西山矿区极近距离煤层群采空区下回采巷道变形破坏严重,且通常以"单体液压支柱和工字钢梁或增设π型梁棚"等高强度传统超前支护为主,支护时间长、成本高,职工劳动强度高,危险系数大,对工作面的安全、高效生产影响极大.以西山矿区东曲煤矿29204工作面(位于9#煤层)为工程背景,项目采用现场调研、数值模拟和现场工业性实验等相结合的研究方法,对极近距离煤层群采空区下工作面超前锚注支护技术进行了系统性研究.研究表明:通过建立一套"融合矿压实时在线监测系统和锚注支护精细化管理平台于一体的新型锚注超前支护体系",从支护设计、注浆参数、方案优化、锚注支护全生命周期管理等方面进行深入研究,现场应用效果良好,工作面完全替代超前单体液压支柱支护后,顶板最大下沉量2mm,两帮无变化,实现了工作面的安全高效回采.
The study on the competitive adsorption characteristics in carbon dioxide displacement of coalbed methane is of great significance for improving coalbed methane recovery by carbon dioxide injection(CO 2 -ECBM). Based on Darcy seepage, Fick diffusion and extended Langmuir equation, a multi-field coupling mathematical model of migration, displacement and desorption of methane and carbon dioxide in coal seam was established. The effects of different carbon dioxide gas injection pressure and the arrangement of injection and extraction boreholes on improving coalbed methane recovery were numerically simulated. The results show that in the process of carbon dioxide displacing methane, a “methane enrichment area” will appear in the coal seam near the gas injection borehole, and with the increase of gas injection time, the “methane enrichment area” will gradually move to the exhaust borehole until the methane concentration distribution in the coal seam is stable, and the average methane concentration in the coal seam is 56.5% of the original methane concentration. The methane flow rate in the exhaust borehole first decreases, then increases rapidly to a peak, and then decreases slowly to a stable value. In addition, the distance between injection and extraction boreholes has no effect on the methane flow after the methane concentration at the exhaust borehole is stable, but has an obvious effect on the peak value of methane flow and the time of peak value.
在基于近自然理念矸石山综合治理模式指导下,西铭矿依据当地的气候、土壤及煤矸石火情特点,系统实施全程测温,灭火防复燃,山体整形与植被恢复工程,有效地抑制了矸石山的自燃,同时矿山表层土壤重金属元素含量也明显降低,矸石石山植被得到恢复,西铭矿煤矸石山综合治理模式,对中国中西部矿区煤矸石山治理有一定借鉴和指导意义.
马兰矿常用底抽巷顺层钻孔抽采下邻近层瓦斯,但存在瓦斯治理成本高、矿井生产衔接紧张等问题.针对上述工程难题,提出了以定向长钻孔替代底抽巷抽采下邻近层瓦斯的"以孔代巷"思路,并在 18506工作面开展了工业性试验,分析了定向长钻孔替代底抽巷的可行性条件.研究结果表明:定向长钻孔抽采卸压瓦斯时,每一主孔(分支)的平均抽采流量为0.40 m3/min,效果显著;此外,若定向长钻孔按间距 30 m布置对 18506工作面下邻近层卸压瓦斯全覆盖抽采,可以替代底抽巷顺层钻孔抽采 9#煤层卸压瓦斯;进一步以 18506工作面回风瓦斯浓度 0.8%为控制条件,定向长钻孔替代底抽巷顺层钻孔抽采下邻近层卸压瓦斯且兼顾预抽下邻近层瓦斯的可行条件分别是 9#煤层瓦斯含量应不超过 6.41 m3/t和 7.88 m3/t.研究成果可以为我国高瓦斯突出矿区开展"以孔代巷"工作提供借鉴.
In order to further improve the synergistic ability between magnetization and surfactant in improving the water wettability, the synergistic mechanism between magnetization and surfactant was studied and analyzed based on the experiments of the infrared spectrum, surface tension, contact angle, dust settling time and dust removal efficiency. The field application of 48712 fully mechanized mining face in Ximing Mine verified the synergistic dust removal performance between them. Results showed that the magnetization changed the solution properties by breaking hydrogen bonds between water molecules, making large molecular cluster structures be changed into small molecular groups, which improved the dust removal performance of the solution. Surfactant utilized its own hydrophilic and lipophilic groups to form an isolation layer on the solution surface, significantly reducing the surface tension. Additionally, by changing the adsorption mode of the surfactant on the solution surface under the effect of magnetization, the wettability of the surfactant solution could be further enhanced and the surfactant usage was reduced. The critical micelle concentration of the compound surfactant C decreased by 25% compared with the original solution under magnetization. In field application, the synergistic effect between magnetization and surfactant is obviously better than that of the single surfactant solution.
