为了研究大规模集成电路设计中位数据在不同时钟域之间的传递问题,依据数字电路的基本理论,建立一种跨时钟域传递位数据信号的模型,并分析跨时钟域传递数据所带来的亚稳态问题及其危害性.在不同的时钟域中,保持数据同步是解决上述问题的可行方案.它能够在很大程度上减少亚稳态的传播,提高数字电路系统的可靠性.根据跨时钟域传递信号的情况,给出几种信号同步方法,并通过具体的设计方案论证该方法的正确性和可靠性.
在新工科建设的背景下,许多地方性教学研究型大学更多地侧重工程型人才培养.随着信息技术不断革新与教学主体需求的改变,"学与教"的关系也逐渐发生了改变.翻转课堂作为以学习者为中心的教学方式,成为软件工程专业方向课程适应需求的教学改革方向之一.文章以"Oracle"课程为例,介绍了哈尔滨理工大学软件工程专业方向课程基于翻转课堂的教学改革研究和实施过程.
针对目前高等教育中存在的思政课与专业课相互分离、专业课中只注重知识培养而缺乏人文关怀以及课程的考核方式中缺少德育环节的问题,提出了优化人才培养方案、专业教师转变教育观念、改进教学手段和完善课程考核方式的具体措施,并以《软件项目管理》课程为例进行了课程思政的案例设计,在教学过程中取得了良好的效果.

For the issues existing in the traditional environmental information acquisition system, such as high costs, inflexibility of acquisition equipment layout and so on, proposed a low-cost scheme of campus environmental information acquisition system according to the functional requirements. Envi-ronmental information, such as temperature, humidity, noise, air contaminants and so on, was collected in real time by sensor nodes that were deployed on campus. By the Zigbee wireless sensor network technol-ogy, the data was pooled to the server through the gateway, and then was processed into a graphical user interface that could monitor real-time campus environmental quality. The design of system is described in detail, includes acquisition node and the server. The experiment shows that the system is reasonable and feasible, it can realize timely collection, and works stable during data processing.
在传统的工程教育中,实验教学存在一定的局限性,影响学生实验技能的培养。将CDIO教育理念融入整个教学体系中,能够很好地解决当前实验教学中存在的一些问题。
A new way to implement controller of dynamic weighing by adopting of Cyclone Ⅱ EP2C8 chip of Altera Corporation was introduced.It can reduce product cost by making use of NiosII soft processor.The new way features performance by fast data process and system error is less than 0.2%,it mainly depends on turning program of data process algorithm into hardware circuit through C2H tool.
针对统一潮流控制器(UPFC)的物理模型控制系统实现时要求频率跟踪电网、幅值和相位连续可调的关键技术问题,采用可编程片上系统(SOPC)的设计方法,给出了UPFC物理模型控制系统的SOPC解决方案。阐述了其软硬件设计思想和方法,利用A ltera公司的EDA开发工具Quar-tus II,采用SPWM方法设计了一个基于Avalon总线接口的统一潮流控制器的IP核,给出了UPFCIP核的功能及其结构,对正弦波幅值和相位设置、正弦波寻址、数据查找及幅值计算等子模块进行了详细描述,并利用Simulator和嵌入式逻辑分析仪SignalTap II进行了仿真验证。UPFC的SOPC解决方案使其整体性能大幅度提高。
The Unified Power Flow Controller(UPFC)is one of the latest Flexible AC Transmission System(FACTS)devices for maintaining and improving the power system stability.This paper presents the design of UPFC based on the SOPC technology.The detailed design with FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array)is given in the paper.
