文化自信是一个国家、一个民族发展中最基本、最深沉、最持久的力量.向上、向善的文化是一个国家、一个民族休戚与共、血脉相连的重要纽带.如何将医学人文素养与新时代医院基层党建工作有效融合,以医院基层党建工作为抓手,进而提升医务工作者的医学人文素养成为新时期创新基层党建工作中面临的一个重要课题.本文阐述了文化自信的精神内核,以科研型党支部为例,通过提升医学人文素养的"自主性""引导性""包容性""创新性"的四维特性;以文化铸魂,通过"理论+实践"巧塑党员价值核心;以"党建 + 业务"为动力,推动医院科研事业高质量发展;以"服务 + 需求"创新党建工作的深度和广度,在文化自信视域下全方位多角度提升医院基层党支部党员的医学人文素养,扎实推进党建服务医院发展工作,奋力开创基层支部建设新局面,为高质量医院发展作出新的贡献.

Objective:To analyze the preliminary explorations and practical effects of strengthening the process management of nursing special projects in a tertiary general hospital, so as to explore the refined management strategy of hospital projects and provide reference for improving the management level of the research project.Methods:This article takes a series of refined measures taken by the hospital in the process management of nursing special projects from August 2016 to August 2021 as the research example, including setting up subject directions around key disciplines, setting application conditions at different levels, standardizing selection procedures, strengthening mid-term assessments, strictly controlling final acceptance, establishing integrity files, and promoting the transformation of scientific achievements, etc. and these measures are deeply analyzed and discussed.Results:Through a series of measures, the hospital nursing team has significantly improved in terms of research paper publication, patent authorization, approval of projects above the bureau level, and nursing specialties ranking of Chinese hospital Science and Technology Evaluation Metrics (STEM) in the past six years.Conclusions:By strengthening the process management of nursing special research project, the construction level of nursing disciplines has been significantly improved, and the development of nursing disciplines has been greatly promoted.

2022年2月20日，举世瞩目的北京第二十四届冬季奥林匹克运动会圆满落下帷幕，秉持贯彻"绿色可持续"的办奥理念和"节俭办奥"的原则，经北京冬奥组委运动会服务部医疗服务处组织，由首都医科大学宣武医院互联网医疗诊治技术国家工程研究中心（下称"国家工程研究中心"）牵头，首都医科大学附属北京世纪坛医院（下称"北京世纪坛医院"）具体承担，联合国内多家单位研发的5G移动CT救治单元圆满完成北京冬奥会五棵松冰球场馆医疗保障任务。国际奥委会医疗代表Dr. Bruce Forster特别指出五棵松冰球场馆配备的小型移动CT救治单元，是有史以来奥运会医疗装备史上的第一次，实现了从"0到1"的突破。现就本次医疗保障的组织方式及保障经验报道如下。

目的 通过分析首都医科大学某院专利申请、授权和转化情况,找出医院在成果转化方面存在的问题,提出做好知识产权保护及促进成果转化的建议和措施.方法 梳理某院2011年1月1日-2019年12月31日期间专利申请与授权数量、授权专利类型的构成、授权专利第一发明人所在科室及当年人员职称分布情况.采用描述性分析法对医院专利在科技创新技术发展阶段进行推断.结果 医院专利申请数量和授权数量虽逐年增加,但是具有较大难度的发明专利数45件占授权专利的39％,占比较低.获授权专利科室分布不均匀,神经科等重点临床科室较多,其中发明专利多集中在基础研究室,而临床科室以实用新型专利为主.成果转化450万是通过3项专利技术实现的转化,成果转化率较低.结论 增强知识产权保护意识,做好知识产权的广泛宣传,加大非重点科室的支持力度,培养中青年骨干人才积累丰富知识,提高申请专利数量和撰写质量,提高课题资助率解决临床实际问题,为科研工作者与企业搭建桥梁,促进科技成果转移转化.

国内人口老龄化形势使得人口结构性矛盾对社会的影响日益显著,然而现有的医疗服务能力无法满足社会实际需求.作者从“面向北京市养老机构的远程医疗政策试点”的立项背景出发,对项目的建设思路、任务和运营模式等建设情况进行回顾和梳理,积极探索适合国情的面向养老机构的远程诊疗新模式,以促进医养结合事业可持续发展.

国家自然科学基金对医院的学科建设和科研发展至关重要.国家自然科学基金的申报数量和质量极大影响其立项.本文通过应用鱼骨图分析法,从医院、科室和个人三个层面的重视程度、顶层设计、科研水平等方面提出在申报过程中各自存在的问题,分析这些问题形成的原因,进而从制度建设、中层干部引导、医务工作者个人科研实力提升及医院科研积极寻找新的发展契机等方面提出综合建议,以此提升基金申报和立项的质量和数量.

国家工程实验室是国家科技创新体系的重要组成部分.笔者从“互联网医疗诊治技术国家工程实验室”的立项背景出发,阐述了实验室的建设思路、研究方向和主要任务,并总结了实验室在管理体制、运行模式、用人机制、成果分享等方面的一些经验,旨在探索一个“互联网+医疗健康”实验室的发展新模式.

