IntroductionThe quality of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) guarantees clinical efficacy. At present, although chemical quality evaluation methods can reflect the quality of TCMs to a certain extent, there are still many problems. This study proposes a new strategy for the quality innovation evaluation of the TCM “target combined quality evaluation” (TCQE) theory and method. Taking the “disease-target-medicine” combination as the main fusion strategy, using drug components/ components to achieve the overall intervention of disease targets, and establishing the TCQE strategy of TCM to improve the pertinence and accuracy of the quality evaluation of TCM, the clinical efficacy and safety of TCM is improved, and precision clinical medication is achieved.MethodsTaking safflower as the research object, due to its main efficacy in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea (PD), the potential targets and mechanism of action of safflower in the treatment of PD were analyzed by a network pharmacology method and combined with a metabolomics method. The pathway and mechanism of action of safflower in the treatment of PD were analyzed from multiple dimensions. The network pharmacology and metabolomics results were analyzed, the key targets of safflower in the treatment of PD were screened. Finally, a method for the biological evaluation of safflower quality was established based on the selected targets, which could provide a reference for the precise evaluation of safflower treatment and a scientific basis for the clinical application of safflower in the prevention and treatment of PD.Results and discussionThe pharmacodynamic results showed that Safflower significantly improved Prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) and Prostaglandin F2 α (PGF2 α) levels, the PGF2 α/PGE2 ratio and the analgesic rate in PD rats. The results of network pharmacology combined with metabolomics analysis showed that Prostaglandin G/H synthase 2 (PTGS2) and arachidonic acid (AA)were important targets and pathways of Safflower in the treatment of PD. A biological evaluation method was established around PTGS2. The results of the methodological investigation showed that the method was stable and reliable. In vivo validation experiments showed that the results of this method were consistent with the pharmacodynamic results, which proved its accuracy. PTGS2 is an important target of safflower in the treatment of PD. The biological evaluation method established around PTGS2 can accurately evaluate the quality of Safflower in the treatment of PD, which also proves that the target discrimination theory proposed in this study is scientific.
Colletotrichum scovillei is the dominant pathogen in postharvest chili. Citral (CI) exhibits extensive inhibitory effects on pathogenic fungi, but the effect on C. scovillei is still unclear. This study suggested that CI inhibited C. scovillei mycelial growth with minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) 0.30 mg/mL and spore germination at 44.79 +/- 1.40%. Physiological biochemistry studies demonstrated that CI destroyed spore cell wall and membrane integrity in a dose-dependent. Transcriptome and metabolome combined analysis suggested that MIC CI inhibited chitin synthesis by down-regulated the expression of five chitin synthetase genes (CHS1-1, CHS1-2, CHS1-3, CHS1-4, CHS1-5) and up-regulated the expression of four chitinase genes (CTS-1, CTS-2, CTS-3, CTS5), and also inhibited ergosterol synthesis by down-regulated the expression of ERG1, ERG3, ERG24-1, ERG24-2, ERG24-3 genes and up-regulated the expression of ERG4, ERG6-1, ERG6-2, ERG25-1, ERG26, ERG27 genes, resulting in the increase of substrate UDP-N-Acetylglucosamine (UDP-GlcNAc) content and the decrease of ergosterol content, respectively. Furthermore, CI fumigation induced resistance of chili against C. scovillei by increasing the activities of antioxidant enzymes (CAT, SOD, POD, APX), and the incidence of postharvest chili was significantly decreased by 30.61% and 32.14% in MIC and 2 x MIC CI treatment groups, respectively. This study provided technical support for CI application as chili postharvest preservative.
