本文根据我校办学特色与学生特点,围绕组织、平台、文化、队伍、评价5个维度构建了低年级人才培养体系,形成"681学生综合素质培养模式",定义"启明六艺"学生培养目标,拓展"理想信念教育、科学精神培养、人文素质培养、个性发展培养、心理健康教育、生涯规划指导、创新实践引导、国际视野拓展"8类育人平台建设及综合素质量化评价体系,具有较鲜明的特色,使学生在专业认识和通识能力上得到全面提高,成效显著.
加强和改进学生党支部建设是高校党建工作的重要组成部分,是提高党的战斗力的重要途径。在新形势下如何加强和改进高校学生党支部的建设,是党的建设面临的新课题。我们必须积极探索高校学生党支部建设的途径和方法,充分发挥其基层党组织的战斗堡垒作用。
Career management is an important measure to attract,maintain and motivate their staff for modern enterprises. Aviation manufacturing is a talent-intensive industry. However,during the past decade,the turnover rate of the technical staff is rather high in China' s aviation manufacturing enterprises (AMEs). According to the HRM (human resources management) experiences of many international companies,career management plays an important role to motivate the employees. Based on the analysis to the survey of the technical staff,this paper proposes a scheme for career management of AMEs and discusses the implementation plans to motivate the talents.
With the finite element code ABAQUS and the crack propagation direction criterion,crack growth paths in integrally stiffened panels are simulated and the validity of this method is testified by contrast with experiment;Then some parameters that influence crack propagation in integrally stiffened pa-nels are particularly discussed by shell model and cohesive zone model.The effect of stringer to crack arrest is analyzed in detail.The stress intensity factors and crack propagation distances under different stringer parameter are computed and contrasted with each other.The method and conclusion discussed in this paper can be used in damage tolerance design of integrally stiffened panels.
Using python scripting language develop a program package which contains lots of subprogram to simulate crack growth based on ABAQUS,and this program package has functions from parameter-modeling to submitting job,picking data from result files and analysis.It can save lots of time in the works of repeating modeling and dealing with results through second development,and work efficiency can be improved obviously.This program package that can simulate crack growth curve had been used in the work on crack growth in aircraft panels,which has engineering values.
