Objective To survey the sanitation status and give the risk evaluation to the central air conditioning system in public place,and provide scientific evidences for establishing evaluation model of air conditioning system.Methods 40 units(including hotels,restaurants,shopping malls and supermarkets) which had the central air conditioning system were selected by layered and random sampling,and the data were analyzed by STATA 8.0.Results The eligible rate of the inhalable particulate matter was 80.66%,the eligible rate of amount of dust particles from the inside surface of flue pipes was 97.62%. The qualified rates of total count of germs from outlets and the inside surface of flue pipes were 87.57% and 99.40%.The positive rate of Legionella pneumophila was 45.71%.Conclusion Some public health risks exist in the central air conditioning system.Some measures including cleanout periodically should be taken to prevent the health problem.
Objective:A total of 17 strains of Shigella flexneri isolated from Shigellae outbreaks in Wuhan city were detected and analyzed for the distribution of virulence genes by PCR assay.Methods:We designed 8 pairs of probes of PCR assay for detection of the virulence genes including set1A,set1B,sen(SHET2),ial,ipaH,stx1 and virA in Shigella at the same time.Combining with conventional methods,the results were discussed.Results:SHET1 have been detected only in isolates of Shigella flexneri,SHET2 was present in various Shigella serotypes including isolated samples and the reference strains.All Shigella species that we studied were positive for ipaH gene.primer shet2A and primer shet2B had 16 and 13 positives in 17 Shigella flexneri isolates,respectively.Moreover,ial,virA genes had significant negatives upon repeated subculturing and prolonged storage.Conclusion:Primer shet2A are more reliant than primer shet2B in the detection of sen gene.Moreover,ial,virA genes prone to lost or delete upon repeated subculturing and prolonged storage.The study shows ipaH gene could be used in detection of Shigella spp.by PCR.
随着科学技术的发展,人民生活水平的提高,纺织品已从满足人们御寒遮体这一主要功能逐步转化,抗菌织物就是一新的功能织物.由于该类产品种类繁多,使得其抗菌性能检测变得十分复杂.为建立简便、快速、准确的抗菌织物定性筛选实验方法,我们对武汉市市售的102件不同种类抗菌织物用抑菌晕法进行了抑菌活性的检测.结果报告如下.
为了解桶装水生产厂灌装车间空气净化效果和卫生状况,采用BCJ-1型尘埃粒子计数器、平板沉降法及棉拭子方法,对32家桶装水生产崐企业灌装车间空气洁净度及环境表面污染情况进行了检测.结果表明,灌装车间空气尘埃粒子合格率为78.1%,细菌总数合格率81.3%;表面细菌检测显示,车间墙壁合格率90.6%,门把手为87.5%,灌装口合格率84.4%.结果反映出,32家桶装水生产厂灌装车间空气洁净度各项指标均有不同程度超标,环境卫生质量亦有不合格,必须加强企业卫生质量管理和监督.
目的探讨胶体染料试纸条法(DDIA)诊断血吸虫病应用价值.方法用DDIA检测急性、慢性血吸虫病和健康人,观察其敏感性和特异性;用DDIA、IHA和ELISA筛查5个血吸虫病流行村的677人,比较3种方法的结果.结果急性、慢性血吸虫病人DDIA阳性率分别为100%和96.2%,健康人均为阴性.DDIA、IHA和ELISA在5个流行村的阳性率分别为25.8%、24.2%和24.1%,三者间差异无显著性.结论DDIA具有较高的敏感性和特异性,操作简便快速,适用于现场快速诊断和大规模筛查.