Quality consistency of Glycyrrhiza formula granules is essential for guaranteeing clinical efficacy. However, a suitable method to accurately and conveniently evaluate the consistency of the clinical efficacy of Glycyrrhiza formula granules is currently not available. This study established a method for the simultaneous determination of 12 active components in Glycyrrhiza formula granules using ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole-time-of-flight tandem mass spectrometry. The rate of inhibition of cyclooxygenase-2 by different batches of Glycyrrhiza formula granules was determined. Near-infrared spectra were collected for different batches of Glycyrrhiza formula granules to detect their biological activity in the inhibition of cyclooxygenase-2. The quality consistency of the 11 batches of Glycyrrhiza formula granules was evaluated using principal component and correlation analyses. The results showed significant differences in the formula granules of Glycyrrhiza uralensis produced by the different manufacturers. Some differences were also observed among batches of formula granules produced by the same manufacturer. Correlation analysis of the chemical components and cyclooxygenase-2 activity showed that glycyrrhizic acid, liquiritin, and isoliquiritin were the main active components of Glycyrrhiza. Correlation analysis of the near-infrared spectra and cyclooxygenase-2 inhibition activity showed a high correlation between the active components and three characteristic bands: 3383-3995, 4227-4651, and 5315-5878 cm-1 . In this study, the main active anti-inflammatory components of Glycyrrhiza granules were screened. Thus, the near-infrared spectrum and characteristic active band of multi-index active components can be used to quickly detect the quality consistency of Glycyrrhiza formula granules, thereby improving the ability to control the quality and consistency of these granules.
The quality of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) guarantees its clinical efficacy. Although advanced analytical techniques and methods can accurately determine the content of chemical components in TCM, it is difficult to accurately determine its clinical efficacy. In addition, the current analytical methods and technologies are complex and have difficulty meeting the requirements of a rapid, accurate and convenient determination of TCM quality. In this study, we first propose the concept of "indistinct" evaluation of the quality of TCM, that is, combining biological potency with character evaluation, quantifying the character evaluation, and preparing the safflower quality grade evaluation card based on the character analysis, which provides research ideas and methods for the rapid and accurate evaluation of the quality of TCM. We determined the biological potency of different batches of safflower based on the in vitro antiplatelet aggregation model and divided the safflower samples into two grades based on the biological potency. We further collected the color information of different grades of safflower samples, quantified the color information of different grades of safflower, drew a quality grade evaluation card for the rapid judgment of safflower quality grade and verified its accuracy by pharma-codynamic evaluation. To further analyze the differences in the material basis of different grades of safflower, the LC-MS method was used to simultaneously determine the contents of 19 chemical components, such as myr-icetin, in different grades of safflower samples to analyze the differences in the material basis of different grades of safflower. The result shows that the different grades of safflower exhibited significant differences in color. The pharmacodynamic results show that the quality evaluation card prepared based on color information can accurately evaluate quality, and the effect of first-class safflower is significantly better than that of second-class safflower. The chemical analysis results of different grades of safflower show that there are also significant differences between them, among which hypericin, 6-hydroxyapin-6-O-glucose-7-O-glucuronide, 6-hydrox-ykaempferol-3,6-O-diglucoside-7-O-glucuronic acid glycoside, 6-hydroxykaempferol-3,6,7-tri-O-glucoside and hydroxysafflower yellow A exhibit significant differences, which may be the main differentiating components of different grades of safflower. This study preliminarily confirmed that the "indistinct" evaluation of the quality of TCM based on character analysis is accurate and scientific, and the quality evaluation card prepared can accu-rately judge the quality of TCM, providing a reference for the rapid application of TCM character evaluation.
Background: Cardiovascular disease is one of the most concerning chronic diseases in the world. Many studies have shown that platelet overactivation is a very important factor in the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases. At present, the widely used antiplatelet drugs have some defects, such as drug resistance and adverse reactions. Purpose: The purpose of this article is to summarize the main mechanisms and pathways of platelet activation, the main targets of antiplatelet aggregation, and the antiplatelet aggregation components of natural drugs and their mechanisms of action to provide new research ideas for the development and application of antiplatelet drugs. Study design and Methods: In this review, we systematically searched the PubMed, Google Scholar, Web of Science, and CNKI databases and selected studies based on predefined eligibility criteria. We then assessed their quality and extracted data. Results: ADP, AA, THR, AF, collagen, SDF-1 alpha, and Ca2+ can induce platelet aggregation and trigger thrombosis. Natural drugs have a good inhibitory effect on platelet activation. More than 50 kinds of natural drugs and over 120 kinds of chemical compounds, including flavonoids, alkaloids, saponins, terpenoids, coumarins, and organic acids, have significantly inhibited platelet activation activity. The MAPK pathway, cGMP-PKG pathway, cAMP-PKA pathway, PI3K-AKT pathway, PTK pathway, PLC pathway, and AA pathway are the main mechanisms and pathways of platelet activation. Conclusion: Natural drugs and their active ingredients have shown good activity and application prospects in antiplatelet aggregation. We hope that this review provides new research ideas for the development and application of antiplatelet drugs.
