The soluble sugar content and relative electric conductivity were analyzed after 36 h under 6℃ and 15℃ low temperature treatments on rice seedlings in phytotran.The result showed that soluble sugar content could be decreased and relative electric conductivity was increased under low temperature especially heavy low temperature condition.In another hand,great difference was found among varieties.
According to the problem in the study on sterile-type cooling injury in cold region, the basis for temperature and sensitive period of sterile-type cooling injury was put forward.A few easily confused terms was explained.
Through pot experiment method,the seedling quality,tiller dynamic and yield components of rice under plant regulator treatments at seeding stage and seedling period were studied.The results showed that root system development could be promoted,tillers were improved and rice yield was increased by applying plant regulator.
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the endophytic fungi from Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.)Baill. and their secondary metabolites. METHODS: Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus pumilus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Listeria monocytogenes, Klebsiella penumoniae, Acinetobacter baumannii, Streptococcus pyogenes, Enterococcus faecium, Enterococcus facalis and Candida albicans were selected as the indicators for human pathogenic microbes. Antimicrobial tests of the isolated endophytic fungi and their secondary metabolites were carried out by colony disc method and paper disc diffusion method. RESULTS: Among 36 strains of endophytic fungi isolated from Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.)Baill., 33 strains (91.67% of the total strains isolated) showed the different antimicrobial activity against 12 human pathogenic microbes, and the secondary metabolites of 30 strains at least (83.33% of the total strains isolated) presented the antimicrobial activity against 12 human pathogenic microbes. CONCLUSION: Diverse antimicrobial natural products are existed in endophytic fungi and their secondary metabolites from Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.)Baill., which can be the resources for new antimicrobial products.
The optimum extracting conditions of flavones in Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.)Baill leaves were investigated by single factor test with the orthogonal test design.The main factors affecting the content of total flavones extracted from Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.)Baill leaves were the material-liquid ratio,the extraction temperature,the extraction time and the alcohol concentration.The results showed that the optimum conditions were:85℃,60min,75% alcohol and material-liquid ratio 1:35. Under the conditions,the contents of total flavones in Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.)Baill leaves collected in both July and August are 6.0285mg/g and 8.0714mg/g,respectively.
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of schizandra, deoxyschizadra and γ-schizandra in Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill, so as to investigate their contents in different parts. Methods: The determination was performed on a Symmetry C18 column (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol-acetonitrile-water (1:1:1) with the flow rate of 1 ml/min. The wavelength was set at 250 nm. Results: A good linearity was obtained with the correlationcoefficients ranged from 0.04~0.2 mg/ml (r=0.9999). The average recoveries were 103.03%, 99.83%, and 101.55% with corresponding RSDs of 0.99%, 2.15% and 1.39%, respectively(n=10). Conclusion: The HPLC method shows a good separation, reproducibility and accuracy. It can be used for determining schizandra, deoxyschizadra and γ-schizandra in herbs. The contents of schizandra, deoxyschizadra and γ-schizandra are different in different parts of Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill.
综述了至2006年国内在中药发酵方面的应用概况。发酵中药是目前中药研究的热点,利用微生物强大的生物转化能力大幅度提高中药活性成分的含量,提高中药的药效,降低毒副作用,开发新药特药已成为现代中药研究的主要内容。
