科技期刊对经济社会发展起支撑作用,科技期刊的发展与经济社会发展密切相关.本文指出当前科技期刊办刊缺乏服务经济社会的意识和精品意识,简述经济社会对科技期刊的期待,结合《广西科学》《广西科学院学报》实践效果,提出科技期刊可从以下几个方面更有效地支撑经济社会发展:策划聚焦产业发展,打造特色专栏/专刊;聚拢行业优质资源,提升智库作用;提高编辑综合素质,培养办刊人才;拓宽期刊传播渠道,创新出版模式;加强科技合作互动,营造科研氛围.
郫县豆瓣是一种传统的发酵型调味品,它以味辣香 醇、红棕油亮、瓣粒酥脆、粘稠绒实、酱香浓郁的产品特 色,在世界“发酵辣椒酱”之林中独树一帜,被誉为“川 菜之魂”。伴随着郫县豆瓣的名气和需求量不断增加,郫 县豆瓣的酿造已完成从家庭作坊式制作到规模化工业化生 产的转变。近年来,工业信息化、智能化水平不断提升,依 靠传统方式进行的工业化生产也亟需进行更新、升级。本 文针对郫县豆瓣生产过程的各种物料特性,对目前郫县豆 瓣工业化生产中常用的输送工艺进行讨论和筛选,以期为 生产工艺设计升级及生产过程智能化改造提供一些参考。

The application experiment of electric coagulation technology in cane juice decoloration and the mechanism of electric coagulation technology were introduced.The function of electric coagulation technology was mainly reflected in three aspects of cane juice decoloration,sterilization and decrease of ash residue.Between the temperature of 50~70℃,decoloration rate of purified juice was studied after electric coagulating on the conditions of different juice temperatures and different current densities,the results showed that,after the preliming juice was treated by electric coagulation,the purity of subside juice was increased by 0.13AP,on the basis of sulfitation the decoloration rate was increased by 12.55%,conductivity ash decreased by an average of 200 μs/cm.The higher the electric coagulation temperature,the higher the decolorization rate of purified juice,and the larger the electric coagulation power consumption.
In order to make better use of the nature of sugar colloid alkaline isoelectric point,to control technology conditions more accurately,this paper pointed the study at the relationship between the basicity and pH in the traditional carbonic acid method of sugar industry.Through the simulating experiment in the first carbonation and in the condition of lower lime addition quantity(0.6,0.8 and 1.2% of sugarcane juice),it ensured the sugar colloid alkaline isoelectric point(in different lime addition quantity),and the best pH value range of 11.10~10.85 corresponding with the basicity was found out.It is pointed out that the clarification process can be controlled according to pH value and therefore achieved the purpose with less add ash rate and better clarification effect.
Application of sugarcane feedstocks for alcohol fermentation is practical significance for the most usage of sugarcane and sugar-alcohol co-production.Mixed sugarcane feedstocks of second-stage pressed sugar liquid and sugar residue was used as fermented materials.Fermentation was conducted by five different temperatures ranged in 25 to 37℃with immobilized yeast using shaking fermentation methods for ethanol production. The results showed that relatively higher alcoholic concentration(11.4%)and lower sugar residue(0.89%)could be reached when fermented at 31℃.
目前很多企业都采用包括战略地图和平衡计分卡在内的战略规划工具,进行内部管理时也拥有质量管理、流程改进、仪表盘和作业成本管理等运营管理工具,但是企业通常都是缺少了一个综合的框架将战略工具和运营工具整合起来。本文从平衡计分卡的角度出发,介绍了链接战略与运营的一套闭环管理体系以及实施这套体系需要的协调部门,并对平衡计分卡提出了新思考。
Extraction and application conditions of polyphenol oxidase (PPO) of sugarcane were studied. The best extraction conditions of polyphenol oxidase of sugarcane were obtained through experiments: Sugarcane refrigerated at 4℃,pH 6.2 disodium hydrogen phosphate potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer was used,the concentration of polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVPP) was 2%,the ratio (v/v) of phosphate buffer and material was 1.0. Partially purified enzyme solution was made by extraction,centrifugation,grading salting-out and dialysis. The purification multiple was 2.51,and the activity recycling was 34.9%. With catechol as substrate,the maximum absorption wavelength of enzymatic reaction products of sugarcane PPO was 410 nm. The enzymatic browning of juice can be effectively slowed down by advancing prelime and increasing pH to more than 7.5 and the pigment formation can be reduced at the beginning of the process.
The stability of phenolic pigment from molasses alcohol wastewater was investigated. The results showed that pH value has obvious effects on the pigment stability. It is stable in acid environment,and not stable in alkaline environment. H2O2 can reduce the colour from this pigmen,while NaNO2 can do the opposite. EDTA can reduce the absorbance of this pigment. The absorbance of pigment can be higher with the effect of Fe3+,While some other metal ions have no effect on the pigment stability,such as Na+,Mg2+,Cu2+,Ca2+.