目的:评价不同方式灭活口咽拭子标本对新型冠状病毒实时荧光定量PCR检测结果的影响.方法:检索PubMed、CNKI、维普、万方等数据库中关于采用不同方法灭活口咽拭子标本,并进行实时荧光定量PCR检测的文献;对研究资料进行筛选和提取资料,使用Revman5.3对数据进行Meta分析.结果:109例样本未灭活组和56℃30分钟组比较,ORF1ab基因扩增,N基因扩增均无统计学差异;22例样本未灭活组和60℃30分钟灭活组比较,ORF1ab基因扩增,N基因扩增均无统计学差异;11例样本未灭活组和75%乙醇组比较,ORF1ab基因与N基因扩增Ct值均无统计学差异.结论:56℃30分钟灭活处理SARS-CoV-2口咽拭子标本对核酸ORF1ab基因、N基因扩增结果无明显影响.

Objective: To explore the effect of holographic meridian scraping combined with free body positions on the stages of labor, the perineal lateral resection rate, and the delivery outcomes of the primipara. Methods: A total of 120 primiparous women in natural labor admitted to Hebei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine (HPH-TCM) from January 2020 to September 2020 were recruited as the study cohort. The cohort of parturients was divided into a conventional treatment group (the conventional group) or a combined treatment group (the combined group). Both groups gave birth in free positions, and the combined treatment group also underwent holographic meridian scraping therapy. We compared the two groups of parturients in terms of their labor times, their postpartum hemorrhages within two hours, their delivery indicators (vaginal delivery rate, cesarean section rate, oxytocin application rate during labor), and their perineal injury indicators (perineal injury degree, perineal lateral resection rate, and delivery satisfaction rate). The two groups' pain and anxiety levels were evaluated, and the newborns' weights and health conditions after delivery were compared. Results: The combined treatment group's maternal pain and anxiety scores were lower, their labor times were shorter, their postpartum blood loss in two hours was less than it was in the conventional group (P<0.05). The vaginal delivery rate, oxytocin injection rate, and cesarean section rate in the combined group were lower than they were in the conventional group during labor (P<0.05). The combined group's maternal perineal injury levels and perineal lateral resection rate were lower, and the delivery satisfaction rate and the newborns' Apgar scores were higher than they were in the conventional group (P<0.05). Conclusion: All labor stages of primipara can be shortened, their mental state and health conditions improved, their perineal lateral resection rate lessened, and their perineal injury degrees and pain reduced through free delivery positions combined with holographic meridian scraping treatment.
Background Measurement-based care (MBC) is an evidence-based practice for depression, but its use by clinicians remains low. Enhanced MBC (eMBC), which uses digital technologies, can help to facilitate the use of MBC by clinicians and patients. Understanding factors that act as barriers and drivers to the implementation of MBC and eMBC is important to support the design of implementation strategies, promoting uptake by clinicians and patients. Objective This situational analysis identifies barriers and facilitators to the implementation of standard and eMBC at mental health centers in Shanghai, China. Methods We used mixed methods to develop a comprehensive understanding of the factors influencing MBC and eMBC implementation in Shanghai. This study took place across three mental health centers in Shanghai. We used situational analysis tools to collect contextual information about the three centers, conducted surveys with n = 116 clinicians and n = 301 patients, conducted semi-structured interviews with n = 30 clinicians and six focus groups with a total of n = 19 patients. Surveys were analysed using descriptive statistics, and semi-structured interviews and focus groups were analysed using framework analysis. Results Several potential barriers and facilitators to MBC and eMBC implementation were identified. Infrastructure, cost, attitudes and beliefs, and perceptions about feasibility and efficacy emerged as both challenges and drivers to MBC and eMBC implementation in Shanghai. Conclusions The results of this study will directly inform the design of an implementation strategy for MBC and eMBC in Shanghai, that will be tested via a randomized controlled trial. This study contributes to the emerging body of literature on MBC implementation and, to the best of our knowledge, is the first such study to take place in Asia. This study identifies several factors that are relevant to the equitable delivery of MBC, recognizing the need to explicitly address equity concerns in global mental health implementation research.
