To discuss the application of Fiesta sequence in magnetic resonance defecography,and design a new method of magnetic resonance defecography,then analyze the results. We analyzed 29 cases of magnetic resonance defecography by Fiesta sequence from October 2010 to May 2011,and evaluated the performance and diagnostic value of this method. The pelvic floor structure displayed very well in 27 cases.In 26 cases of difficult defecation,there were 7 cases of rectal mucosa prolapse,13 cases of rectocele,20 cases of pelvic organ prolapse,and 7 cases of spastic pelvic floor syndrome.Rectocele was observed in 1 case of fecal incontinence. The application of Fiesta sequence in magnetic resonance defecography could clearly show pelvic floor structure,provide adequate diagnostic information for pelvic floor dysfunction through dynamic observation,and replenish the diagnostic information from proctoscopy and X-ray defecography.

Objective To discuss the key factor of three Dimensional Contrast Enhanced Magnetic Resonance cervical angiography with real-time fluoroscopic triggering,and reveal the key of this technology to achieve 100% success.Methods Retrospective analysis 47 cases of three dimensional contrast enhanced Magnetic Resonance angiography with real-time fluoroscopic triggering in carotid arteries,completed by Nanjing hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2012 to March 2012,to evaluate the image quality according to grading standards made by 张照喜 etc.,and discuss the way of this imaging techniques,analysis the clinical application.According to the results,analysis the critical factors of the successful imaging,looking for the reason of failure imaging and worse quality imaging,after the improvement in 11 cases,again observe and analysis the imaging results.Results In these 47 cases of three dimensional contrast enhanced Magnetic Resonance cervical angiography with real-time fluoroscopic triggering,the 27cases showed the 1 to four grade carotid arteries very well(4 scores),57%,13 cases well(3 scores),28%,the both is 85%,3 cases showed medium(2 scores),6%,1 cases is bad(1 scores),2%,and 3 cases are failure,6%.And the 11 cases with correct imaging method are all 4 points standard,the statistical test of improved than before:P < 0.05,it is significant difference,prove that the improvement measures is correct and effective,and it is the key to the success of imaging technology.Conclusion Master the key factors of the real-time perspective trigger 3 d enhanced magnetic resonance cervical angiography technology,may obtain imaging 100% success rate,and the operation is simple,convenient and feasible,imaging effect is very well,in the cervical vascular lesions image diagnosis,it should be able to get the extensive expansion application.
OBJECTIVE:To compare the therapeutic effect difference between electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation techniques and simple rehabilitation techniques for treatment of the shoulder subluxation after stroke.METHODS:Sixty cases of shoulder subluxation patients were divided into an acupuncture combined with rehabilitation group (30 cases) and a rehabilitation group (30 cases). The acupuncture combined with rehabilitation group was treated with electroacupuncture at Jianyu (LI 15), Jianliao (TE 14) and Jianzhen (SI 9) etc. combined with rehabilitation treatment, the rehabilitation group was treated with rehabilitation only. The therapeutic effects were evaluated and the pain score of the shoulder joint, passive range of motion of shoulder joint, the muscle strength of middle group of the deltoid and the function grade of the upper limbs motion of the two groups were evaluated before and after treatment.RESULTS:The acupuncture combined with rehabilitation group was superior to that of the rehabilitation group in pain score of the shoulder joint, passive range of motion of shoulder joint, the muscle strength of middle group of the deltoid and the function grade of the upper limbs motion with significant differences between the two groups (all P<0.05); the total effective rate of 93. 3% in the acupuncture combined with rehabilitation group was superior to that of 73.3% in the rehabilitation group (P<0.05).CONCLUSION:The therapy of electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation techniques can act a good regulating role on muscle strength and the muscular tension of shoulder joint and the muscles around the scapula through many steps, and can effectively improve the shoulder subluxation.

The structural features of a new type of heat exchanger are described, in which rectangle tube bundle is used as heat transfer surface and short twist plate inserts both on tube side and shell side are used as tube supports. A comparison of design schemes between the rectangle tube heat exchanger with bundle made of stainless steel and heat exchanger with sharp expansion and accelerated flow converging-diverging tubes made of carbon steel is carried out based on the experimental study of heat transfer enhancement. The results showed that the rectangle tube heat exchanger has the advantages of the gas-tightness and low operation energy consumption, like a shell and tube heat exchanger, as well as less metal material requirement, like a plate heat exchanger, resulting in a better long-term investment benefits. This rectangle tube construction provides a cost-efficient way of resisting low temperature corrosion and high temperature oxidation for heat exchangers of conversion system in sulphuric acid plant.