为了解决类梯形孤岛工作面在回采过程中的冲击地压问题,基于23612西工作面具体地质条件和开采技术,分析了类梯形孤岛工作面开采环境、不规则形状、断层构造、残留煤柱和遗留巷道等能够造成冲击破坏的影响因素.并通过综合指数法(Wt=0.42)和可能性指数诊断法(U=0.51)对冲击地压危险性进行了综合评价,认定工作面具有弱冲击地压危险,具备发生冲击地压的条件.将23612西工作面的冲击危险区域按危险等级进行了划分,并采用大直径钻孔卸压、爆破卸压等防治措施对不同等级危险区域进行了综合防控,并以铝屑法对卸压效果进行了检验,保证了工作面的安全回采.
以某矿B3103工作面回风顺槽煤柱宽度为研究对象,通过理论分析确定沿空掘巷理论煤柱宽度,建立FLAC3D沿空掘巷数值计算模型,分析侧向支承应力演化规律,在此基础上对比了不同煤柱宽度沿空掘巷应力分布特征,确定了合理煤柱宽度为6 m,提出了合理支护参数.现场工业性试验表明,B3103工作面回风顺槽变形量在预计范围内,验证了煤柱宽度及支护参数的合理性.
封孔是瓦斯抽采与利用的关键技术环节,阐述聚氨酯封孔存在的缺陷,介绍囊袋式注浆封孔技术,并对囊袋式注浆封孔与聚氨酯封孔进行试验对比.试验结果表明,抽采19个月后,囊袋带式注浆封孔的钻孔平均浓度为61.6%,聚氨酯封孔的钻孔平均浓度为23.9%,囊袋式注浆封孔的封孔效果优于聚氨酯封孔.
A wet gel of antimony-doped tin dioxide(ATO)was prepared by acetate co-precipitation route.The obtained ATO wet gel was adopted as the precursor to afford an ATO hydrogel via hydrother-mal reaction at a certain temperature.The effects of the washing degree of the precursor,the hydrother-mal reaction temperature and pH as well as the calcination temperature on the electric conductivity of the ATO hydrogel were investigated.Furthermore, the ATO hydrogel obtained under acidic condition was made into conductive film, and the transparency and heat-insulating performance of the as-pre-pared ATO conductive film were investigated.It indicates that the washing degree of the precursor has little effect on the electric conductivity of the ATO hydrogel,and the electric conductivity of the ATO hydrogel can be improved with elevating hydrothermal reaction temperature.After being calcined at 600℃,the resultant ATO hydrogel exhibits a resistivity of 0.8 Ω· cm.Furthermore,the ATO conductive film has a visible light transmittance of as much as 85%and an infrared absorbance rate of 53%,show-ing excellent transparency and heat-insulation performance.
To explore the possibility of ultrafiltration technology used in recombinant adeno-associated virus purification,the recombinant adeno-associated virus sample termed rAAV9-Kal was first treated by different molecular weights cut off ultrafiltration devices,then the endotoxin and virus in the retentates and filtrates were assayed with quantitative tachypleus amebocyte lysate regents and real-time PCR respectively,and last the effects of ultrafiltration on endotoxin removal were evaluated.The results showed that the recovery rate and endotoxin removal rate of sample were 0.912 2 and 0.870 6 respectively,under the treatment of EDTA, DOC and 30 kD ultrafiltration devices.Therefore,the 30 kD should be the most suitable ultrafiltration device for sample ultrafiltration and endotoxin removal.

In the light of the coal bed status of Songlou coal mine,the paper applies static pressure medium-long pre-water injection and high-pressure pre-water injection of coal bed maintenance shallow hole and other coal bed water injection methods.As a result,it solves gallery coal piling and coal dropping in expansion and maintenance problems,reduces the expansion maintenance accidents and lowers down labor strength.
The article introduces the significance and contents of roadway deformation monitoring in digital mine construction as well as the monitoring system building.Besides,the author pointed out the real-time monitoring was a key chain in the digital mine construction.On the basis of real-time monitoring,the stability situation of roadways was judged timely and scientifically.
针对官地煤矿近距离煤层群回采巷道支护基础参数不足,巷道支护设计缺乏依据的问题,采用小孔径水压致裂地应力测量装置完成了4个煤层8个测点的原岩应力测定,掌握煤层地应力大小以及分布规律.实测数据表明,官地煤矿应力场属于中等地应力值区域,自重应力占主导,最大水平主应力方向在北西和北西西方向之间.根据地应力测试结果对8号煤层进行巷道围岩稳定性分析,对原有支护方案进行优化,矿压监测结果表明巷道围岩离层和表面位移稳定可控,满足生产需要.