目的 了解新型冠状病毒肺炎定点医院一线支援护士工作压力源及压力水平,探讨缓解对策.方法 采用自制压力调查问卷,通过"问卷星"对106名一线支援护士进行线上问卷调查,并针对现状进行原因分析.结果 抗疫一线护士均存在不同程度的压力,工作压力源按得分高低排列依次是情感方面、防护方面、患者方面、工作方面、环境方面及自身方面;不同年龄、支援科室护士压力源得分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 抗疫一线护士压力水平在中等偏上,因此医院应加强对应急护理人员的心理疏导,关注其家庭状况,同时建立完善医院应急管理机制,以减轻护理人员的心理压力,保证护理工作有序开展.
目的:探讨宁夏地区肝硬化门静脉高压食管胃底静脉曲张出血的防治现状。方法:采用回顾性描述性研究方法。收集2018年1月至2020年12月宁夏地区21家医疗中心收治的820例(宁夏回族自治区人民医院85例、宁夏回族自治区第五人民医院73例、吴忠市人民医院59例、青铜峡市人民医院52例、固原市人民医院50例、固原市原州区人民医院47例、银川市第二人民医院47例、宁夏医科大学总医院40例、同心县人民医院40例、银川市第一人民医院35例、宁夏回族自治区第三人民医院34例、中卫市人民医院32例、灵武市人民医院30例、吴忠市新区医院30例、盐池县人民医院30例、宁夏回族自治区中医研究院29例、石嘴山市第二人民医院28例、石嘴山市第一人民医院25例、海原县人民医院21例、彭阳县人民医院20例、隆德县人民医院13例)肝硬化门静脉高压病人的临床资料;男538例,女282例;年龄为(56±13)岁。观察指标:(1)肝硬化门静脉高压病人的临床特征。(2)肝硬化门静脉高压食管胃底静脉曲张出血防治总体情况。(3)不同等级医院肝硬化门静脉高压食管胃底静脉曲张出血防治情况。正态分布的计量资料以 x±s表示。计数资料以绝对数或率表示,组间比较采用 χ2检验。 结果:(1)肝硬化门静脉高压病人的临床特征:820例肝硬化门静脉高压病人中,代偿期271例,失代偿期549例。271例代偿期病人中,男183例,女88例;年龄为(53±12)岁;汉族185例,回族85例,其他民族1例;肝硬化病因为乙型病毒性肝炎211例,酒精性肝病4例,丙型病毒性肝炎8例,其他48例;肝功能Child-Pugh A级235例,36例资料缺失。549例失代偿期病人中,男355例,女194例;年龄为(57±14)岁;汉族373例,回族174例,其他民族2例;肝硬化病因为乙型病毒性肝炎392例,酒精性肝病33例,丙型病毒性肝炎10例,其他114例;肝功能Child-Pugh A级80例,B级289例,C级170例,10例资料缺失。(2)肝硬化门静脉高压食管胃底静脉曲张出血防治总体情况:271例代偿期病人中,38例行非选择性β受体阻滞剂(NSBB)药物治疗,16例行内镜治疗,6例行介入治疗。549例失代偿期病人中,68例行NSBB药物治疗,46例行内镜治疗,28例行介入治疗。(3)不同等级医院肝硬化门静脉高压食管胃底静脉曲张出血防治情况:271例代偿期病人中,181例来源于三级医院,其中28例行NSBB药物治疗,15例行内镜治疗,6例行介入治疗;90例来源于二级医院,其中10例行NSBB药物治疗,1例行内镜治疗。二级医院与三级医院采用NSBB预防食管胃底静脉曲张出血情况比较,差异无统计学意义( χ2=0.947, P>0.05),采用内镜治疗预防食管胃底静脉曲张出血情况比较,差异有统计学意义( χ2=5.572, P<0.05)。549例失代偿期病人中,309例来源于三级医院,其中22例行NSBB药物治疗,29例行内镜治疗,22例行介入治疗;240例来源于二级医院,其中46例行NSBB药物治疗,17例行内镜治疗,6例行介入治疗。二级医院与三级医院采用NSBB及介入治疗预防食管胃底静脉曲张出血情况比较,差异均有统计学意义( χ2=18.065,5.956, P<0.05)。 结论:宁夏地区肝硬化门静脉高压病人行预防出血治疗的比例较低。对于代偿期肝硬化病人,在二级医院行内镜治疗食管胃底静脉曲张出血比例低于三级医院。对于失代偿期肝硬化病人,在二级医院行介入治疗的比例低于三级医院,但行NSBB药物治疗比例高于三级医院。
A 33-year-old woman of giant broad ligament leiomyoma with myxoid degeneration was misdiagnosed as ovarian tumor. The patient underwent a transabdominal myomectomy and developed a pelvic infection after operation diagnosed with contrast-enhanced ultrasound. She was cured and ultimately discharged after symptomatic treatment. Only 21 cases of giant broad ligament leiomyomas with a diameter larger than 12 cm were included. The present systematic review aimed to increase awareness of the clinical characteristics and treatment methods of giant broad ligament leiomyoma, and reduce the rates of misdiagnosis and postoperative complications.
