目的 研究在等量碳水化合物的前提下,通过添加膳食纤维改变膳食中碳水化合物组分,对膳食血糖生成指数的影响,以帮助糖尿病患者合理搭配食物.方法 12例健康成年人随机分为白粥组和白粥+膳食纤维组,分别在不连续的3日内测定口服相当于含有50g碳水化合物的白粥或白粥+膳食纤维及50g葡糖糖后引起的血糖反应,计算白粥和添加膳食纤维后的白粥的血糖指数.结果 白粥的血糖指数为69.16±23.77,添加膳食纤维后白粥的血糖指数降为53.94±11.39.结论 在等量碳水化合物的前提下,通过在膳食中添加膳食纤维,可有效降低膳食血糖指数,可能有利于糖尿病患者保持血糖平稳,提高患者饮食控制依从性.

近年来临床营养学发展迅速,疾病的营养治疗已经成为现代综合治疗的重要组成部分。临床营养学引起了来华留学生的极大兴趣和参与热情。然而,如何提高留学生的带教质量,是摆在笔者面前的新挑战。本文结合临床营养留学生的带教实践,探讨了改进教学的方法,提出了相应的解决方案,为临床营养留学生带教做出了有益的尝试。

Objective As modern surgery advance,a lot of patients with theorgan function failure were given new life by the organ transplants.Among of having the organ transplants,the num ber and the rate of succeed of kindey transplant were at best.The nutritional status of patients with kindey transplant were very poor.In this study,The nutritional status and the effect of nutritional therqpy of 48 cases with kindey transplant during operation were estimated.Before peration all patients s with kindey transplant were treated the dialys is.The average year of 48 cases were 43.4±9.1 yr,among 43 male and 5 female.The nutritional status of were vealuated by the physical examination and the biochemical assay.There were malnutrition very seriously,As the body weight,the rate of malnutrition was 66.7 per cent,and the TSF was 54.2 per cent.The Body Mass Index were accord with the body weight.Serum total cholesterol was normal,and triglyceride and apo-a were higher.The haemoglobin and lymphocyte were lower and the retinolbinding protein were higher,however,the serum total protein,albumin,the essential amino acid was lower,and homocysteine was higher.The contents of serum calicum,sodium and potassium were normal,and phopsphate was higher.After operation,all the patients were given nutritional therapy,properly.At 14 days of operated,all index of nutrition status of the 48 cases were improved markedly.The results suggest that the malnutrition is serious before operation patients with kidney transplant and the succeed operation of kidney transplant can mend effectively the nutritional status of the patient.
Objectives:To observe the effectiveness of enteral nutritiontherapy using Nutren in patients after colon operation for cancer. Methods:60 cases of patients with colon cancer were randomized into enteral nutrition group(EN) and parenteral nutrition group(PN),each 30 cases.They were given with non-protein energy of 125 kJ(30 kcal)/(kg*d),protein of 1.25 g(0.2 gN)/(kg*d) and non-protein energy nitrogen ratio of 627.6 kJ(150 kcal)∶ 1 gN. Results:There were no gut reactions such as nausea,vomiting,abdomen bulge,diarrhea in EN group during the experiment.There were no differences in body weight,grip,MAC,MAMC,TSF,TLC,Hb,TP,A,BUN,CR,Na,K,Cl,blood sugar,serum Tch and TG between two groups.The serum concentrations of glutamine and glutamate acid in EN group were higher than those in PN group(P<0.05).The urine L/M ratio in PN group was significantly increased when compared with that in EN group on the 9th day of postoperation. Conclusions:The enteral nutrition with Nutren is helpful in improving intestinal permeability in patients receiving colon operation.

<span id="ChDivSummary" name="ChDivSummary" class="abstract-text">测定5份龙井茶叶质量与矿物质、微量元素及蛋白质的含量,并观察茶叶的质量和元素含量、浸泡后溶出量和溶出率的关系。常量元素有Na、K、Ca和Mg、必需微量元素Zn、Cu,Fe、Mn和Cr,及毒性元素Pb、As和Cd。茶叶中元素的含量在同一产地的茶中基本一致,元素浸出率基本相同,茶叶泡3次后,其中的元素含量极低。能溶出的元素量有限,所有茶样中能溶解在水中的成分浸出率均在30%以上。蛋白质的含量与茶样质量有关,质量好则蛋白质含量较高;浸泡后茶渣蛋白质含量高达35%~40%。</span>