Active organic carbon was removed by HCl acidification in yellow brown soils under different patterns of land use and relatively stable soil organic carbon sample was obtained.The effect of active organic carbon(AOC) by HCl removed on Cu adsorption was studied.It showed that before and after removal of active organic carbon,Cu adsorption by yellow brown soil could be fit well with both Langmuir and Freundlich equations and reached a significant correlation(P0.01).After removing AOC,the maximum adsorption capacity obviously reduced in every layers of yellow brown soil,and was about 10%~30% of original soil.Removal rate of organic carbon was between 30% and 50% with HCl acidification in yellow brown soils,and Cu adsorption rate reduced between 54% and 86%.Before and after removal of active organic carbon,the linear correlation was very significant between organic carbon contents and Cu adsorption capacities.Furthermore,there was an extremely significant level between the removal percentages of organic carbon and decrement rate of Cu adsorption in yellow brown soils.
Characteristics of phosphate adsorption on Mg-Al layer double hydroxide(Mg-Al LDH) and Na-montmorillonite(Na-Mt) and Mg/Fe/Al modified montmorillonite(Mg-Al-Mt and Fe-Mt and Fe-Al-Mt) were studied by batch adsorption and kinetic experiments at different pH values.The results indicated that the percentage of phosphate adsorption on Na-Mt and Fe-Mt and Fe-Al-Mt decreased,and that on Mg-Al LDH increased with solution pH increase.The adsorptin effects of phosphate adsorption on Mg-Al LDH、Fe-Mt and Fe-Al-Mt were about 95%,higher 40% and 80% than that of Mg-Al-Mt and Na-Mt,respectively.The order of maximum adsorption capacity(Qm) from Langmuir equation was Fe-Al-MtFe-MtMg-Al LDHMg-Al-MtNa-Mt,and b vaules,the important parameters of the adsorption ability,was Mg-Al LDHFe-MtFe-Al-MtMg-Al-MtNa-Mt,and Maximum buffering capacity(Qmb) was the most largest on Mg-Al-LDH and the most smallest on Na-Mt.KF vaules of relatively adsorption capacity form Freundlich equation was the order of Mg-AlFe-Mt Fe-Al-MtMg-Al-MtNa-Mt.And this was in accordance with the results of maximum buffer capacity(Qmb).The isothermal adsorption of Fe-Mt and Fe-Al-Mt were well described by Langmuir equation,and that of Na-Mt,Mg-Al-LDH and Mg-Al-Mt were in accordance with Freundlich equation by the determination coefficients(R2).Phosphate adsorption could be divided into rapid and slow reactions.The pseudo second order kinetics provided the best correlation of the experimental data of various modified Mt and Mg-Al-LDH,and the determination coefficients(R2) were 0.999.There also was correlation coefficient R2(0.89~0.94) on various minerals fitted by Elovich equation.Parabolic diffusion equation was most suitable to descrirbe the phosphate adsorption on Na-Mt,and because phosphate adsorption was a diffusion process by inlaid in mineral layers and did't involve chemical adsorption processes.
Objective To observe the in vivo inhibition of implanted mouse forestomach carcinoma(MFC) by dendritic-cell-based vaccines which were induced by penicillin-killed Streptococcus pyogenes(OK-432) and freeze-thawed tumor cell antigen,and to evaluate the application of these vaccines in specific immunotherapy for gastric carcinomas.Methods Mouse bone marrow mononuclear cells(BMMCs) were cultured in RPMI 1640 containing 10% FCS,rmGM-CSF and rmIL-4,pulsed with OK-432 and /or freeze-thawed tumor cell antigen.Morphological characters of DCs were observed under the optical microscope and the electron microscope;DCs surface molecules CD83 and CD86 were assayed by flow cytometry.MFC mouse models were established and were randomized into PBS control group,BM-DCs group(DCs induced from mouse bone marrow),TL-DCs group(BM-DCs pulsed with freeze-thawed tumor cell antigen) and OK-DCs group(BM-DCs pulsed with freeze-thawed tumor cell antigen and OK-432).The tumor volume,tumor weight and tumor inhibitotry rate were examined in different groups.Results DCs pulsed with OK-432 and freeze-thawed tumor cell antigen showed morphologically typical characters and expressed much more antigens CD83 and CD86 on the surface than BMMCs,BM-DCs and TL-DCs.The growth of implanted MFC tumors in OK-DCs group was greatly inhibited,and the tumor volume and weight were significantly lower than those in PBS,BM-DCs and TL-DCs group(P0.01).The tumor inhibitotry rate in OK-DCs group was 55.32%.Conclusion OK-432 treatment combined with freeze-thawed tumor cell antigen pulsing is a simple and practicable way to induce maturation of DCs.The dendritic-cell-based vaccines which were induced by OK-432 and freeze-thawed tumor cell antigen can significantly inhibit the growth of implanted MFC tumors.