Drug-induced liver injury (DILI) is a common adverse drug reaction (ADR) and a serious threat to health that affects disease treatments. At present, no targeted clinical drugs are available for DILI. Traditional natural medicines have been widely used as health products. Some natural medicines exert specific hepatoprotective effects, with few side effects and significant clinical efficacy. Thus, natural medicines may be a promising direction for DILI treatment. In this review, we summarize the current knowledge, common drugs and mechanisms of DILI, as well as the clinical trials of natural drugs and their bioactive components in anticipation of the future development of potential hepatoprotective drugs.
Influenza is a common respiratory infectious disease. In China, Lianhua Qingwen capsule (LHQWC), a drug with significant clinical efficacy and few side effects, is commonly used to treat influenza. However, the composition of LHQWC is complicated, and currently used quality control methods cannot ensure its consistency. In this study, combined with its clinical efficacy, the targets of LHQWC were screened using network pharmacology. Then, anti-inflammation quality markers of LHQWC were screened and judged by combined chemical with biological evaluation. Cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) was identified as one of the main targets of the anti-inflammatory activity of LHQWC. The rate of inhibition of COX-2 by different batches of LHQWC was determined. Furthermore, seven components of LHQWC were identified. The potential quality markers were screened by spectral-effect relationship. As a result, chlorogenic acid, isochlorogenic acid B, and isochlorogenic acid C were identified and confirmed as anti-inflammatory quality markers of LHQWC. We hope that these findings provide a scientific basis for the accurate quality control of LHQWC and serve as a reference for the quality control of other drugs.
Objective To investigate the nutritional status, inflammation level and the correlation among various indicators in patients with cancer pain. Methods A total of 146 patients with cancer pain were enrolled. NRS, NRS-2002, PG-SGA, anthropometric, dietary assessment, hematology and other methods were used for pain assessment, nutrition risk screening and nutritional status assessment, and to analyze the differences and correlation among various nutritional indicators in different degree of pain. Results There were significant differences in NRS-2002, PG-SGA and CHE between the two groups of different NRS scores (P < 0.05). There were significant differences in theprealbumin (PA), albumin (ALB), hemoglobin(HGB), cholinesterase (CHE), white blood cell (WBC), neutrophil ratio (N%) and lymphocyte (LYM) between the two groups of different C-reactive protein (CRP) concentrations (P < 0.05). NRS was negatively correlated with total number of CHE, LYM and BMI (P=0.000, P=0.003, P=0.000), and positively correlated with NRS-2002 and PG-SGA (P=0.003, P=0.000). The concentration of CRP was negatively correlated with the total number of PA, ALB, CHE, HGB and LYM (P=0.000, P=0.000, P=0.000, P=0.002, P=0.004), and positively correlated with NRS-2002 and PG-SGA (P=0.020, P=0.028). Conclusion The nutritional risk and malnutrition incidence are high in patients with cancer pain. The cancer patients with higher serum C-reactive protein concentration have worse nutritional status.
目的 比较双极人工股骨头置换术与全髋关节置换术治疗老年移位股骨颈骨折的临床结果,探讨这两种手术方式较为理想的适应证.方法 回顾性分析自2015-01—2018-01诊治的140例老年移位股骨颈骨折,70例采用双极人工股骨头置换术治疗(BHA组),70例采用全髋关节置换术治疗(THA组).比较2组手术时间、术中出血量、输血量、术后并发症发生率,术后1周疼痛VAS评分,以及末次随访时髋关节功能Harris评分.结果 140例均获得随访,随访时间平均7.2(6~9)个月.与THA组相比,BHA组手术时间更短,术中出血量与输血量更少,术后1周疼痛VAS评分更低,但末次随访时髋关节功能Harris评分更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).BHA组与THA组术后并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P =0.145).结论 对于身体条件较差、预期寿命较短的老年移位股骨颈骨折患者优先采用双极人工股骨头置换术治疗,对于骨折前身体条件良好、预期寿命长、术后对髋关节功能要求较高的患者可优先采用全髋关节置换术治疗.
