with five degrees of freedom in OpenGL platform , shows the detail about the process of building the model , the establishment of the coordinate system and the derivation of the kinematic equation .Using Matlab robot toolbox , it verifies the kinematics equa-tion of the manipulator model and the movement of the manipulator model .This provides a reference for the re-search of the robot in the virtual environment .
This system uses numerical curve saw of MJS1325 made by Guangdong Weideli as the object of this study. By analyzing the basic structure and working principle of the numerical control curve saw, the 3D data model was created and rendered,then the model is put into EON Studio. The movement simulation is achieved by using the function node and a scripting language of the software. VC# is used to realize the curve of timber sawing interactive virtual machining process simulation.
In order to adapt to the agricultural picking robots needing to recognize grapes quickly and accurately , a new segmentation method that based on HSI color space and fast fuzzy C-means clustering ( FFCM ) algorithm characterized by histogram informations is presented .This method is that original RGB images is transformed into HSI images , and using H component as clustering segmentation of data to cluster gray image according to the FFCM algorithm .By analying the testing of xiahei grapes under natural light , facing of the light and backlight ,the image segmentation method of this paper can split grapes fastly from the complex natural environments and provide some references for the research of agri -cultural robots .
模拟井下工况,利用钻杆/套管摩擦磨损试验机试验分析了摩擦行程、钻井液黏度、接触载荷和钻杆转速等因素对套管磨损的影响规律.得出套管磨损量与摩擦行程、磨损率与接触载荷均呈现近似的线性关系;接触力增大,摩擦因数总体上有增大的趋势;增加钻井液黏度可以使摩擦因数有所降低,但不能大幅降低套管磨损;钻杆转速超过140 r/min时,转速增加引起的摩擦副振动逐渐加剧直至共振,导致套管磨损率出现较大幅度的上升.该研究成果为钻井参数优选、套管磨损预测和减磨优化设计提供了参考依据.

The Movement Simulation of NC Lathe Machine is developed by virtual reality development platform of Eon Studio. A 3D model of NC Lathe machine is built through 3D realistic modeling tools of Solidworks software, and transformed into Eon Studio. Collision object node is used to avoid the overlapping between objects during simulation.

Using VB.NET language,an automatic design of gear and modeling integration system is developed based on Pro/E.Inputting design requirements in user interface,the system can calculate and check strength automatically,then output the modulus of gear and number of teeth.Finally by VB API,the system can generate 3D model of gear directly from design parameters,realizing seamless connection with Pro/E.
