为了研究甘草对氟苯尼考药动学的影响,试验以三黄鸡为试验动物,分为空白对照组、甘单酸组和甘草提取液组,分别灌服生理盐水、甘草酸和甘草提取液(按体重2 mL/kg),每天1次,连续灌服7d,然后各组灌服氟苯尼考并在规定时间点采样,利用高效液相色谱仪测定血药浓度后使用3P97软件进行分析.结果表明:甘草酸能显著降低氟苯尼考的吸收半衰期(t1/2Ka)、达峰时间(Tpeak);甘草提取液能显著降低氟苯尼考吸收半衰期、达峰时间、消除半衰期(t1/2K)、药时曲线下面积(AUC).说明连续灌服甘草酸7d可促进氟苯尼考在三黄鸡体内的吸收,而甘草提取液可显著加快氟苯尼考的吸收与排泄.
为降低荷斯坦牛乳房炎产生的不良影响,采用中草药饲料添加剂预防荷斯坦牛乳房炎.试验结果表明,在荷斯坦牛日粮中添加一定剂量的复合中草药制剂,可以增强荷斯坦牛机体的抵抗力和调节能力,改善新陈代谢,提高荷斯坦牛对乳房炎抗病能力,降低乳房炎发病率,保证荷斯坦牛乳腺正常旺盛的泌乳功能,提高产奶量.
奶牛乳房炎是制约着奶业的快速发展最主要因素之一.采用C.M.T法对南宁市及周边地区不同规模奶牛场、户的2186头泌乳奶牛的乳房炎发病情况进行检测并分析,结果表明:南宁地区乳房炎普遍存在,发病率高于北方地区;不同季节荷斯坦牛乳房炎的发病情况也有所不同,夏季高温、高湿季节发病增加.文章提出采取预防为主的方针,增强机体非特异性免疫的乳房炎防制措施.

In order to verify the domestic coccidiosis vaccine in broiler production in Guangxi yellow practical application of results,the yellow chicken coccidiosis vaccines in the field under production conditions,safety and efficacy trials.The results showed that coccidiosis vaccine after yellow chicken gastrointestinal epithelial cells protected 98%,and improved feed conversion of 3.42%,the incidence of coccidiosis,the mortality rate decreased to 0.5%.Canon COCVAC that made the field application of coccidiosis vaccines has achieved very good,worth yellow vigorously promote the use of broiler production.

In order to study the different effects of hormones on the impact of buffalo estrus synchronization,320 buffalo,cattle according to rectal examination results were divided into control group and three experimental groups,the experimental group were used to time insemination method(GnRH),PMSG law,PG method for synchronization of estrus.The results showed that,Timing Insemination Act,PG Law and PMSG Law estrus rates were 26.35%,85%,83.75%,pregnancy rate were 21.25%,44% and 42.5%.From the analysis of different reproductive status,young buffalo application PMSG estrus synchronization method worked best.From the state of ovarian development to the same period in the follicular phase of the buffalo estrus best.

一场址的选择 1场地的选择 优质三黄肉鸡林下养殖应选择合适的场地,一般要求选择地势高燥、背风向阳、水资源丰富,远离居民区、道路、学校,交通方便、树冠较小的林园、果园等地方.切记要远离江河湖泊及养殖场密集的地方,鸡场与鸡场之间的生物安全距离不少于2000米,鸡场与居民点之间的距离应保持1000米以上;另外,要充分利用山区自然屏障的生物安全优势,最好一个山坡一个鸡场.
Water buffalo are a kind of widely bred herbivores in southern China region,it is an important part in cattle industry.However,due to the impact of traditional customs,the milk process of water buffalo was less than 20%,so the development and utilization prospect of water buffalo milk was enormous.Based on the current situation of Guangxi water buffalo milk production,the nutritional characteristics,resources advances and exploitation of the milk were presented,and the developmental directions and suggestions were put forward.
The climate features of southern area in China is characterized by high-temperature, high humidity and rainy, thereby bring many difficulties to the production of silage maize and leading to the higher corruption rate and poor quality. Since 2007, the effects of silage maize of the 12 cattle farms had been surveyed in Guangdong and Guangxi Provinces. The corruption rates vary form 10 % to 20 % and the losses of silage maize were more serious. Through analysis we found that the corruption of raw materials had much to do with freshness, water content, production process and the management. According to the causes of higher corruption rates in the South, the comprehensive measures including microbial fermentation technology was used to improve the quality of silage maize in the Southern Regions. The results showed that through using these methods, the corruption rate of silage maize was decreased obviously, while the crude protein content was increased to a certain degree and the quality of silage maize was greatly enhanced.
为了给三黄种鸡育成期的体能调控提供依据,通过试验测定其主要生产性能。试验将600只18~20周龄的三黄种鸡分为大、中、小3组,每组200只,记录其产蛋率、蛋重和种蛋合格率并进行统计处理。结果表明:中体重组在开产后产蛋率上升曲线比较平稳,种鸡平均产种蛋数多;小体重组和大体重组各项生产指标均表现不理想。
In order to develop the use of the South abundant straw resources to meet the needs of buffalo production in the rice straw and lactic acid bacteria added composite method of silage cellulose compound,a compound with different lactic acid bacteria and cellulase complex level,the control test set group,group Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ,and test group are processed under normal temperature after silage 35 d Kaifeng for silage quality evaluation.The results showed that:Test each group silage DM and ADL showed no significant change (P>0.05),while others were statistically significant change (P<0.05).CP levels of lactobacillus with complex and enzyme preparation increases the amount of which group Ⅲ than the control group 8.41%;NDF and ADF content increased with lactobacillus and cellulose enzyme preparation increased the amount of drop tests than Ⅲ control group 10.92% and 0.48%.The results showed that lactic acid bacteria and cellulase enzymes can add the straw feed silage quality was improved significantly.
Taking fresh rabbit meat and pig fat for raw materials, through the orthogonal design L9(34) selection of the best formula for the process: 75.0% of the fresh rabbit meat, fresh pig fat 25.0%, glucose 4.0%, salt 2.2%, white wine 1.5%, 4.0% of the white soy sauce, sodium nitrate 0.01%, 2.0% of spices. The products have been tested with the analysis of national standards for the quality of Chinese sausage(GB2730-2005), and the delicate texture of products, rich flavor, attractive color, with a typical characteristics.
With the Mangitera indica L.and Buffalo milk,the processing formented milk was studied and opinal formula was decidied by othogonal test,experiment results showed that the optinum conditions of fermented milk of mango were the extraction liquid from mango 8 %,oligose 8 %,mixed(A+B)0.12 %.Thus the yoghurt with high nutrition and aboundant.