We reported that allogeneic “Neo-Islets” (NIs), organoids composed of ~ equal numbers of Mesenchymal Stromal Cells and culture expanded Islet Cells (ICs) do, when given i.p., omentally engraft and permanently restore euglycemia in auto-immune diabetic NOD mice, i.e., without the use of either encapsulation devices or antirejection drugs. Similarly, spontaneously diabetic pet dogs treated with allogeneic canine NIs (cNIs) significantly improve glycemia with ~ 50% reduction in insulin needs (> 2 years), and this without immune response. In preparation for a Phase I Clinical Trial we tested whether human ICs in NIs (hNIs) are biologically comparable to canine Islet Cells (cICs) and cNIs, i.e., cells from a larger diabetes model. In our preclinical mouse and dog studies, insulin and other islet hormone gene expression levels were used as indicators of ICs in NIs to adequately re-differentiate into insulin and islet-specific endocrine cells when implanted i.p., thereby resulting in physiological control of T1DM.Human islet cells from 6 donors of different demographics were cultured, passaged to P4, and their growth rates, insulin and other islet-associated endocrine genes’ expression levels, secretion of insulin in response to glucose stimulation (GSIS), and NI formation abilities were compared. Results: (1) hICs and hNIs show comparable gene expression profiles to those of cICs and cNIs, and hNIs show identical GSIS responses to those of cNIs. (2) Insulin gene expression profiles of hICs are stable as a function of population doublings and independent of donor diversity. In conclusion, these data indicate that donor variability does not appear to be a significant factor in this NI technology, facilitating our IND work and further demonstrating hNIs’ translational potential in a planned Clinical Trial in subjects with T1DM. 基于学生自主学习能力的培养,为更好地帮助并引导学生理解晦涩难懂、枯燥抽象的知识点,以我校卫生检验与检疫专业65名学生为研究对象,将食品理化检验课程的部分章节内容采用多模态教学模式,其余内容采用传统讲授教学模式,课程结束后使用统一问卷进行调查,对多模态教学效果进行评价.结果 表明2种教学模式在理解抽象实验技术或仪器、活跃课堂气氛、拓宽学习思路以及培养学习兴趣、自主学习能力和解决实际问题能力等方面均有统计学差异(p<0.05),且有95%的学生建议继续采用多模态教学模式.教学实践及其效果评价证明多模态教学对理解抽象问题等有一定的促进作用,并可唤起学生学习兴趣、培养学生解决实际问题的能力、拓宽学习思路等.
目的 探究重庆三峡中心医院就诊妇女子宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)病毒感染情况及危险因素研究,为重庆三峡中心医院预防及治疗妇女HPV病毒感染提供科学依据.方法 选取2016-02/2018-02重庆市三峡中心医院妇科中HPV筛查妇女,采用分层随机抽样法从每周星期1、3、5接受HPV检测的1200例患者作为对象发放问卷,经筛选1000例有效问卷为研究对象.所有研究对象接受HPVDNA检测.将研究对象按HPV病毒感染情况分为HPV阳性、HPV阴性两组,从年龄、孕次、婚次、首次妊娠年龄、首次性行为年龄、丈夫婚外关系、避孕套使用、性伴侣数、口服避孕药、月性生活频次等方面分析妇女HPV病毒感染的危险单因素,采用Logistic回归方程分析妇女HPV病毒感染的独立危险因素.结果 LCT、HPVDNA检测结果均提示HPV阳性者128例,HPV阳性率12.80%;HPV病毒感染危险因素单因素有首次妊娠年龄、首次性行为年龄、丈夫婚外关系、使用避孕套、月性生活频次、性伴侣数(P<0.05);首次妊娠年龄、首次性行为年龄、丈夫婚外关系、月性生活频次、性伴侣数是妇女HPV病毒感染独立危险因素(P<0.05);使用避孕套是HPV病毒感染保护因素(P<0.05).结论 本院就诊妇女HPV病毒感染率为12.80%,较全国水平略低.HPV病毒感染独立危险因素提示对HPV病毒感染的防治需要多方注意,减少危险因素,为降低HPV感染率提供重要依据.