如何创新管理模式以激发科研团队的创新精神,成为目前医院管理层必须面对的问题.首都医科大学宣武医院在科研管理模式方面积极探索创新,围绕科研团队建设、成果转化平台搭建及国家政策落地与宣讲等方面,多措并举,持续改进,促进医学成果转化.经过三年的探索实践,在创新的管理机制引导和推动下,我院科研团队不断扩大,培养出一批具有转化意识的科研骨干;高价值专利逐年增多,国际专利实现零的突破;成果转化成效凸显,多项专利通过技术转让所取得经济效益创历史新高.

Objective Discipline construction is the core for the development of a hospital and international cooperation and exchange play an important role in promoting discipline construction.This paper summarized the experiences of carrying out international cooperation and exchange in the hospital discipline construction.Methods Analyzed the exploration,practice and its effect in promotion of hospital discipline construction regarding to international cooperation in recent years.Results The international cooperation and exchange have effectively promoted the development of hospital disciplines,for instance,introduction and training of talents,organizing and holding of high-level international conferences,establishment of international academic journals and the joint construction of academic platforms.Conclusions In accordance with the requirements of discipline development strategy,the hospital can improve the overall level of discipline construction rapidly by carrying out all-dimensional cooperation with international top medical institutions.

打造职业化的医疗机构管理队伍是我国新医改的重要任务之一,然而由于受到历史传统、思维观念、体制和医院文化等因素的制约,近年公立医院管理人员职业化队伍建设进展缓慢.本文以北京市某三甲医院行政管理人员情况为例,试图探析导致公立医院职业化进程缓慢的原因,并针对问题提出对策建议.推进医院管理人员职业化,不但能提高公立医院的运行效率,更是“以人为本”精神的体现.

International cooperation and exchanges plays an important role in the disciplines development in hospital,and can indirectly improve the overall capacity and quality of healthcare..This paper draw on 10 years of international cooperation and exchange in the practice of discipline development,,analyzed working patterns and mechanisms to strengthen international scientific cooperation.

构建Ezrin原核重组表达载体pET-28a(+)-ezrin,将其转化至大肠杆菌BL21(DE3)中,诱导获得Ezrin蛋白,将经镍柱亲和层析纯化后的蛋白分别免疫新西兰大耳兔和昆明小鼠(KM),获得抗血清,采用ELISA和Western blotting,免疫荧光测定其效价和特异性.ELISA对抗血清进行效价测定表明抗血清可与抗原发生特异性免疫反应；通过Western blotting对抗血清进行鉴定表明抗血清可以识别几种细胞株内的特异性条带,其相对分子量为82 kD,与预测分子量相符；免疫荧光试验表明抗血清可以识别细胞内的Ezrin蛋白,且定位情况与文献报道相符.最后通过protein G对抗血清进行了纯化.结果表明用该方法制备的Ezrin多克隆抗体有较高的特异性和灵敏度.

旨在制作TGF-β二型受体结合蛋白TRIP-1的抗体,以便推进对该蛋白在TGF-β信号通路以及癌症发生发展中的功能研究。首先克隆出人的TRIP-1基因,构建其原核重组表达载体pET-His-TRIP-1,将其转化至大肠杆菌BL21（DE3）中,诱导获得TRIP-1蛋白,纯化后将其分别免疫新西兰大耳兔和昆明小鼠（KM）,免疫4次后取血清,并对抗血清进行效价和亲和力测定。通过Western blot和免疫荧光试验鉴定抗血清特异性。最后,利用proteinG初步纯化抗血清。结果表明,通过重组表达获得抗原蛋白,纯化后免疫新西兰大耳兔和昆明鼠可得到效价较高的抗TRIP-1的多克隆抗体,在稀释倍数较高的情况下仍可以用于Westernblot和免疫荧光试验,且有非常好的特异性。

By exploring clinical biobank establishment and administration,a lot of important problems such as collection and preservation of samples,quality control,management and application,development of standardized operational procedures are summarized in the article. To sum up,clinical biobank is highly useful in sharing human tissue resources effectively,as it can provide high quality specimens from benign and malignant diseases and normal control. In addition,it plays a very important role in exploring pathogenesis,developing new technologies for early detection of disease and new therapeutic strategies.

医院学科建设规划是决定学科发展方向和可持续发展的基础。针对目前医院学科建设规划中存在的问题,对其持续十年的医院学科建设理念和方法进行综合研究,提出分层建设、资源共享、创新、共生等学科建设规划原则,构建多学科综合性学科群,促进学科间的交叉与融合,不断培育新的学科增长点,形成多学科的协调发展和合理布局的学科规划理念。

Disciplines management system is an important guarantee of steady and rapid development of subjects.We analyze ten years experience of management disciplines of Xuanwu Hospital in a comprehensive way,and tried to explore an effective way to build management system of discipline construction and its sustainable development.

转化医学提倡实验室与临床研究的对接，其目的是将实验室研究成果转化为临床应用，以提高医院诊疗水平。通过说明目前影响医院实现高质量医学转化存在的问题，阐述了为促进本院医学转化所采取的若干科研管理措施及其产生的积极效果，认为科研管理在医学转化中起着不可或缺的桥梁作用。

Scientific research was the main power of hospital innovation and sustainable development. Advanced experimental technology platform was the basic factor for promoting hospital research performance. Continually updating experimental technology platform insured hospital sustainable competition power. The construction, management and performance of experimental technology platform in affiliated Xuanwu hospital in recent 7 years was discussed and the necessity and importance of building new experimental technology platform in the 21st century was analyzed.