The stable organic carbon and nitrogen of the different particles were gained by oxidation of 6% NaOCl in the yellow-brown soils. The relationships between the contents of selective extractable Fe/Al and the stable organic carbon/nitrogen were investigated. It shown that amounts of dithionite-citrate-(Fe(d)) and oxalate-(Fe(o)) and pyrophosphate extractable (Fe(p)) were 6-60.8 g x kg(-1) and 0.13-4.8 g x kg(-1) and 0.03-0.47 g x kg(-1) in 2-250 microm particles, respectively; 43.1-170 g x kg(-1) and 5.9-14.0 g x kg(-1) and 0.28-0.78 g x kg(-1) in < 2 microm particles, respectively. The contents of oxalate-(Al(o)) and pyrophosphate extractable (Al(p)) were 0.08-1.34 g x kg(-10 and 0.11-0.47 g x kg(-1) in 2-250 microm particles, respectively; 2.96-6.20 g x kg(-1) and 0.38-0.78 g x kg(-1) in < 2 microm particles, respectively. And amounts of selective extractable Fe are generally higher in paddy yellow-brown soils than in arid yellow-brown soils, and that of selective extractable Al are lower in the former than in the latter. Amounts of the stable organic carbon and nitrogen, higher in paddy yellow-brown soils than in arid yellow-brown soils, were 0.93-6.0 g x kg(-1) and 0.05-0.36 g x kg(-1) in 2-250 microm particles, respectively; 6.05-19.3 g x kg(-1) and 0.61-2.1 g x kg(-1) in < 2 microm particles, respectively. The ratio of the stable organic carbon and nitrogen (C(stable)/N(stable)) were 9.50-22.0 in 2-250 microm particles and 7.43-11.54 in < 2 microm particles, respectively. The stabilization index (SI(C) and SI(N)) of the organic carbon and nitrogen were 14.3-50.0 and 11.9-55.6 in 2-250 microm particles, respectively; 53.72-88.80 and 40.64-70.0 in < 2 microm particles, respectively. According to SI, it is lower in arid yellow-brown soils than in paddy yellow-brown soils. The organic carbon and nitrogen are advantageously conserved in paddy yellow-brown soil. An extremely significant positive correlation of the stable organic carbon and nitrogen with selective extractable Fe/Al is observed. The most amounts between the stable organic carbon and nitrogen and selective extractable Fe/Al appear in clay particles, namely the clay particles could protect the soil organic carbon and nitrogen.
At present,Shanxi coking coal group is now used by EBZ-132 roadheader pumping mainly by the 75 kw motor,a variable combination of the composition of pairs of pumps,the water system to take over hydraulic system,cutting electrical,cooling and spray pick eliminate dust effect.However,due to raise the level of single-entry,cooling is ineffective and often result in excessive oil temperature of the fuel tank failed to work properly start heading machine,stopping when the oil temperature down and then start affecting the normal schedule.Guandi coal mine on-site analysis,design and develop the roadheader auxiliary fuel tank water cooling system.
Objective To evaluate the effect of replacing fetal cattle serum with umbilical cord plasma on incubating dendritic cells(DCs) from umbilical cord blood in vitro and observe the anti-tumor response to gastric cancer cells induced by DCs after impacted with freeze thawing antigen.Methods Human cord blood mononuclear cells(CBMCs) were cultured in RPMI1640 containing 10% autologous plasma,some of which were supplemented with tumor lysates.The cells were shown by flow cytometry to express CD1a and CD83.MTT assay was applied to measure allostimulate capacity of DCs.Killing rates of autologous T lymphocytes induced by DCs on different target cells were measured by LDH method.Results Cells appeared typical phenotype of DCs after culture.The tumor lysate antigens could be captured by DCs and then presented to lymphocytes successfully to stimulate the proliferation.The cytotoxic T lymphocytes(CTLs) response in vitro was enhanced by treating with tumor lysates.Conclusion The DCs can capture the antigen utility and induce the specific cytotoxic effects to gastric cancer cells.The method to incubate DCs in this study is simple,low-cost and short-time.
