基于非化学类专业"大学化学"课程授课过程中的"痛点"问题进行教学改革创新.阐述了教学理念、教学内容、教学方法等方面的创新措施.结果表明,教学改革创新可以从一定程度上解决本课程的"痛点"问题,教学效果有所改善,学生的主观能动性明显提升.
废弃V2O5-WO3/TiO2 SCR催化剂已经成为燃煤电厂新的环保问题.开发废弃SCR催化剂用于催化氧化挥发性有机物(VOCs)的新方法.先对比了废弃和新鲜V2O5-WO3/TiO2催化剂催化氧化废气中对二甲苯的去除效果,发现两者的去除效果基本相同.然后重点研究了反应温度 、氧气含量 、对二甲苯初始浓度等关键工艺参数对对二甲苯去除效果的影响.研究结果表明:对二甲苯去除率受反应温度影响较大,在100℃ 以上时随反应温度的增加而增加;而氧化产物CO2选择性在200℃ 以上时才有显著增加;氧气体积分数的增加能够提升对二甲苯去除率,特别是氧气体积分数从0% 增加到5% 时,对二甲苯去除率明显提升.对二甲苯去除率和COx选择率随着对二甲苯初始浓度的增加而下降.
为了响应教育部"停课不停教,停课不停学"的号召,《无机化学与化学分析》课程开展了线上教学.通过整合教学资源、搭建上课平台、及时课后答疑以及注重过程评价的方式,促进教学目标的顺利实现.
目的:通过研究中西医结合根除幽门螺旋杆菌的作用,增加一种更加有效根除幽门螺旋杆菌的方法,从而改善幽门螺旋杆菌相关疾病症状,预防幽门螺旋杆菌相关疾病的发生.方法:通过比较对照组单纯四联疗法和实验组中西医结合序贯疗法的症状改善的情况,及有关幽门螺旋杆菌的根除情况,综合分析,运用SPSS 22.0软件来进行独立样本的t检验、多种因素的方差分析,卡方检验统计分析.结果:蒲地蓝+苏打水+四联疗法,实验组,比单纯的四联疗法,有更好的症状改善作用,并更高幽门螺旋杆菌的根除效果.结论:临床中,特别对反复发作的胃炎,难活性的幽门螺旋杆菌感染,中西医结合,蒲地蓝+苏打水+四联疗法,根除幽门螺旋杆菌有着良好的作用,值得推广.
在新的时期里,随着社会经济的快速发展以及市场竞争的日趋激烈,社会对于人才的需求越来越强烈,尤其是市场营销专业人才,更是社会关注的焦点.但是,由于我国市场营销教育发展时间短,导致许多高校市场营销专业教学方法比较滞后,教学模式不能适应新时期的社会发展.所以,在新时期里,创新教育改革,构建有效、可行的教学方法体系,对于培养优秀的营销人才具有重要意义.
利用水热法制备载锰氧化物沸石,应用其对高浓度甲醛废水进行处理.研究了载锰氧化物沸石去除甲醛的循环使用性能,并对甲醛去除机理进行了初步探讨.结果表明,载锰沸石对浓度为1%的甲醛的去除容量达4 133 mg/g,且循环利用3次,去除容量仍达3 500 mg/g,通过吸附-催化氧化的协同作用,将甲醛最终转变为H2O和C02,实现了室温下甲醛的矿化.
为适应应用型人才培养的要求,针对传统的应用化学专业实验存在的突出问题,滨州学院在该课程中引入任务驱动教学法.本文对该课程采用任务驱动教学法的必要性、作用、具体实施方案进行了阐述,任务驱动教学法在该课程中的实施,将会提高课程教学质量,提升学生综合素质和实践能力.
The winter jujubes were treated by three methods that were dry digestion,wet digestion and incomplete digestion with various systems.Then the contents of iron and zinc were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).In the selected conditions,the sample recoveries of zinc and iron were in the range of 100. 0%—101. 3%, and the relative standard deviations(RSDs) were all less than 1.1%(n=11).The experimental results were not vary much between wet digestion and incomplete digestion methods.And the incomplete digestion method has produced not only satisfactory results,but also many advantages including easy and convenience pretreatment of sample.So the method is more suitable for to be applied in the determination of Zn and Fe in winter jujubes.
A sort of cheap sorbent was prepared through modifying artificial zeolite with CTAB and DMG,then the adsorption behavior of the modified zeolite for nickel ion in wastewater was investigated.The results showed that the adsorption effect was above 98% when the adsorption time was 50 min,the dosage of modified zeolite was 1.1 g,the concentration of Ni2+ was 20 mg/L,the pH value of solution was 7.0,the temperature of solution was 35 ℃,volume of solution was 25 mL,and the effect by ion(Cu2+,Pb2+) was negligible.
Four trace elements in green tea beverage's iron,zinc,manganese and copper were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The sample recoveries in this method of copper,zinc,iron,manganese,were in the range of 90.0% to 108.0%,RSDs were all less than 2%(n=11) except copper;and the detection limits were less than 0.0046μg/mL.This method has produced not only satisfactory results,but also many advantages including simple and convenience in the process of sample pre-treatment.So the method was suitable for being applied in determination of dram amounts of iron,zinc,manganese and copper in green tea beverage samples.
The content of copper in tea was determined by the method of flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS) and the optimum conditions for the determination were studied thoroughly.Under the optimum conditions,results showed that the sample determined value and standard value of the method fit fairly well,RSD of the method was 0.49%,and recovery rate was 99.1%.So the method was suitable for the determination of dram amounts of Cu in tea samples.
[Objective] The aim was to provide reference for studies on nutritive value of trace elements in milk.[Method] Pure milk sample was treated by dilution method,and Zn content in the pure milk was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.[Result] The content of Zn in the pure milk was 6.25 g/ml.The recovery of standard addition of this method was 104.0%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD) of sample was 0.61%.[Conclusion] The method has simple sample pretreatment and accurate determination result,so it is suitable for the determination of Zn content in pure milk.
