探讨运动联合早期中药治疗对去卵巢骨质疏松大鼠的干预作用,以期为骨质疏松症的防治提供科学依据.选取40只3个月龄的雌性SD大鼠,采用随机数字表法将40只大鼠随机分为5组,每组各8只,其中假手术组为正常对照,将其他大鼠去卵巢,构建绝经后骨质疏松动物模型,分为去卵巢组、单纯运动组、单纯中药治疗组、运动协同中药治疗组.治疗组持续时间为3个月.结果表明,治疗结束时,去卵巢组体重最大,与假手术组相比差异显著(P<0.05);各治疗组体重增加趋势明显低于去卵巢组(P<0.05);单纯中药治疗组大鼠体重与运动组无差异(P>0.05).运动协同中药治疗组骨密度明显高于去卵巢组、单纯运动组和单纯中药治疗组,但未达到假手术组水平(P<0.05).去卵巢组骨小梁横径变窄、间隙增大、排列混乱;假手术组和单纯运动组骨小梁横径较宽且无断裂、排列整齐;运动协同中药治疗组骨小梁横径宽度大于去卵巢组.去卵巢组Osterix的mRNA水平明显降低,而运动协同中药治疗组明显提高.各治疗组GSK-3β水平明显低于去卵巢组,且运动协同中药治疗组水平最低(P<0.05).说明运动联合早期中药治疗可对抗去卵巢引起的大鼠体重增加及骨密度降低,具有协同作用;同时,运动联合早期中药治疗可促进Osterix表达,降低GSK-3β水平,从而促进骨形成.
To study the effects of aerobic exercise on acute myocardial ischemia in rats by regulating MAPK signaling pathway ,thirty healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into three groups :control group (n=10) ,acute exhaustive group (n=10) and aerobic exercise group (n=10).The control group had no motor treatment .In the acute exhaustive group ,weight-bearing (exhaustive) swimming was adopted ,and swim-ming without load (aerobic) was used in the aerobic exercise group ,both lasted for 14 days .The ear vein blood of rats was collected before and after the experiment .The changes of serum creatine kinase (CK) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) contents were measured in rats .The expressions of ERK and p38MAPK pro-teins in MAPK signaling pathway were detected by Western blot .Compared with the control group ,serum CK and LDH levels increased significantly in the acute exhaustive group ;and compared with the acute ex-haustive group ,serum CK content decreased in the aerobic exercise group ;compared with the control group ,ERK and P38 in myocardial tissue of rats increased in the acute exhaustive group ;expressions of ERK and P38 decreased in the aerobic exercise group than those in the acute exhaustive group .Aerobic ex-ercise has a protective effect on acute exhaustive heart injury ,which may be achieved by inhibiting the ex-pression levels of ERK and p38 in the MAPK signaling pathway .
为研究苹果中原花青素对小鼠运动能力和抗氧化能力的影响,选取5周龄健康雄性小鼠45只,随机分为3组,进行3周适应性游泳训练.小鼠运动结束后,通过轻度麻醉条件下采集血液和肌组织,检测血清中乳酸(LD)和丙二醛(MDA)含量,以及测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活力.结果表明,各组小鼠的初始体重对比无显著差异(P>0.05);运动对照组和试验组小鼠的游泳至力竭的时间明显长于安静对照组;与运动对照组相比,试验组小鼠的游泳至力竭的时间也呈现明显的延长趋势(P<0.05).游泳运动以后,运动对照组和试验组小鼠血清和肌组织中LD和MDA含量明显低于安静对照组;与运动对照组相比,试验组小鼠的血清LD和MDA含量也呈现明显下降趋势(P<0.05).另外,运动对照组和试验组小鼠SOD和CAT活性明显高于安静对照组,且与运动对照组相比,试验组SOD和CAT活性显著升高(P<0.05).说明苹果原花青素能提高小鼠运动能力和抗氧化能力,且与有氧运动相结合能够产生协同效应,具有较好的应用前景.
纵观《国家学生体质健康标准》的实施历程,其间中共中央、国务院、教育部、发改委、国家体育总局、共青团中央、以及财政部等多部门不断督促学生体质健康水平的改善,然而学生速度、爆发力、力量耐力素质水平却进一步下降,肥胖率不能得到明显改善.本文从学校体育的指导思想开始,分析了学校体育在促进学生体质健康发展方面存在的问题,并形成了以"学生体质健康"为核心,在《标准》的检验、指导下,以运动处方为手段,通过体育教学,课外体育活动的途径改善提高学生体质健康水平的指导体系.
本研究通过调查我校体质健康不及格学生现状,制定改善提高学生体质健康水平的对策,为我校学生体质健康相关政策与学校体育工作提供决策参考.
